In the Outer Circle of Astraea, the living conditions were in no way good. It was more like a slum.
The hygiene and sanitation here were a total ss. It was really a blessing that the people here are getting food to eat twice a day.

This had beco a headache for the ISC. If there had been no Awakening, then this problem would not have occurred.
But when Awakening entered the equation, everything changed.

The people seed to forget that they were not the only ones with power.
They forgot what they were doing to others could happen to them, too.

In a small cottage in the Outer Circle.
"I beg you, please let go." A woman could be seen. Her dress was torn apart, and multiple bruises covered her entire body.
She seed to be begging a man who looked more like a beast than a human.
The man seed to be smiling as if he were enjoying the woman's begging.

But the man didn't listen.

"Show the damn footage." Reven spoke with a strained voice.
Hundreds of videos ca into Reven's view. He silently watched them, continuously changing the footage one after another.
Soon he viewed the footage of that man, who was currently indulged with the woman.

Then his eyes turned cold.

He vanished from his spot and arrived in front of the cottage.

"Aah~! Who the hell ca to disturb us?" The woman tried to get up to open the door, but...
Reven burst open the door and ca inside.

The man seed to say sothing, but Reven completely ignored him and looked at the woman, who was lying on the bed with serious injuries.

Reven looked at the naked man, who seed to be frigid because of the bloodlust he was emitting.
Even though he was an Awakened, he hadn't had any real fights, so facing Reven felt like facing an unsurpassable mountain to him.
"Do you have a first aid box?" Reven asked emotionlessly.
"Y-Y-Yess… W-We h-have one." The man stuttered as he ordered the woman to bring one.
Soon, the woman brought the first aid box. And then…
Thud! Thud!
Both the man and the woman were knocked unconscious by Reven with a jab to their necks.
He then started to treat the woman using whatever he had right now.
After about 10 minutes.
[Ambulance is here.]
Hmm.
Reven nodded.
Two people ca inside the house and silently walked towards the woman, gently carrying her on a stretcher to the ambulance.
A doctor also started to look at the condition of the woman as he turned to Reven and said, "She will not live, and even if she does, she will be a cripple."
"I will do the surgery myself." Reven replied.
"But, sir…"
"Empress." Reven cut him off and sent his doctor's license to the guy via Empress, which silenced as well as astonished the guy.
Soon, so army officials also ca and arrested the two criminals.
Reven sent the details of all the cri cases to the soldiers and ordered them to detain the criminals within a week.
After that, Reven left to attend to his patient.
