anwhile, unaware of their thoughts, Xavier had already slaughtered more than a dozen goblins.
Just then a system ssage caused his steps to falter. This small mont of carelessness allowed the undead chira to finally catch up.
Bang! Xavier felt as if he was hit by a war hamr. Like a bullet, his body flew through the air, flying hundreds of ters. It was only when he hit a sturdy tree that his body ca to a halt.
Xavier felt as if his entire internal organ system had rearranged itself, but it was because his health attribute was too high or sothing, as he didn’t feel much pain at all.
He ignored the charging undead chira’s figure but instead looked at the windows flashing in front of his retina.
[You have absorbed the soul record of Level 24 Goblin.]
[You have leveled up! Level 20]
This was sothing he was already expecting, so he didn’t pay attention to it. Instead, he shifted his focus to the window behind this ssage.
[Ding! You have successfully perford one thousand successful executions!]
[Your legend as the first DeathWill Executioner has started to spread.]
[A strong aura of death surrounds you; weaker beings feel instinctive fear in your presence.]
[Ding! You have unlocked the class skill: Resentnt Bomb.]
[Ding! An epic-grade magic weapon has been deposited to your inventory.]
[ 30 freely distributable stats have been deposited to your inventory.]
"Good damn!" Xavier muttered while wiping the trail of fresh blood leaking from the corner of his mouth.
This is it. This is what he wanted!
As he didn’t have enough ti, he didn’t bother reading the skill description or checking the magic weapon.
There was only a single thought in his mind.
End this battle as fast as possible!
With that thought in mind, he dropped a full thirty freely distributable points on health.
[Health: 93 → 123]
As soon as he finished doing it, Xavier felt a surge of primal heat deep within him. If one looked closely at his body at the microscopic level, the cells in his body were rapidly multiplying and dividing into sothing far greater. His bones grew thicker and solidified, as if made straight out from iron.
The process generated incredible heat; it appeared as if his body was being reforged from within.
Instead of pain, Xavier felt an instant sense of calmness and relief that he had never felt before.
The strain that the Deathwill aura was putting on his body also disappeared; the bulging veins slowly deflated until they returned to normal.
Xavier looked as healthy as ever.
These changes might have escaped the notice of others, but not Zerin.
The eyes of the black-haired beauty narrowed to slits. How did his stats suddenly jump?!
Zerin didn’t know how to feel about this situation. Although Xavier’s strength would almost guarantee her own, she still didn’t like it.
anwhile, the undead chira looked at Xavier’s figure. The anger and resentnt in its eyes seed to materialize. If looks could kill, Xavier would have died a thousand tis.
The monster also seed to have felt the massive leap that Xavier’s strength had taken.
Xavier finally started to move once more, slaughtering goblins as fast as possible.
Without him even realizing it, he had slaughtered more than a hundred goblins.
The execution streak reaching 350!
With the three hundred-plus percent bonus from the Deathwill aura, his health attribute was practically over 400 points!
The situation, however, was paradoxical. Such a high health attribute should have allowed him to stack the Deathwill bonus even further, but things didn’t work like this. As a non-evolved being, he had so limits which he could not yet break.
Although he might have 400 points in health, at the fundantal level, his body was not yet ready to bear the full brunt.
At this point, any injuries his body was receiving were automatically healing, to the point he could even regenerate minor parts of limbs, such as fingers.
He looked at the undead chira with an indifferent gaze. Piercing sense automatically activated, displaying the updated information.
[Undead Chira Revenant – Level 39]
[Weakness –...]
Looking at the information, a slightly confident smirk appeared on his face.
Tch, just how powerful are the punches of a level 39 evolved monster?
This thought had barely occurred to him when the undead chira’s punch was already atop him. A loud thundering explosion sounded, sending dust and stones flying in every direction.
Xavier didn’t even blink, simply standing still. He didn’t even try to defend, yet he felt nothing—not even a tickle.
The undead chira might be initially strong, but if soone could deal with its physical attacks, the creature simply had no other ability. It was simply a giant that could punch hard.
As these thoughts flashed through his head, the smirk on Xavier’s face widened to the point it was no longer a smirk but a mocking grin.
"You like throwing punches, don’t you? Now experience what it feels like to be on the receiving end!"
Xavier yelled like a madman. Although it might have looked as if he was completely unaffected, in reality he was just holding back all the rage this entire ti—like a weakling. But now that he had the upper hand, there was no need to hold back.
His original strength of 67 points had reached an exaggerated number of 234.
This was a number that Xavier could barely wrap his head around.
He wasn’t even sure how much force he could generate with such a number.
A ton? Or maybe dozens of tons? He wasn’t even sure.
With all those thoughts in mind, Xavier threw the twisted Warden Ruinblade in his hand aside and simply punched with all his might!
The numbers be damned! Right now, all he wanted was this monster to be gone from his vision.
Right now it looked as if an ant was trying to punch a giant. After all, Xavier was barely six feet tall while the monster was nearing forty feet—imagine punching a four-story tall building!
Although Xavier didn’t use any fancy technique, due to the force generated by his punch, the air seed to ripple continuously and explode outward. The shockwave generated even before the punch could hit the monster.
Aria and the others, who were watching from the distance, were hit by the shockwave first. But they were too shell-shocked to care about it.
Under their disbelieving eyes, Xavier’s fist made contact with the monster’s towering form!
For a mont nothing happened, then—BOOM!
As if made from glass, the undead chira’s arms shattered. Following its arms, the rest of its body followed soon after.
Imdiately, to Xavier’s relief, multiple notifications echoed in his ears.
