"Constantine?" Lucy repeated softly, her expression puzzled as she processed Leon's question.

"Why him? Has he also attacked or hard you, Leon?"

Leon hesitated, his thoughts racing. Lucy's apparent confusion didn't align with what he'd heard.

Maylock had hinted at Constantine's potential involvent, and Leon himself had already fought and slaughtered Constantine and several of his guild mbers that night.

"Was Constantine involved in the assault?" Leon asked again. "Did he support you in so way, or are you allied with him?"

Lucy shook her head firmly.

"That guy is cunning. I don't trust him," she admitted. "He's approached us multiple tis, spinning tales about all the great things we could gain by attacking Slumdon Town. But I don't trust him, and I refused to form an alliance with him."

"So, you're not in an alliance with him?"

"No," Lucy replied firmly. "I don't think we should trust him."

Leon nodded slowly at her answer.

"Lucy," he continued. "Do you plan to attack Slumdon Town again?"

Lucy took a deep breath, exhaling slowly as she t his gaze.

"Leon... You're Ben's nephew, and soon, I'll be marrying him. I want to get to know both of you better, and I'd be so grateful if we could form a good relationship. I truly hope I can be forgiven for what I've done. Do you think that's possible?"

Leon paused for a mont, considering her words before nodding slowly.

Lily giggled softly. "I'm sure you've changed a lot, Leon," she teased.

Leon smirked faintly but shook his head.

"Not really... I still plan to take revenge, but maybe in a different way, especially against Constantine."

He paused for a mont, "I don't know what that guy is planning, but I'm certain he'll make another move after the crushing defeat he just suffered."

Lucy interjected, "Please let know if there's anything I can do to help."

Without hesitation, Leon replied, "Just keep updated. Every ti Constantine contacts you or asks you to do sothing, let know imdiately."

Hearing Leon's response, Lucy let out a relieved sigh, her shoulders relaxing. "That's so easy, Leon," she said with a warm smile. "You're really very sweet... I love both of you."

Lily bead at her words and replied, "You're very kind too, Lucy. I'm glad Uncle Ben has soone like you."

Lucy's smile brightened even more. "Really? Thank you, Lily. You're very cute too."

Leon sat in silence, lost in thought as he reevaluated his plans. Initially, he had been prepared to organize a swift counterattack against Lucy and her allies with his guild mbers. But with the new revelations about Lucy, his strategy needed a complete overhaul.

Adding to his burden, he had an upcoming expedition with Princess Alora, leaving him with little ti to spare. On top of that, he still needed to complete commissions from his guildmates and dedicate ti to studying the golem class.

He sighed, the weight of everything pressing down on him. Too many tasks, too little ti.

"Leon..." Lucy's voice cut through his thoughts.

"Yes?" he replied, glancing at her.

Lucy hesitated for a mont before continuing, "What if my alliance, the Valantar Guilds Alliance, which includes several guilds... decided to support you? Would you be open to that?"

"Support ?" Leon asked. "What do you an?"

"I'm convinced you have incredible potential in Immortal Legacy," Lucy explained. "If we were to beco allies, I believe it could lead to significant rewards for both of us."

She paused, appearing lost in thought for a mont. "I an, the sheer number of our mbers might prove useful in certain situations. Or... perhaps this is too shaless of to suggest after everything we've done to you?"

Leon's gaze sharpened as he considered her words. "Are you sure your alliance would even be willing to work with , considering they originally viewed as an enemy?"

Lucy smiled faintly. "It won't be an easy or quick process," she admitted. "But I'll do my best. At the very least, influencing my own guild shouldn't be too difficult."

Having more allies in the ga would undoubtedly be advantageous for Leon, but he wasn't ready to commit to adding any more just yet-especially when he couldn't fully determine their role in his plans.

Trust was sothing he needed to build carefully, and that took ti, particularly with such a large group. While it was an option he might consider in the future, he first needed to discuss it with Freya and the rest of his guild.

Although it was clear that moving such a large group of players to Slumdon Town would be incredibly beneficial, Leon knew he needed to consider it carefully. Bringing that many players to the town would provide a significant boost, especially if they focused on hunting in the surrounding areas and developing the local economy.

For Valantar, this would undoubtedly be a major blow. Losing a substantial number of their loyal players to another town would hit them hard, both in terms of influence and resources. The impact would be far more devastating than a direct confrontation.

Still, Leon reminded himself to think this through more thoroughly before making any decisions. This wasn't sothing to rush into.

"Thanks, Lucy," he said at last. "I'm sure we could achieve a lot of great things with the alliance, but I'm not ready to discuss this further at the mont."

Lucy nodded understandingly, a warm smile on her face. "That's perfectly fine, Leon. I won't press you on it. I'll keep you updated if anything new cos up, and when the ti is right, I hope my alliance can support you in so way."

With that, the dinner eventually ca to an end. Leon and Lily began their drive ho, the city lights glinting through the car windows. As they settled into the drive, they had the freedom to talk more freely about the night's events.

Lily's face was lit up with amusent, and she burst into laughter. "I still can't believe any of this, Leon!" she said, shaking her head in disbelief.

"How can this be such a coincidence?" Lily said, still laughing in disbelief. "I never expected Uncle Ben's future wife to be soone who originally tried to antagonize you."

Leon chuckled. "Is this what you'd call luck, Lily?"

"Yes... in a way," she replied. "The Valantar Guilds Alliance might not have players on par with your core mbers in terms of level, but they're experienced. If you manage to turn them into allies, it could be a huge advantage for you."

"I agree," Leon admitted, his smile fading slightly. "But it won't be that easy, right?"

Lily shook her head, though there was a spark of enthusiasm in her eyes. "No, but here's the thing... people might hate you, Leon, but I'm certain most of that hate cos from jealousy. Your reputation alone is enough to make people want to follow you, given the chance."

"Really?"

"Of course!" Lily replied. "The Ass Guild willingly joined the guild you created, that's a massive deal. There's no reason to doubt your influence anymore."

Leon simply smiled.

"I'm sure that if Lucy provides strong support, you could even bring their entire alliance under your banner. Can you imagine that? It would be incredible.

"I thought so."

As the car sped through the city streets, illuminated by the soft glow of streetlights, Leon pressed the gas pedal a little harder, the hum of the engine filling the silence.

"Well, here I am," he mused inwardly, "No doubt my capsule device has been waiting for .

There's so much to do..."
