Chapter 418 Impossible !
Ding Wen found himself standing in his living room, completely stunned by the unusual gift he had received from his friend, Yong. Two mobile phone batteries lay on the coffee table before him, an unexpected and sowhat perplexing present. He couldn't help but gaze at them in disbelief for an extended period, unable to comprehend the reason behind such an unconventional gift.
His brother, also in the room, broke the silence with a bemused expression. "No way," he exclaid, "Brother Yong gave two cell phone batteries as a gift."
Ding Wen's confusion deepened. Why on earth would Yong give him two batteries? It didn't seem very sensible.
Perhaps less troubled by the unusual gift, his elder brother picked up one of the batteries and examined it closely. "These appear to be two ordinary mobile phone batteries," he observed, "and they seem quite standard. They should work with most mobile phones."
Bi Qingyun, known for his analytical mind, couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to these batteries than t the eye. After contemplating, he voiced his suspicion, "It might not be as simple as it looks. Let's return one of these batteries to the company and have our professionals examine it."
Qingyun International, the company presided over by Bi Qingyun himself, boasted a team of experts specializing in mobile phone technology, including professionals well-versed in battery technology. The company also possessed state-of-the-art testing equipnt, which made it an ideal place to investigate the mystery behind these batteries.
Ding Wen, however, had a more straightforward approach. He shrugged off the peculiarity and declared, "Since it's a gift from Brother Yong, I'll try it on my phone."
With that, he deftly removed the back panel of his mobile phone, inserted one of the mysterious batteries, and powered up his device. To his astonishnt, not only did it fit perfectly, but it also displayed a full charge.
"Well, this is intriguing," Ding Wen muttered, a sense of wonder tugging at him.
As the evening wore on and the family gathered in the living room, exchanging stories and laughter, Bi Qingyun decided to retreat to his study to attend to his nurous responsibilities. On the other hand, Ding Wen, finding bedti still a distant prospect, opted to spend his ti playing gas and watching videos on his phone. He imrsed himself in his digital pursuits, losing track of ti until it was already eleven o'clock in the evening.
When Ding Wen awoke the following morning, he glanced at his phone to check the ti. It was past eight o'clock, which startled him. But what truly astounded him was the battery indicator on his phone, which displayed a full charge.
"This battery Brother Yong gave is sothing else," Ding Wen marvelled at the inexplicable phenonon. It defied all reason that the battery, which he distinctly rembered using extensively the previous night, still showed a full charge.
With no particular plans for the day, Ding Wen indulged in a bit more gaming, marvelling at the remarkable endurance of the battery.
anwhile, at the bustling headquarters of Albatron International, Bi Qingyun, as the company's president, had his hands full with the usual array of important tasks. After tackling so essential paperwork, he set aside the battery Yong had given him and dialled Song Jianwei's number.
"President, you called for ," Song Jianwei acknowledged.
Bi Qingyun nodded and handed over the battery, saying, "I'd like you to have this battery professionally tested. It appears to be more than just a regular mobile phone battery."
"Understood," Song Jianwei replied as he accepted the battery.
In Song Jianwei's mind, this battery appeared to be a sample from a local lithium battery manufacturer. Qingyun International's imported battery stock could only last a few months, so it was not unusual to explore Chinese alternatives.
With the battery in hand, Song Jianwei contacted Zou Haiyun, the manager of the battery quality inspection departnt. He relayed Bi Qingyun's request and emphasized needing an urgent test report.
Zou Haiyun assured him, "Mr. Song, I will personally oversee the testing, and I'll ensure the report is ready promptly."
With their instructions clear, Zou Haiyun proceeded to the quality inspection departnt. Here, experienced technicians and specialized testing equipnt awaited.
The initial tests passed without incident; all the data appeared within the acceptable range. But the most crucial examination – the battery's power – was yet to co.
As the technicians readied themselves, Zou Haiyun observed intently. He understood the gravity of the task and the importance of swift, reliable results.
"Is everything prepared for the battery's power test?" Zou Haiyun inquired.
"Certainly," one of the technicians responded, and Xiao Liu, a young and eager technician, stepped forward to operate the power testing equipnt.
Within monts, the display presented a shocking figure – a maximum capacity of 316 watt-hours.
Xiao Liu's eyes widened, disbelief flooding his expression. He rubbed his eyes to ensure they weren't deceiving him. It was indeed 316 watt-hours, not a re 31.6 watt-hours.
"Oh my God!" he exclaid, unable to contain his astonishnt. "Master, co and see this! The battery actually boasts a capacity of 316 watt-hours."
His appeal drew over a middle-aged technician, sceptical and experienced. He dismissed the data as an error and demanded a retest.
The middle-aged technician's career had acquainted him with countless mobile phone batteries, most hovering below 30 watt-hours. This reading of 316 watt-hours defied all logic.
Undeterred, Xiao Liu initiated a series of checks and retests under his master's watchful gaze.
And yet, the results remained consistent – 316 watt-hours.
Xiao Liu was at a loss, his master equally perplexed. Sothing was undoubtedly amiss, but they couldn't pinpoint the issue. They considered that the equipnt might be faulty and decided to swap it out.
However, the result persisted at 316 watt-hours even with a new device.
This baffled Xiao Liu. He could find no logical explanation for this anomaly. Uncertain about how to proceed, he consulted his superior, Zou Haiyun.
Zou Haiyun, growing impatient, approached the testing area and questioned, "What's happening? Where are the test results?"
Xiao Liu hesitated, not knowing how to explain, but his ntor interjected smoothly, "Mr. Zou, the results will be available shortly."
With that assurance, he took charge and conducted the power test himself.
The outco left them all dumbfounded – 316 watt-hours, yet again.
This was beyond the realm of possibility. Xiao Liu's master, now thoroughly perplexed, reviewed the equipnt and processes to rule out errors. The consistency of the readings defied any logical explanation.
Zou Haiyun sensed sothing was amiss and asked, "What's going on? Is there an issue with the battery?"
The battery test had beco a baffling enigma that neither technician could fathom.
