On the other hand, at the Wyne family mansion there was a commotion where Mike couldn’t find Daren in his bed. He had checked all over the place, but he still couldn’t find the man.

Even when he checked into Axel’s room to ask, he wasn’t there either and all his belongings were gone. The room was just as it was when he arrived, untouched.

This of course raised big questions for his family, regarding Daren’s whereabouts especially by his mother who looked panicked because she was worried if sothing happened to her son.

"How could he disappear from his room? And the bodyguard wasn’t there either? Did they leave together, but where did they go?" asked the blonde woman in a panic.

But in contrast to Barney who didn’t seem to care at all, and instead sounded disturbed by the news.

"What kind of trouble did he get into this ti? Making a fuss this early by leaving secretly last night with that bodyguard? I hired him to keep an eye on that brat and he’s not doing a very good job," Barney said as he focused on eating his breakfast.

"Could you care about Daren for once? He’s been missing since last night and there’s no word at all if he went sowhere!"

But the middle-aged man remained indifferent, and was busy checking his cell phone. He felt that Daren’s presence or absence in the mansion made no difference at all. In fact, he didn’t need to kick the man out and make another scene with his wife.

Viona was visibly annoyed that her husband continued to be like that, there wouldn’t be a day when he cared about their son.

"What should we do, madam?" Mike asked Viona.

"We don’t know when he left the mansion, it would take 24 hours to report this to the police. But what if sothing happens even before 24 hours?"

"Mike told that Daren wasn’t in his room this morning. Was Axel also not in his room?" asked Ivan, pretending not to know about this incident even though he was the one who planned Daren’s murder.

"I checked, and it’s true that Mr. Axel wasn’t at the mansion. It seems he left with Young Master, but no one knows where they went. I distinctly rember last night I put the Master to bed at 10pm," the butler explained.

Ivan feigned panic and worry in front of them. "Could it be that Daren ran away together with Axel? I heard they both loved each other but knowing they wouldn’t be allowed to be together, Axel must have influenced Daren to go with him!" he told them.

He told them that Daren and Axel had a secret relationship with each other, and that must have made them run away from ho. He was sure that Axel had used Daren and manipulated him into going with him.

"I knew there was sothing wrong with that damn bodyguard. He took that brat away because he liked him? I didn’t think any Alpha would want a broken Oga like him," Barney said dismissively of Axel and Daren. Saying as if the two of them were just lunatics who would rather be left alone.

Viona who heard that felt sad, because she thought that Axel had indeed taken her son away. She herself doesn’t mind if Daren chooses Axel if they really love each other. But she was worried if Axel was just using Daren, who was an Oga.

She wanted to order soone to find the two of them, but no one knew where Axel ca from. Even if they reported the kidnapping, there was no solid evidence that Axel had taken Daren.

It’s just that Mike finds Ivan’s thinking strange. How did Ivan know that Daren liked Axel when only the three of them knew about the relationship between the two n.

It was certain that the beta should not know about their relationship. Because of this, he felt suspicious of Ivan who seed to know everything and even made such allegations.

’I know that Daren couldn’t have told Ivan, because Ivan was the one who made a scene between him and Axel. Then how did he find out about their relationship?" Mike thought at the ti.

Barney stood up from his chair after wiping his mouth with a napkin. "I don’t have ti to care about an Oga like him, and I’d rather take care of my company than sothing that doesn’t serve ."

He walked out of the dining room while calling Ivan to co with him imdiately. The man looked hesitant to leave, so as not to be suspected that he also didn’t care about Daren at all.

"Then excuse ," he said and left the place.

Mike’s eyes were still watching Ivan’s departure, trying to recall anything that might have told him in the first place.

’How could Axel run away together with Daren when last ti the two of them had a big fight. Or could there be sothing that they’ve been covering up?’

Seeing Barney’s indifference, Viona ordered Mike to find Daren. She herself would pay any informant who could get information about Daren’s whereabouts.

"Do whatever it takes, track down his cell phone too. I want Daren to be found in good condition. If Axel is with him I want him brought back to this mansion as well. Do you understand?"
