Chapter 65: Vera’s Fa?ade Broken…?
As she looked at Aie's dark expression and the killing intent Vera felt a very ominous foreboding.
After about 5 minutes passed in silence.
Finally, Vera couldn't help but ask Aie "What is it, Aie? Do you have any leads?"
SIGH!
Aie's sigh rang out as she looked at Vera with pity and silently sent her the files that Reven sent her.
[Ding!]
[You have received a ssage from Aie.]
"???"
Vera's eyes quirked at Aie with question marks.
Aie simply eyed her as if saying her to open the ssage she sent her.
Seeing this, Vera took a deep breath and opened the ssage.
The ssage that Reven sent to Aie played itself to Vera too. it explained from the start to finish of everything what Cale did.
It exposed how he was cheating her, not only the beach incident but everything else too.
After all, Reven did a full investigation on the guy after he caught him in that day. So he exposed all the sh*t that the guy pulled while keeping it hidden from Vera.
After that he explained the portal incident too. All in all, everything that Cale did while thinking that he could get Reven out of the equation had failed miserably.
Not only that but all his past secrets were also revealed to Vera.
At this mont after learning the ssage Vera thought maybe it was better if she didn't listen to Aie and didn't open the ssage.
But since she had now read it, there was just no way that she was going to let go of Cale easily.
Cale who was constantly watching everything suddenly felt unprecedented amounts of killing intent from Aie and now Vera too.
He suddenly had a very bad feeling about it.
Unable to control is anxiousness, he looked at Vera and asked "W-What happened Vera?!"
Vera simply looked at him with indifference. Actually, right now she was thinking how should she kill this motherfu*ker.
_Should she burst this fu*kers balls and then hang him to death?
_Or maybe slice his body into pieces and kill him slice by slice!
_Or even better make him naked and humiliate him to death using s*x toys to utterly destroy his body and manhood.
Madness could be seen in Vera's eyes. Just like the insanity filled eyes which she used to have when she was younger.
Her mouth curled upwards in a smiling arc but to Cale this was much more terrifying than the killing intent that Aie or Vera emitted just a second before.

Sound Waves flashed passed through Vera's surroundings.
And as the Waves hit Cale he lost the senses of his body.

Cale couldn't help but mutter.
To him this was a totally different Vera than the one he knew. This one felt like her ntal health was not stable. She was totally different from the always loving and joking Vera.

If Reven was here, then he himself would have been completely shocked by seeing Vera right now.
Aie who was watching all this couldn't help but think of those days when she t Vera for the first ti.
That ti she had the sa expressions on her face, always having that sa smile but inducing fear in anyone whom she didn't like. It was as if this beca her defence chanism.
At first, she thought that this was so kind of a dual-personality disorder.
But she later realized that she was wrong!
It was that this was her true personality.
She liked to destroy people who hurt her or people she loved. She liked to bring utter despair to people who she deed as threats or enemies.
She like inflicting pain on people who hurt her. She liked torturing them, experinting on them, destroying them from every fibre of their being.
She was not a soldier rather a torturer and a nightmare for her enemies who mostly end up becoming her test subjects.
But she knew her true personality was pain inflicting to the people that loved her so with Aie's help she was slowly able to create a fa?ade.
A fa?ade that would help people she loved to stay with her, to interact with her and to be happy with her in their life.
But that didn't an the 'lodic Demoness' within her had died or vanished.
It was always hoping that it didn't need to co out at the sa ti it was always waiting to co out too. After all that was her real personality.
A perfect future YANDERE wife she would beco, if we go by the 21st century norms!
It was like Reven's personality but a bit different.
His was based on an ideology and was ford due to his life experiences in an already destroyed while hers was based on seeing a world that shouldn't have existed for a common man.
…A result of the World War which ca in society of more than 100 years of peace. A society where man was suddenly told to kill anyone who is not their ally.
…A society where human emotions were destroyed in a re few years.
Back to the present.
The surrounding Ardor around Vera was vibrating in excitent as if they had been freed of their long leash.
As for Cale, he looked as if he had seen a ghost. His face had turned blue in fear and pressure from the insanity filled smile that Vera gave off.
"Should I use the Nano-Bots and make them enter you blood and then detonate them or maybe rather than inserting the Nano-bots through your blood I should insert it into you through your anus…"
Vera kept on mumbling ignoring everyone else around as if she was in a trance.

The intense Sound-Waves that the surrounding Ardor was producing kept cutting Cale everywhere. His bleeding also intensified, if this continued for so more ti then he would die.
Seeing the chaos that Vera was causing, Aie sighed and finally stepped in.
She directly ca in front of her and hugged her and consoled in her ears "Don't worry he will be fine. He said he will co back didn't he. And you don't want him to et this side of you so stop it."
This brought Vera out of her trance!
Suddenly, all the Ardor in the surroundings disappeared. The killing intent vanished too.
Looking at this, everyone else sighed in relief. As for Cale, he looked extrely pathetic right now. He was unable to think just what was going on right now.
"I-I…"
Boo-Hoo! Waaaa…
"I am s-sorry. I am sorry…" Vera cried tearfully and sobbed while hugging Aie tightly.
She continued "I-It is all m-my f-fault. I should have never trusted him… I-I…"
Vera tried to say sothing but Aie stopped her mouth saying "Its fine don't worry about it. You didn't know about it. As for Reven, he will definitely co back so don't worry too much."
Though Aie said that but worry could be heard on Aie's voice too. it was as if she was consoling herself too.
'He will definitely co back. For us, he will!'
Quite so ti passed. Vera cald down too.
The group also learned about the shit Cale pulled in the dungeon.
Finally, looking at Cale with disgust Vera asked "What shall we with this sh*t?"
_And continued "I think I should bathe him in acids and torture him to death."
Her words sent chills to everyone present.
"No, just take him in custody as for what to do with him, it will be decided by Reven himself when he cos back." Aie said.
"Okay, we will do that." Vera agreed with her.

"Alright everyone let's go to HQ to report and introduce our guests to the higher ups." Aie took a deep breath and said while looking at the other-worlders with them.
Everyone nodded and got ready to leave for the HQ.
"Oh yes!" Suddenly Vera exclaid.
"What happened?" The others asked while they looked at her.
Everyone couldn't help but feel chills as Vera continued with a grim smile "I hope nobody will tell anyone about what happened here especially Reven!
Is that clear?!"
Everyone dreaded as they understood the hidden anings of her words and swiftly replied…
