Sheng Xie had been struggling against the imnse pressure when suddenly it felt its whole body loosen, as it found itself in a different place. Clearly seeing the massive black energy blade slashing towards Ah Dai right in front of it, Sheng Xie’s heart raced, and the golden light from its horn was fully released, charging towards the eight n in the air. However, its movents were still slower than those of the black energy blade.

When the energy filled with a sacred aura collided with their significantly weakened cataclysmic slash, a massive explosion ensued. At the sa ti they were violently shaken, Sheng Xie’s attack from behind had already reached them. A loud bang resounded, and all eight n spat out blood, flying backwards through the air. One of them, upon sensing the arrival of a powerful enemy and considering their situation, did not hesitate and shouted, "Retreat."
Eight silhouettes under the influence of residual energy disappeared into the Illusive Forest in just a few jumps, leaving only so fresh blood traces behind.
Sheng Xie didn’t have the luxury of pursuing the enemies. All it was concerned about was Ah Dai. Beating its massive dragon wings, it let out a mournful cry and flew towards Ah Dai.
A white figure reached Ah Dai faster than Sheng Xie. The surging sacred aura enveloped Ah Dai’s entire body. This tily saviour, who saved Ah Dai’s life, was none other than Xuan Yue, who had been searching for Ah Dai for a month after leaving the church.
Upon leaving the church, Xuan Yue was in such a hurry to find Ah Dai that she went in the wrong direction, forgetting the Pope’s advice.
