*OHW ERA UOY?*
A deep voice that seed almost demonic resounded behind . My eyes snapped towards the voice, vision blurry with the numbness of my mind.
Then I saw him, or was he even human?
Deep, molten red eyes stared back at with an indifferent look—There was no fury in them nor any frustration. Just plain indifference as if I were nothing but an insect who pokes his legs where he shouldn't have.
His pupils were that thin slits like those of the dragons and demons marked with slight thin red lines like it was cracking from the middle.
His face did not resemble a human or a beast. Face that seed like it was torn out of a Dragon's scale with crimson light pulsating at the edges of each one, running from his face to his legs.
He had no lips or nose, only a set of two horns protruding from the side of his head and curling upwards. He stood at least seven feet tall with torn black draconic wings attached to his back.
His hands were like the talons of an eagle with long nails, which seed more like blades rather than growing out of his fingers; they were more like a part of it.
"Wh-Who are you?" I asked, sohow able to speak out.
*I MA EHT NAIDRAUG FO SIHT ECALP* He spoke sothing similar to the ancient tongue, but at the sa ti, it seed twisted and made up. Sothing that never belonged to this world.
"What the hell are you spouting?!" I yelled at him. My left eye now burned with pain as if a few hundred needles had been poked in it, making tear up.
[Noah, calm down. He won't—]
"Shut up! Just tell what the hell is happening?!"
Before Dante could form any words, I felt nails scraping my shoulders. My eyes shot back up to look at the creature holding my shoulder with his talons, his grip was not hurting but it was strong enough to hold in place.
His red eyes looked at with sothing unreadable, and then they widened as if he was in surprise. *EGEIL?* He blurted out sothing else that I did not understand.
He raised his other hand, the tip of the sharp talons aid at my chest—at my heart. I tried to move, but my legs gave out. My body was trembling with fear and dread, sweat dripping endlessly.
"What are—What are you doing?" I stamred out, eyes widening as my face reflected his long, sharp claws. "D-Don't."
*TI TNOW TURH*
THWCK!
His claws shot out, piercing through my skin and muscle, heading for my heart.
But sothing was off.
I felt no pain.
Nor did I bleed.
His talons dug deeper and deeper. It was not just going to my heart, it was going sowhere else—sowhere deep within the twin souls. My vision darkened at the edges as the world around twisted into the void.
But not before hearing his last words—
*THY WRATH SHALL GUIDE YOU, HEIR OF ASHES*

[Margaret's POV]
Why is he taking so long? I thought, waiting beside the exit of the sewage tunnel. Noah should've gotten out like ten minutes ago.
If I rember correctly from the future mories I experienced, Noah would co here on the first day of the Academy to get the Mask of Deceit. One of his most-used artefacts that he used to tell about in bed.
"UHM, UHM." I cleared my throat, my cheeks burned slightly with the mory I had witnessed. I just hope everything will work out this ti, and he won't suffer like he did in my mories.
I said to my grandfather that I was going with my friends to get so things for the Fresher's party that we were going to hold. It was a pretty old tradition in the Heldenstein Academy.
Of course, I lied to my Grandpa due to his overprotectiveness. "The man outside are vile"—He says as if he is not a man himself.
Although if I had not witnessed the future, I would've been tired of him. And I understand him, he does not want to lose anyone anymore, and I will make sure that he won't lose his grandson-in-law.
Is it too soon to say? I covered my face with the thoughts that ca to mind. I don't want to make a fool out of myself and make Noah more distant towards .
I will break those walls of his!
Speaking of him, why hasn't he gotten out yet? Then my mind flared with a thought I did not oblige with. Did he perhaps get injured?
It was a negative thought, but a possibility. And now, in this case it looks like certainty.
I ran over to the entrance of the sewage tunnel and removed the cold tallic lid. Grabbing onto the cold bars of fixed ladder, I dropped down to the sewage tunnel.
The stench in their almost making vomit. I pinched the opening of my nose and conjured a fla on my palm to counter the darkness.
"What the hell is this?" I blurted out, eyes widening at the burned remains of what looked like rats. But why were the numbers so high here? I knew there would be an outbreak of rats sowhere around the future, but the numbers... were they always this high?
"I must hurry!" Even though I knew this would be a piece of cake for Noah, he might've co across sothing far stronger than him.

Small eyes as green as grass stared back at with avarice, their brown furred body bulging with pulsating green veins. But I did not have any ti for these rodents.
Spah!
Spah!
Spah!
Yellowish green liquid was spat out from their mouth, aid at my face. I dodged all of them with ease; the physical training I had gone through was enough to make at least this agile.
"Don't get in my way, you disgusting little rodents!"
[Drachen's Breath] I chanted. Fire escaped the side of my lips, forming a small ball of heat in my mouth. I parted my lips, and the ball of fire ca out as a beam burning all the rats in front of out of existence.
It was as if those filthy things were never even breathing to begin with.
The strength of a well-used Advanced spell.
"No, I don't have ti to ponder on this. I have to find him quickly." I pushed myself against the walls, looking for the switch of the entrance. "Where is it? It should be here sowhere."
But even after ten minutes, I did not find it.
What should I do now? I massaged my temples, trying to find a way, and then it clicked.
I placed my palms against the wall. "I hope this does not damage the streets, or else the Royal Family will be hunting for ."
Closing my eyes, I focused on the mana travelling through the circuits. Focusing it on my palm, I mumbled a spell.
