After Lucas told John all about what happened, John scolded Sean for being this careless.
"Even if that injured Kobold didn't attack you, Sean. You are lucky that you have not been cut by the spear, they are even laced with poison."
John kept scolding Sean who took it all with an annoyed yet understanding face. At first, he was thinking that his father and Lucas were acting too crazy but after listening to John for a while. He ca to know what he did wrong.
In a dangerous situation where Sean clearly could see that Lucas was trying to hide, Sean sneaked up on him and almost got killed. And to put oil in the fire, he scread a bit.
At this point, even Barney was up and looked at Sean with a smirk on his face as if enjoying that his brother was getting berated.

A day passed and the group had co up with a lot of food. Enough to last them for many days if preserved carefully.
With the help of the trap that used the stone slab, the group had 2 bodies of the grey Ogol and it was decided that the at was to be smoked in order to preserve it inside the shelter.
Right now, everyone was near a certain area that they had just found, it was right opposite to the grazing area in the North.
"Aunt Ella! Heal Uncle John while I take its attention!"

Lucas tackled the long, strong familiar creature that he had fought before. The big mouth, the long stem... it was the rapacious plant yet a level higher.
They were in a pickle of a situation just because Lucas and John had beco a bit arrogant.

Half an hour ago,
The whole group was traveling with their formation toward the south of the shelter. They already knew what was in the North, North East, and North West near their shelter but nothing about the other direction.
So everyone ca to a uni decision to travel south, the travel was compulsory as they needed things to kill in order to get the last ingredient for upgrading the shelter- the mana stones.
They had just started traveling and went about 15 minutes of continuous travel when Lucas suddenly saw sothing. At one glance, he knew that a rapacious plant was a few ters away from him near a tree as a small reddish plant just like the first ti was there except the color was blue the first ti.
"Everyone stop, there is a rapacious plant ahead of us near that tree." Lucas stopped everyone and pointed toward a normal tree. Everybody saw a small red-petaled plant near them and couldn't help but be fascinated by it.
If Lucas wouldn't have stopped them, one of them would have already gone near the plant with curiosity.
"It won't attack before we go near, its nature is to sneak attack just like many carnivorous plants."
"Then we have to move back." Ella said and was going to start going back but then she saw Lucas and John's expression, "... Right?"
"Aunt Ella, why do you want to go back? With so many people... it's going to be easy." Lucas said. He had a grin plastered on his face.
Sarah kept looking at that plant and was getting serious deja-vu. She didn't know why Lucas was so confident as the last ti was more than hell, even surviving was a very taxing task.
"Lucas is right, with a great strategy, killing this thing can be doable."
"... Are you serious, Dad?" Sean asked with one of his eyebrows up. When they first arrived here, John's whole family had already seen one of these things eating sothing. Its sheer size made Sean shiver in panic.
"A challenge? Let's do it, Dad." Barney said with a determined face.
"Shut up, you got a useless skill anyway," Sean interjected.
"... You wanna die?" Barney's face beca dark as if he was really offended by his brother.
All this seed a bit serious yet it was normal for the groups as the two brothers always bantered the minute they start talking.
"So what's the plan, Uncle John?"
Just like that, they all sat together about 10 ters away from the rapacious plant and made the plan to kill the thing without any trouble.
"The formation would be the sa but this ti Ella will be far back. Sean will be in the middle and give buff on his own accord or when soone asks for it." his eyes went to Barney and continued, "Barney, after seeing that throw, you said that your range is 4 ters right?"
Barney nodded in response and John continued with the plan description. "Okay, then when I say and think that the plant is in your 4-ter radius, you will shoot on my say. Case closed.
Now, Sarah, I know you can shoot volleyball-sized fireballs but if they beco tennis size, the numbers will increase so keep shooting at the plant till your mana reaches safe exhaustion." John stopped and asked Sarah if it was okay to which Sarah nodded with a smile, all this ti, in her free ti, she was practicing her accuracy which was not good at first but it had beco enough to hit a big target now.
"And Lucas, you know what to do. Just attack it with ."
"Alright," Lucas gave a thumbs up.
"Everything seems nice, but why will I stay far? I am the dic." Ella interjected with a sowhat pout that looked cute.
"It's because you are a dic that I have kept you far as your role is the most vital one," John said and stopped for giving his statent a little weight and it obviously picked her interest.
"Whenever soone gets injured and I hope no one does. But if that happens, the person is to go back and get healed. At Ella's level, she can heal a normal cut or bruise in around 34 seconds. I have checked it so whoever gets injured can co back to support again, okay?"
Lucas was getting butterflies in his stomach, the plan was basic but it was still a plan.
