Chapter 311: Chapter 306: Elental Imbalance

“Seal the door, don’t let them break out.” Seeing more and more fire elents gushing out, the Tower Spirit anxiously shouted.

“Yingdila.” The area was already engulfed by heavy fire elents, transforming it into a sea of fire. Muria picked up Yingdila, exterminated a few dium-sized fire elents, and then placed this void creature that seemingly always remained hungry at the broken gate.

“Devour all the escaping fire elents.” Muria lightly rubbed Yingdila’s hair. Upon hearing Muria’s command, Yingdila obediently opened her mouth, complying without objection.

“What kind of creature is this?” The Tower Spirit looked perplexedly at Yingdila, who was swallowing fire elents whole. None of the creatures it had on record matched this description. There were many creatures capable of swallowing fire elents, but it had never heard of any that could keep doing so without consequence.

“Now, can you tell

what exactly happened to this Mage Tower?” When Yingdila sealed the gateway and no more fire elents could escape, Muria turned her gaze to the Tower Spirit. “What is going on with this Semi Plane? Why are there no intelligent creatures here?”

A semi plane of a legendary mage, especially when the mage tower is planted in the Semi Plane, being devoid of intelligent races is extrely unreasonable.

“Even if I told you, what could you do about it?”

“I can solve it.” Muria’s golden dragon eyes looked at the Tower Spirit, filled with confidence. A mage tower that has lost its master over the millennia, what kind of problem could it possibly cause?

“You lack the power. This is a problem that only a legend can solve.” The Tower Spirit shook its head.

“First, explain to

what the situation is. Let

judge. If it’s truly unsolvable, I can pay the price and summon an Ancient Dragon to help.”

“Aren’t you a fallen Golden Dragon? How could you summon an Ancient Dragon?” The Tower Spirit looked at Muria with confusion. A fallen Golden Dragon would be expelled from the tallic Dragon Clan, treated the sa as the Evil Dragons — alone and abandoned.

“I told you already, I have not fallen.” Muria’s forehead throbbed with frustration.

“Then why do you, a Golden Dragon, lead so many Five Colored Dragons?”

“None of your damn business, you Tower Spirit, you’re such a chatterbox.” Hearing the Tower Spirit’s questioning, Red Dragon Otlis, impatiently retorted. It was growing tired of this, “Prince Muria is a descendant of the Dragon King. Is it strange for us, Five Colored Dragons, to follow him?”

“A descendant of the Dragon King?” Upon hearing of Muria’s identity, the Tower Spirit showed a shocked expression. It was hard to imagine that an artificial spirit could possess such rich emotions.

“If that’s the case. I’ll explain the situation to you.” After glancing at Yingdila by the door and confirming that no fire elents would rush out for the ti being, the Tower Spirit turned to Muria with a serious expression, “I hope, your majesty Dragon Prince, that you can solve this problem.”

“Alright, speak.” If there was an issue with the core of the Mage Tower, Muria certainly needed to know what happened. Charging in recklessly was the action of a brute.

“About 13,000 years ago, my master began preparations to construct the Floating City. Since my master had amassed ample resources and even tad a group of Cloud Giants, the construction of the Floating City proceeded exceptionally fast.

You must have seen the city surrounding this towering tower, that unfinished structure is the Floating City. The Mage Tower encountered trouble due to the Floating City being incomplete.

Because, before his demise, my master Heinal upgraded the Elental Pool of the Mage Tower, allowing the power supplied by the pool to support the soon-to-be-completed Floating City.

However, due to the sudden death of my master, the construction plan for the Floating City was halted abruptly.”

Having co this far, the Tower Spirit’s face showed an expression of deep sorrow, it seemingly possessed emotions as complex as a human’s.

“Understood.” After hearing this, Muria had a revelation and almost grasped the situation. A Mage Tower with a power supply capable of supporting a Floating City would naturally accumulate excess energy over ti since its consumption was far less than its supply. If that wasn’t problematic, then what else could be?

“One last question.” Muria looked directly at the Tower Spirit. “Where did the descendants of the creatures who served in the Mage Tower and the Cloud Giants who constructed the Floating City go?”

“I teleported all of them away.” The Tower Spirit looked at Muria, “There’s no future or hope for them here. Based on my calculations, the Elental Pool — capable of supplying a Floating City — would obliterate this place sooner or later.

For the creatures living here, even if they were beasts, as long as they had enough intelligence, I would send them away from this hopeless Semi Plane.”

Muria paused slightly and then revealed a smile, “You truly are an interesting tower spirit — anger, sorrow, pity… It seems you possess all the emotions of a living creature.

Don’t worry, this Semi Plane will not be destroyed. It will continue to survive under my guidance.”

Having understood the general situation, Muria moved towards the broken gate, golden thunder shimring around her as she picked up Yingdila, who was enthusiastically devouring the fire elents.

“How do you feel?”

“Quantity is large, tastes good.”

“Do you want to accompany

inside? There is more delicious food in there.”

“Yes.”

Seeing Muria about to carry the terrifyingly voracious little girl, who appeared to be human, into the room he has sealed for millennia, the Tower Spirit couldn’t hide the surprise and confusion on his face.

“Just the two of you are going in? Do you know what might co out of there? Why don’t you get an Ancient Dragon to take care of it securely?”

“Just

and Yingdila are enough,” replied Muria, ignoring the Tower Spirit’s warnings and shouts.

The problem with this Mage Tower is simple. The elent accumulation is way too severe and the high concentration of elents cultivated a large amount of elental life. It’s almost a microscopic elental world.

The crux is, no Mage Tower would only have an Elental Pool of one attribute. As such, the core area of this Mage Tower must be in a state of chaos.

Currently, the place may be filled with elental creatures, likely covering a range of elental attributes. The only good news is that these elental creatures will definitely not unite and will likely fight against each other instead. Even so, resolving the issue at this Mage Tower remains a difficult task.

According to the Tower Spirit, summoning a tallic Ancient Dragon could resolve everything, which was true. However, if he called for the Ancient Dragon, what would he get out of it?

This Legendary Mage Tower has an elental imbalance. While it undoubtedly constitutes a risk for Muria to solve, it presents an equally significant opportunity.
