Di Feng, Song Yu, and Nan Xing had been out searching for a Sheep Beast to mother their newly born cub for several days. They finally found a foraging female Sheep Beast today, and excitedly moved to capture it.
However, they unexpectedly encountered a group of unfamiliar Orcs in the jungle.
Seeing that they didn’t seem to harbor any killing intent, Bosson relaxed, "We were just out hunting. Earlier in the snowfield, we encountered a group of Hyena Beasts who said they planned to attack a tribe called Watson, so we decided to follow them and give a warning to the tribe."
Di Feng had been finding these Orcs sowhat familiar, and upon hearing Bosson’s words, a spark of understanding lit his eyes. A playful grin adorned his face as he taunted them, "Your tribes from the Nia Forest have been encroaching on our Eneru Forest ti and ti again. Have you run out of ga in your own jungle?"
Bosson was taken aback and scrutinised the speaking Orc more closely...
Di Feng said with a chuckle, "Forgot about already? The last ti you took away our Shaman’s Disciple from our tribe, you were hung up on a tree by Xiu Yan, rember?"
Bosson: ...
You damned cheater! Why did you have to bring that up? Can’t a beast maintain his dignity?!!
Norwe was sowhat enjoying the spectacle, his mind playing out a scene of turning the tables on his oppressor. Bosson, who had just threatened him with this incident, was now being provoked by an Orc from another tribe, which was imnsely satisfying to him.
(Serves you right, fool! Acting as if you weren’t the one who got strung up on the tree last ti.)
Little Pipi, observing that the discussion seed amicable, as if the two parties were reuniting old acquaintances, finally relaxed and stepped out from behind Bosson.
His large round doe eyes shifting from one face to another, the little female was quite the sprite.
"Hello, do you folks know about the Watson Tribe?" Little Pipi cautiously asked.
Di Feng and his companions exchanged looks, Song Yu cheerfully replied, "Why of course, our territories are even adjacent to each other!"
What a coincidence?
Little Pipi nodded and said, "When you get back, can you tell them that we encountered the Hyena Tribe from the Eneru Mountains, and one of their females is leading them to attack the Watson Tribe? That female is from the sa tribe, she’s so wicked!"
Upon hearing Little Pipi’s words, their pupils contracted. The outcasted female from their tribe could only be Manli.
"We ca out to capture this Sheep Beast. Would you like to co back with us? I’m sure Ji Nuan and Xiu Yan would be delighted to see you!" Di Feng turned to Bosson.
"Ji Nuan? The Shaman’s Disciple we captured last ti?" He didn’t want to ntion Xiu Yan’s na at all. The mories were traumatizing.
Di Feng nodded, "Yes. And if you have any issues, you can tell us."
Bosson quickly nodded in agreent. They were initially planning to find the Watson Tribe anyway, so having them lead the way could only be better.
(You’re probably planning to get so more dicinal powder from Ji Nuan for the bug infection, aren’t you? It’s always easier when you know the beast.)
Seeing his agreent, Di Feng and his team gagged the Sheep Beast and hoisted it onto their shoulders. "Let’s go. We’ll take the back mountain route to avoid the Hyena Beasts. Their noses are too keen."
Bosson led his tribe to follow the others. In no ti, the group disappeared into the dense forest.
Although Little Pipi was a young female, her stamina was in no way inferior to the other Orcs. The thick snow didn’t slow her down at all.
