Chapter 176: Welco Back, My Liege

.

"You still haven’t told who you are and, what you an by you didn’t save but yourself?" said Zhu Rong, recalling his situation.

For so reason, even though he had just almost died and was now in this state, he didn’t feel agitated at all.

On the contrary, he was unbelievably calm for soone who had gone through so much in such a short span of ti, to the point that even he began to doubt himself.

"I’m sure you have many questions, and believe , after we talk you will only have more.

But unfortunately, as much as I would like to chat with you, ti is short, and I won’t be able to remain conscious much longer," he said as a strange dark crimson energy began to surge from him.

He noticed his eyes had started to glow, shifting from a deep black to a glimring blood red.

The aura emanating from the man was similar to the corrupt one he had perceived from the corrupted creatures, especially those of spirit realm, but at the sa ti it was not the sa.

It wasn’t twisted in the sa way theirs was, it was sothing completely different, more controlled, and yet still chaotic like the one he knew.

Not to ntion the sense of repulsion he always felt when facing the energy spilling from those creatures,

yet in this mont he felt none of it. In fact, he felt at ease, as if he were used to perceiving it, even imrsing himself in it.

"Let take care of this first, and then we can discuss in peace," said the figure, and soon Zhu Rong felt the sea of his consciousness tremble as dark crimson cracks began to appear. And as that happened, outside his sea of consciousness,

A powerful energy burst out like a torrent from the crater, washing over the surrounding area with its presence.

It was strong and deep, without limit.

It erupted and spread more and more, devouring territory within the secret realm bit by bit.

Seeing this, a wide smile appeared on the face of the woman who had just expelled all groups from the secret realm, while the creature in the air, which also perceived this overwhelming force appearing, shuddered all over as a flash of recognition passed through it.

It let out a loud guttural roar into the sky while frantically opening its mouth to prepare another attack.

In less than an instant it charged another sphere of energy, this ti many tis larger and stronger than the previous one that had swept away the mountain, and without hesitation hurled it downward toward the crater.

The wave of energy traveled at high speed and in the blink of an eye reached the bottom of the crater. As soon as it did, a deafening explosion erupted from it, so powerful that the wide walls of the crater cracked and widened further, while a shockwave from the release of unimaginable energy burst forth, reaching astonishing heights toward the sky.

In the blink of an eye both the creature and the woman were swallowed by it, yet neither of them seed to care.

The explosion was devastating, to say the least, powerful enough to shake the very foundations of the secret realm.

Its effects lasted for a while before finally fading away, and as soon as they did, both the woman and the beast reappeared where they had been before, intact and without a scratch. One bore a victorious expression, while the other gazed calmly at the devastated scene below with a faint smile.

"You sure have weakened quite a lot ," a voice rang out suddenly, carrying over the forest now completely leveled, as strange, glittering pearls floated in the air while rising upward.

At first it looked like tiny sparks, but on closer inspection, one could see they were drops of dark crimson liquid.

They were drops of blood.

They rose for a while until they reached the height of the woman and the creature, and soon began to whirl around one another, condensing more and more.

Then an inconceivable phenonon took place, the crimson drops began rging together, gradually taking on a solid form.

As they condensed, several jagged points appeared, swiftly completing what seed like skeletal bones of feet. But it wasn’t long before muscles, veins, and nerves began to grow upon them, followed by skin covering all.

From there, the drops rose as if they had their own will, shaping legs that stood like mighty columns, layer after layer wrapped with flesh and skin. From the pelvis upward the body continued to build itself, nerves and fibers weaving together until they ford a sculpted torso, a broad chest that rose in its first breath. The arms extended outward with natural elegance, hands already perfect in proportion.

Finally, from the neck, a face took shape, at first a vague silhouette, then features that grew clearer until a complete man was revealed.

Long black hair flowed loose over his shoulders, his physique imposing and harmonious, standing almost one ter ninety, completely naked, revealing in all its might the perfection and balance with which every muscle was carved.

Soon after, several shining threads appeared, as if made of condensed spiritual Qi, and they began to weave swiftly, covering the man’s entire form in the blink of an eye, dressing his divine and flawless body in a simple yet refined black robe with golden linings and inscriptions that reflected its quality.

The figure resembled Zhu Rong, only a little older and with a far more mature face.

Although it seed as if much ti had passed, in truth the entire process took no more than ten seconds.

Ten seconds, and a human body had been materialized from re drops of blood.

He slowly opened his eyes, and as he did, an invisible pressure descended upon the place, a presence far greater than the one released by the creature.

A pair of crimson eyes fell upon the beast, a calm and indifferent gaze examining it as though what stood before him wasn’t a being that had reached the final stages of the Spirit Realm, but rather nothing more than trash.

As the figure appeared, the woman in the blue robe that seed to reflect a starry night smiled with joy, quickly bowing and offering her greetings.

"Welco back, my liege."
