"i i, it’s okay, we can just put the frog in an aquarium. I think she is cute.....if Mingzhu likes her, we should keep her." Madam Feng suggested.
i i touched the back of her neck, suddenly it felt strained. All of her was tired, she needed to find a bed and get away from all the animals for a while. "Mingzhu, have you bathed and eaten?"
Mingzhu nodded.
"Your grandmother will put you to bed. Mommy is tired and she needs to rest." She looked at everyone else and said, "Everyone, I beg your tolerance, I have had a very long day and I just need to sleep."
"Like Wu Tangning." Jun Jie snickered.
"No animals in my bedroom or I swear, we will have frog or wolf for breakfast." i i warned Jun Yi.
"So does this an we are staying?" Jun Lei asked.
i i nodded. How could she send them away when she had not seen them for so long? Occasionally, she used to deliver flowers to the royal courts and she would deliberately hide to get glimpses of them. She followed them anonymously on weibo.
Jun Jie and Jun Lei shared cars, bikes and notes on economics and business. Jun Yi shared pictures or videos of herself working at the zoo, visiting the vet or their family on vacation. Most of her content was animal related.
Everyone knew that she was going to the university to study veterinary dicine and she would build a big animal hospital. She even had a go fund page to raise money for the hospital through her own efforts.
The hospital or animal sanctuary she wanted to build would cost her close to a billion. So far, she had only fifteen million in donations. A lot of people found her dream ridiculous.
She often received comnts from people asking her why she was not channeling the money and efforts into building a human hospital and helping humans instead of animals.
Jun Yi always replied with figures, showing the number of hospitals large and small helping humans and those helping animals. In her opinion, enough people were helping humans and not enough were standing up for animals.
"Young miss, miss Tangning’s maid would like to see you about borrowing so sugar." The butler cleared his throat and spoke to i i.
His words brought her out of her thoughts and made her frown. She had lived twenty nine years and it was the first ti in her life that she was seeing a neighbor coming to borrow sugar. Of all neighbors, it just happened to be a wealthy singer that could afford dozens of bags of sugar!!!
"Err...give her so." She answered.
"Aiyo, thank you miss ilin for your generosity." The maid’s voice ca from the entrance to the living room. She was looking around curiously.
"Follow to the kitchen." The butler told the maid.
"Even Tangning runs out of sugar. I feel like this is unnatural." Jun Jie comnted.
Everyone was looking at the maid, and they kept their eyes glued on her until she faded. Even ow ow was peeking, but it was only because she heard the word sugar. She knew sugar ant sweet and it was about ti for her to sleep but before then, she wanted her dinner which was sweet fruits.
i i spread her arms and called out. "Okay, good night hugs and great to see you again hugs and I am sorry that I have been a bad sister hugs. Bring it in."
Jun Yi was the first to go in for a hug. She was hoping it would make her sister forget the creatures she had brought to her ho. Jun Lei was next.
"I need compensation, this is not enough."
"Noted." i i answered. She would get sothing from the system and use it to compensate him.
Jun Jie ca last and he hugged her tightly. "I have missed you so much and just so you know, Jun Lei has been so angry with you that he told his friends that you were dead and Jun Yi turned your bedroom into a treatnt room for all her pets."
i i glared at the other two and they glared at Jun Jie. Would his mouth rot if he did not talk?
"Jun Jie said that he would dye your hair permanently green if you ever ca back ho." Jun Yi blurted out.
"Jun Yi called you a poop brain." Jun Jie rushed to reveal.
Jun Yi gasped and pointed at Jun Jie. "You want to snitch, fine. Sister, Jun Jie ....."
"One, two and three.....shut up." Madam Feng raised her voice at the triplets, surprising them. "Siblings don’t snitch on each other, what are you three doing?"
"I didn’t say anything." Jun Lei defended himself.
"You are not a good one either, you are standing to the side and laughing. You are just a s guilty as the rest of them. All of you are guilty of destroying the harmonious family environnt, now go and face the wall for thirty minutes." Madam Feng berated in a motherly voice and gave them an order.
The triplets blinked and looked at i i. Jun Jie was even smirking, he thought it was joke. Facing the wall was a punishnt for children, not adults.
"Wall...now or I will tan your bare buttocks!!" Feng Qi growled a command.
The triplets simultaneously gasped. Bare buttocks!!!
"Sister...." Jun Yi whined and she grasped the corner of i i’s jacket. "She is scary."
"If you want to live with I suggest that you obey madam Feng’s rules. Just face the wall, how hard is it. Mingzhe’s punishnts are much tougher than this." She escaped Jun Yi and run up the stairs.
When she left, the maids were surrounding the triplets, herding them like sheep to face separate parts of the living room wall. Rose was laughing, Mingzhu was sneaking to her bedroom with a frog and two kittens. Phoenix news showing on the tv, an anchor was reporting on Gao Jiajia’s scandal.
