Chapter 912: Chapter 900 I look forward to your arrangent, Father!
“Heave!” From the nearly depleted Elental Pool, a majestic and divine being took a deep breath, and a river of elents surged out from the cracks linked to the fire, thunder, wind, and light elental realms. Every bit was absorbed into his body in a relentless demand for more.
After the Elental Pool’s accumulated elents were completely devoured, the imposing being lying at the bottom released a devouring force upon the four elent fissures. Gradually, the fissures began to falter under the strain, pushed to the brink of collapse by this powerful devouring force.
Eventually, unable to withstand this devouring force, the four fissures collapsed. And when no more elents were available for consumption, the entity slowly started to awaken.
“What is this…” Aeolus slowly opened his eyes, first sensing an overwhelming power within his body, imnse beyond belief – this certainly wasn’t a power that any human could control.
“This power!” Aeolus slowly raised his hand and gently clenched his fist. The air around him roared as if exploding. Yet, before he could fully experience this power, Rune after Rune erged from his body, forming a Magic Array.
These Runes linked together into chains of golden hue that then fused into his body. Following that, Aeolus felt the power within him rapidly dissipating, and his body began to shrink drastically.
In just a few monts, Aeolus’s stature reverted to that of a normal human youth, the colossal power he had sensed before now left no trace, as if everything he had just experienced was rely an illusion.
With an expressionless face, Aeolus felt the changes in his body. He lay on the ground, looking up at the dark vault of the Underground Palace without expression. After a long while, he slowly stood up, then clenched his fist again.
“Soul Intent Level!”
One after another, Soul Intent Circles with a golden core and a faint white glow on the edges appeared beneath his feet. Wave after wave of a unique force augnted his strength while also drawing in the free-floating elents around him.
“Fifteen Soul Intent Circles!” Aeolus looked at the slowly rotating fifteen Soul Intention Rings beneath his feet and pursed his lips slightly, “And there’s still room for growth. I haven’t reached the peak; there’s still soul potential I haven’t unearthed!”
“This isn’t a realm that humans can reach!” As Muria had anticipated, Aeolus imdiately thought of this. It was already extrely difficult for an ordinary human to break through to the Soul Intent Level, let alone to have fifteen Soul Intent Circles upon breaking through; it was simply inconceivable.
“Therefore, I must be a half-blood creature, or maybe I’m not human at all!” Considering the Soul Intent Circles he now possessed, and the special talents far beyond his peers he had showed as a child, Aeolus ca to a startling conclusion.
“Is this what they call ‘shackles’?” After a mont of silence, Aeolus probed his body and soul more carefully and discovered the imnse and intricate compound Magic Array that restrained both.
“Sealing most of my power but leaving
room to continue to practice – what is this? A form of tempering?” The expressionless Aeolus suddenly laughed.
After laughing, Aeolus slowly left the Underground Maze and entered the nearest city, boarding a Floating Ship.
“Fifteen Soul Intent Circles, Titans, triplet sisters!” Aeolus, back in Sinapus, looked up at the Imperial Palace guarded by over a hundred Floating Cities and a wild idea ford unconsciously in his mind.
“The Empire’s Princesses are also three in number, and it’s said they were born on the sa day!” At this mont, Aeolus felt ready to barge directly into the Imperial Palace to confront that supre being seated on the throne.
However, he restrained this urge; first and foremost, his current Identity was rely that of a student at the Sinapus Dragon Clan Academy. His permitted region of activity was limited to the Floating Cities designated as the Academy’s campus, and he had no authority to enter the other Cities.
Furthermore, with his Father’s strength, if he truly didn’t wish to see Aeolus, it was likely that no matter what thods he employed, it would be futile. Even if Father and Son were close at hand, the vast difference in power ant that the Father could only look down at his Son, while the Son could do nothing.
“I look forward to the Arrangents you have for , Father!” Aeolus gazed at the Imperial Palace hovering in the heavens above, murmured softly, then turned and walked toward his dormitory.
…
Ti trickled by quietly; years flowed serenely. In the blink of an eye, nearly a hundred years had passed when Muria at the age of 560, achieved another breakthrough – advancing from Legend Seventh Rank to the eighth, drawing even closer to the Legendary Peak and the ensuing journey into the Void.
On the day Muria made his breakthrough, a vast and grandiose phenonon centered around the Imperial Palace where he sat, quickly enveloping the increasingly flourishing Sinapus.
Golden Thunder and Flas, endless Hurricanes – three forces shrouded all of Sinapus, a spectacle to behold. Yet, what was striking was that these phenona, caused by the leakage of Muria’s breakthrough power, did not harm any being or building within Sinapus.
And yet this magnificent vision lasted only for nearly half a quarter of an hour before it dissipated into nothingness, as if what had just happened was nothing but an illusion.
At that ti, when Muria broke through, Aeolus, whose cultivation was still at the Soul Intent Level and had not broken through to the Legendary Realm, was leading his subordinates in an assault on an underground palace.
Facing the arrangents of his unimaginably powerful father, Aeolus did not choose to submit but instead chose to rebel. He began to recruit his own companions within the Dragon Clan Academy and then ford a renowned Labyrinth Assault Adventure Group.
On the first day of the adventure group’s founding, Aeolus announced that he intended to go through all the mazes on the Senapus Subcontinent, aspiring to beco the number one maze assaulter of the Senapus Empire.
As for his son’s actions, Muria naturally sneered and, under the joyful mood of breaking through to the eighth rank of Legend, casually constructed a cross-continental Teleportation Array that could only be triggered by Aeolus, sending him directly out of the empire’s territory.
“This ti, why don’t you ask
for the reason?” Muria said, enjoying the bewildered yet amusing expression of Aeolus who had suddenly been teleported to the Ionian Subcontinent. He turned his head and looked at Michaela beside him with slight curiosity.
“Aeolus should have left his ho long ago to see the world. Otherwise, what’s the point of always making trouble within his own ho?” Hearing Muria’s words, Michaela glanced at him and shared the thoughts of a Blazing Sky God Descendant.
Compared to the Titan Tribe, though the Blazing Sky God Race was more indulgent towards their children, when their children had grown up to a certain degree, the Blazing Sky God parents would still arrange various trials for them. They loved their children, but that did not an they would spoil them without boundaries.
“Tsk, you even blad
for being too indulgent towards Aeolus!” Muria laughed upon hearing his wife’s words.
“You say I dote on Aeolus too much, but in truth, the one who truly spoils Aeolus is you! Although you keep Gladys and the other two with you, most of the resources they acquire ultimately end up in Aeolus’s hands under your arrangents!”
“It’s just so Legendary tal, is it worth the fuss? You’re still fixated on it!” Muria said with so annoyance as he rubbed his head, “It’s not like they will have any less because of it.”
Not long after Aeolus had broken through to the Soul Intent Level and forged his three Exclusive Weapons, the Lolita Dragon Princess, coveting the imperial treasury, “successfully” cracked open the treasury door, and coincidentally, her act was stumbled upon by her older sibling Gladys, and Ketiya.
Right there and then, Gladys took the moral high ground and righteously scolded Tiffany, reaffirming her status as the older sister.
Then, the three Lolitas, under the banner of repaying their brother, swept away all the Legendary tal that Aeolus could make use of from the treasury. In the end, they racked their brains to covertly deliver these tals to Aeolus in batches.
“Aeolus, after breaking through to the Soul Intent Level and creating his own three Exclusive Weapons, should have been allowed to go out into the world. He shouldn’t have been kept inside your empire.”
“Going out at that ti would have still faced many dangers, and these dangers were beyond my control. So, it wasn’t the ti for him to leave yet.”
Muria slowly voiced his thoughts. Although he seed harsh towards Aeolus, he was, in fact, deeply concerned about his son.
“If you’re so worried about your son’s safety, then why don’t you just remove his seal? He’s nearly guessed your identity by now.”
“That won’t do! Removing the seal would rob Aeolus of many opportunities for experience,” Muria stated, giving what seed like a reasonable excuse, “and I would miss out on a lot of fun, too.”
“Are you putting Aeolus through all this just for your own amusent?” Michaela stared at Muria.
“That’s just one of the main reasons,” Muria said cheerily. Having a son was certainly for so fun; otherwise, much of the aning would be lost.
…
anwhile, Aeolus, whom Muria had unceremoniously kicked out of the Senapus Subcontinent, began his formal journey around the world. From now on, everything he experienced would no longer involve Muria’s ddling and intervention.
And it was in this journey that Aeolus would gradually break through to the Legendary Realm, lifting all the shackles upon him.
