She sat on the sofa with her legs crossed, hugging a plush rabbit doll, which felt quite comfortable, as she played with her phone.

Xiao Chen: "How many people are at your place for the Chinese New Year this year?"

"Six. Why do you ask?" Yun Yue shifted her position; her legs bent with her knees supporting her chin, a slight frown between her brows.

The other side kept showing "typing," but no ssage appeared.

At that mont, the sound of the doorbell rang from the outside gate.

"Sister Li, please go see who it is," Lin Xiang said while sitting on the sofa, guessing it must be those two young n again, always sneaking into her house.

Honestly, those two young n were handsor than the other, both exuding an aristocratic air. She was experienced in judging people and was certain that these two were either rich or noble, albeit a bit foolish, constantly coming to her house to switch dishes, which she couldn’t quite understand.

It took about ten minutes for Sister Li to co back, looking troubled. "Ma’am, there are three people outside insisting on entering, saying they are Miss Yun Yue’s friends."

"Yueyue’s friends?" Lin Xiang showed surprise, rarely seeing Yueyue with friends. What kind of friends would visit at this hour?

"Yes, it’s those two who co every day to switch dishes at our house, and there’s one more who is exceptionally handso, noble, and elegant, exuding the aura of an aristocratic family."

Sister Li recalled the young man’s appearance outside; she had never seen a man who was so handso.

Yun Yue’s fingertips trembled as she looked down at the typing box, sohow feeling that Sister Li was describing Xiao Chen.

"I’ll go take a look." Driven by curiosity, Lin Xiang stood up and went outside. Two minutes later, she ca back, inexplicably bringing the people in with a smile on her face.

"Please co in, here are slippers for you to change into. Why bring so many things? You really shouldn’t have." Lin Xiang walked in from the entrance, carrying quite a few items, and asked Sister Li to attend to them.

Unconsciously, Yun Yue looked over and t a pair of deep black eyes. The stranger’s eyes held playfulness and provocation, his eyebrows were cold and emitted a chill, his features sharp, noble and elegant. The man’s thin lips moved slightly, his voice deep and magnetic, "Aunt Xiang let us in, you don’t mind, do you?"

"?! " Yun Yue’s eyes widened. What was he up to?!

What was this maneuver?!

How did Aunt Xiang agree to this?!

Are they haunted?!

Seeing her astonished look, Xiao Chen’s playful smile deepened. He walked a few steps and sat directly on the sofa, addressing the two still standing outside, "Bring down the things from the car, see what the Lin Family still needs for New Year goods, and call soone to deliver them."

The two at the door couldn’t believe he was so shaless; they couldn’t imagine he would stoop to such thods, even using hypnotism to get Lin Xiang to allow the three of them inside, can you believe it?

It was utterly shocking; they had never expected him to resort to such tactics!

He studied psychology, and his hypnotism skills were profound. He could confuse people’s minds and change their actions. Just now, he had lightly used it on Lin Xiang for half a minute, and she agreed to let them in.

This was their second ti witnessing his hypnotism, and it was spine-chilling.

Feng Ye was also very afraid that he would use hypnotism on him; what if one day he got annoyed with him, hypnotized him, and made him slit his own throat?

So, he generally avoided making eye contact with him; those eyes were too srizing.

He sat next to her, the tobacco scent mixed with a heavy fragrance enticing her to take a few extra breaths. Not for the first ti, she found herself addicted to his scent, which soothed the restlessness in her heart and intoxicated her.

"Aunt Xiang, those three...?" Yun Yue still hadn’t figured out how Lin Xiang could possibly have agreed to let the three of them in.

"They said they were your friends from out of town, haven’t seen you for a long ti, and ca bearing lots of gifts. I felt it would be impolite to refuse them, so I let them co in for a visit.

They are all your friends; have a good chat. I’ll go make so tea for them."

"..."

Could things have progressed too simply?!

Xiao Chen sat on the sofa, his long legs awkwardly cramd and slightly bent, wearing a well-crafted haute couture suit with gleaming gilt buttons. His deep-set eyes, droopy eyelids, and overall deanor exuded an air of honor and aloof nobility.

"Aunt seems very enthusiastic, wanting us to stay at your place for New Year’s."

"Moreover, our travel schedule and health codes are all green, so you really don’t need to worry."

"..." Yueyue’s petite and delicate face stared at him, her brows furrowed in confusion as her almond-shaped eyes t his inscrutable dark ones, her curiosity deepening.

Feng Ye and Xiao Feng brought in several more boxes, making the already spacious living room feel crowded.

At this mont, Lin Xuanze ca down from upstairs and was stunned to see strangers in the house — his jaw dropped when he realized it was Xiao Chen and the others!

Is that the psychology teacher from First Middle School?

What was he doing bringing his family to their house?!

Delivering goods?!

Seeing all the New Year’s goods scattered around, could he really be so kind-hearted?

"Lin Xuanze, just to let you know, your dear mom wants these three to spend New Year’s at our place."

"?! Why?! I don’t agree!"

Lin Xuanze couldn’t believe it — what a joke! These two were just psychology teachers from First Middle School, not relatives or close friends. Why would he want them at his ho for New Year’s, to make himself uncomfortable?

Yueyue raised her eyebrows, pleased with his reaction, and looked at the others with a challenging gaze, "You heard that, right? Our family doesn’t welco you. It’s better for you to hurry back to your own house or find sowhere else to stay; just grab your things and scram!"

Feng Ye glanced at her subtly. The honorable Crown Prince of Beijing, thick-skinned enough to show up unannounced, now being shooed away and despised — if word got out, it could definitely dominate the headlines for a month.

"Feng Ye." Xiao Chen raised an eyebrow, unfazed while sitting on the sofa, his deanor confident and in control.

"Ah, right!" Feng Ye responded hurriedly and pulled out a set of gaming equipnt from one of the boxes on the floor and handed it to Lin Xuanze: "Don’t you love gaming? This gaming set is one of only five globally; I’ll give you one."

Lin Xuanze’s eyes glued to the equipnt; he suddenly couldn’t see anyone else.

"You see..." Feng Ye started.

"Stay! Stay as long as you like; it’s no problem!" He clutched the gaming equipnt, unable to let go — what a steal!

"Add WeChat?" Feng Ye raised an eyebrow, his purplish-blue hair offsetting his pale skin.

Lin Xuanze didn’t hesitate and added Feng Ye’s WeChat, as well as Xiao Chen’s and Xiao Feng’s.

Yueyue: "..."

Xiao Chen’s lips curled in a triumphant smile, he put away his phone, eyes brimming with arrogance.

Did they really think Feng Ye and Xiao Feng ran around for so many days for nothing?

The two had already gathered everyone in the house’s preferences, tailoring their approach perfectly. Look how quickly this big nephew... agreed so readily.

Yueyue’s gaze was icy, her eyes mockingly sweeping over his proud face. Could there be anyone more shaless?!
