“Eh? Where are Luna and rdie?”
I realized both of them weren’t with as we followed Irina toward the venue for the guild ranking exam.
“Haru-Nii, they wanted to go to the restroom, so they went inside the guild first.”
“Ah, I see…”
I felt a bit uneasy this ti.
Actually, the adventurers of this guild had been entirely brainwashed by Youko and Kikyou,
Ah, it’s mind control, but it’s nothing serious like bending their will so that they would only move according to Youko and Kikyou’s wishes.
They just set it up so that none of the adventurers would think of laying a hand against the mbers of the Ernol family.
At first, I also got angry when I learned that Youko and Kikyou arbitrarily brainwashed the adventurers, but I soon learned how wise that move was the instant I broke their spell.
Once the mind control thing was lifted, the adventurers started harassing my wives. I did try to deal with all of them, but it was useless.
My wives were over a dozen, and they were harassed right where they were. I couldn’t block all the advances toward them on my own. I could do sothing about it by doing Bunshin magic, but…I couldn’t reveal that I could use that in a place like this.
I had been restraining the adventurer who tried to touch Leaffa’s butt when another adventurer pinned Ryuka to the wall. Ryuushin tried to save her, but another adventurer crept on Akari — you get the gist.
Of course, these adventurers were just small fry that my wives could easily clean up if they fought normally. However, most of my wives didn’t have any resistance against lecherous smooth talkers.
If the guys pointed weapons then it would’ve been over, but they were just flirting. My wives didn’t know what to do against those n, apparently. I would always co to their aid, after all.
Actually, so of my wives would purposely get themselves in trouble and would wait for to save them. That’s the case with Youko.
When I realized that, I purposely didn’t go to Youko’s aid.
But then, one of the adventurers tried to touch Youko’s body, so I rushed to stop him. It was then that Youko cast mind control on the entire guild.
‘Only Master is allowed to touch us.’
When she chanted those words, the harassnt suddenly stopped, as if the guild mbers couldn’t see the Ernol family, and they all dispersed.
This incident taught just how important Youko and Kikyou’s powers were.
Every single one of my wives were too cute.
I’m not saying this because they’re mine, but because everyone else can see that too. My brothers and my best friend look also guaranteed that.
I could protect those lovable wives of mine from monsters and akuma. However, I couldn’t bear hurting those who didn’t have any intent to kill us.
I couldn’t let my clones and fire knights attack the adventurers. I could manage if it’s just a few people, but if it’s more than ten then it would be hard for too, of course.
That’s why I apologized to Youko and Kikyou. It was also decided that they would lightly brainwash the adventurers and those who try to get closer to my wives so that our daily lives wouldn’t be hampered by unwanted incidents.
Alright, back to the present.
Luna and rdie went inside the guild first, apparently.
Kikyou apparently brainwashed all the adventurers who frequented this guild, including Irina.
Guild Master Irina, who was currently guiding us around the guild, also had Kikyou’s spell controlling her mind.
Irina might be a Half-Elf, but she still has elven blood in her. And Elves, they’re a race known for their high resistance against ntal attacks such as brainwashing and mind control.
Even so, she seed unable to resist the brainwashing spell cast by Kikyou, who was a full-fledged Nine-Tailed Fox who already lived for a long ti. Well, I don’t think Irina, being a woman herself, would purposely harass my wives just to flirt with them but…
The guild master herself had been brainwashed, but for so reason, my intuition was telling that Luna and rdie might be in trouble.
The adventurers who usually enter and leave this guild and the rchants who co to purchase materials had already been brainwashed. However, it wouldn’t be strange if the guys we hadn’t t yet, such as the Chief Commander of the Royal Knights, weren’t.
In short, guys like that could get entangled with Luna and rdie. Moreover, neither Kikyou nor Youko were here, so we won’t be able to use mind control magic.
Still, that was the Chief Commander of the knights serving the Kingdom of Glendale, right?
Would such a person be a scum?
My head was thinking logically like that, but my gut feeling was urging to get to Luna and rdie right away.
“Ms. Irina, I’m sorry, but I need to go to the restroom.”
I briskly strode deeper into the guild.
