Marco glanced at them, a flicker of curiosity crossing his face, while the other shaman’s eyes remained fixed on the explosion caused by Daniel.

"Who did that?!" Marco barked, his voice sharp with authority.

The shamans exchanged confused glances, clueless about what their master ant — until Daniel stepped forward.

"I did, Master," he said, his tone calm but steady.

All eyes turned toward Daniel. Marco, however, stood stunned. A student who couldn’t even perform the second form had leapt straight to the third.

’Is this really what I’m thinking?’ Marco wondered, his eyes widening slightly.

He called Daniel before him and ordered the others to focus on their training as a wagon rattled in from afar into the training grounds.

"How did you learn that?" he asked, his face stern as he glanced at Daniel.

Daniel paused for a mont before replying in a steady tone. "I don’t know, Master... it just happened."

Marco studied him in silence, recalling what his own master had once said: A student who jumps forms during the learning phase can never return to master the ones they missed, as it is a rule of nature and also the nature of the person itself.

Though Marco understood what his Master had told him, it didn’t explain how to deal with a situation like this, as it was rare.

The thunder path had five basic forms. Failing to master one didn’t halt the progress; instead, it led to the ergence of a new, undiscovered form — one that was unpredictable and beyond comprehension.

’What should I do now, Master?’ Marco thought.

anwhile, Belinda stepped out of the wagon and raised her hand, calling out to him. Marco turned and imdiately walked toward her, leaving Daniel behind.

The shamans halted their practice and gathered at the center for breakfast. Belinda handed Marco a scroll, and he began to read.

...

*Nom-Nom*

As Daniel chewed his bread, Belinda’s gaze flickered toward him. Standing beside Marco, she bit her lower lip just enough to draw his attention.

Each ti their eyes t, her body sparked with a small hit of dopamine, a quiet, addictive rush she found herself craving.

Daniel shot her a quick wink, a silent acknowledgnt that he’d noticed.

’Heh... maybe I should invite her over,’ he mused, a faint smirk tugging at his lips.

"Students! Co closer," Marco announced, his tone steady as he hold the scroll.

The shamans stepped forward without hesitation. At the sa ti, Daniel deliberately moved closer to Belinda.

"Students, in six days, we will depart for Cinder Town," Marco continued.

A ripple of surprise passed through the group, eyes narrowing at the sudden announcent — Daniel’s included.

"But why, Master?" Bernard asked almost at once.

Marco paused for a mont before answering, his gaze steady. "It’s for your own good."

The shamans exchanged puzzled glances, curiosity flickering across their faces. At the sa ti, Belinda’s finger slipped like a snake, brushing against his before curling around his pinky in a quiet, subtle touch.

A slow warmth stirred within her, rising from deep in her core. In response, Daniel’s fingers brushed gently against her palm, the contact soft but unmistakably intentional.

Just then, Marco’s voice cut through the mont, and she pulled away at once.

"Belinda, please co forward," he called.

She stepped forward, forcing herself to remain calm despite the unease stirring within her.

"Unfortunately, we have to leave you here," Marco said, his tone steady and unyielding.

"What? But why?" she asked, her voice edged with shock and rising disbelief.

Marco went on to explain that it was written in the rules — rules he could not disclose, as doing so would itself be a violation.

His tone left no room for argunt.

He then gave a brief overview of the scroll. They would be embarking on a month-long learning tour, traveling week by week. From the north to the west, then to the south, before finally returning.

"The goal," Marco concluded, "is for all of you to learn the remaining fundantal forms during this journey, understood?"

"Yes, Master!" The shamans shouted in unison.

A ripple of excitent surged through the students. Daniel, however, was elsewhere. His thoughts tangled with his house, the wons waiting for him, the money from Harry, and the task given by the Exil.

Everything was coming to a standstill, yet he had no choice but to go along with it.

"Okay, students. Now back to practice,’ Marco said, clapping his hands softly. "Daniel, can you co here for a second."

A few of the shamans shot sideways glances, envy flickering in their eyes as they felt they weren’t receiving the sa attention from Marco.

"Yes, Master," Daniel said with a neutral expression.

"Listen to carefully, the form you released earlier was the thrid form, you understand what I’m saying?" Marco said, in a steady tone.

"The Third Form?" Daniel repeated, his eyes narrowing slightly.

"Yes," Marco said. "And according to the law of nature, once a form is skipped during the learning process, it cannot be relearned. In short, you can no longer learn the Second Form."

"But I didn’t skip it intentionally, it just happened," Daniel protested.

"I know," Marco replied gently, placing a hand on his shoulder. "But for now, attempting it would be a waste of ti. You should move forward... to the Fourth Form."

"And what does it look like, Master?" Daniel asked, his expression steady.

Marco instructed him to spend the next few days refining his Third Form, noting that the cone-shaped burst lacked the range needed to deal significant damage.

As he spoke, his gaze drifted past Daniel, settling on the others, who were still struggling through the early stages of the Second Form.

With that, Marco turned toward the wagon to have his breakfast — though he usually waited until his students had finished eating.

As he walked away, Daniel seized the opportunity and casually fell into step beside Belinda.

"Are you free after this?" he murmured, his tone easy.

"Not today... but..." Belinda replied almost imdiately, a soft giggle escaping her lips. "Hehe, tomorrow."

"I’ll see you tomorrow, then," Daniel whispered, his fingers sinking into the warm, yielding curve of her ass with a firm, possessive squeeze.

*Squeeze!*

Belinda felt neither shyness nor sha, as if she genuinely didn’t care whether anyone saw them.

Luckily, no one noticed him.

...

Hours passed, and the afternoon sun hung high above as they strode back toward town before parting ways for their respective hos.

Daniel casually made his way to the bakery to restock his biscuits. The mont he stepped inside, his eyes imdiately fell on Zero, who stood facing the door as if he had been waiting for his arrival.

’What is he doing here?’ he whispered under his breath.

Daniel approached with calm, steady steps and took a seat across from him.

"Took you long enough," Zero said, his tone steady.

"What do you want from ?" Daniel asked, his voice calm.

"Relax," Zero replied with a faint smile. "I just ca here for a al. Besides... how’s your investigation going?"

Daniel picked up a biscuit from his plate and took a slow bite before replying, "The church was closed for so reason. Maybe the one we’re looking for ran from the town... fearing us. Heh."

"Well, we would’ve known before you if that had happened," Zero said, lifting the glass of milk to his lips and taking a calm sip.

...

Stepping out of the bakery, Daniel shoved the biscuits into his satchel and made his way back ho.

As he neared the gate, he spotted Tressa stepping out the door, waving goodbye to Esralda.

Daniel approached, his pace calm and unhurried.

"Hey, Aunt. How are you?" he asked, a smile tugging at his lips.

Tressa’s smile widened in response, and she closed the distance between them. "Oh, hey... Daniel, I’m great. What about you? I missed the at pouches, you know," she said, her tone playful and teasing.

"You an this?" he said, a wicked grin spreading across his face as his hands casually settled at the front of his pants.

Her lips traced the corners of her mouth from left to right, her eyes narrowing slightly as if hiding a thought.

"I heard your husband beat you? Is that true?" Daniel asked, his tone curious.

Tressa chuckled softly. "Ah, no... where did you hear that? Heh... absolutely not," she replied, forcing a smile that didn’t quite reach her eyes.

Daniel stepped forward, closing the distance until his warm breath brushed against her face. "How about I... steam my at pouches inside you?"

"T-what... ahm... now?" she stamred, her voice trembling.

"Is there any problem?" he whispered, his tone low and deliberate.

His hands road behind her back, fingers digging into the soft, heated flesh of her ass with a hungry squeeze.

*Squeeze!*

"Anh~" A soft moan escaped her lips in pure instinct.

’God, why do I feel so... aroused whenever he touches ? Fuck, my pussy is already beginning to leak,’ she thought, her eyes fixed on Daniel.
