Kill Me Protect Me, Mr. Bodyguard Chapter 95: Explains Everything

In the morning when the sun was already shining in the sky, Daren opened his eyes waking up from his sleep after the surgery. He felt pain in his chest all the way down his back due to the wound he had. Even breathing was quite painful.

’God it hurts so much, my chest feels like it’s been stabbed multiple tis. But why am I still alive? Is this heaven?’ he thought then looked around him. What he saw was an ordinary room with a computer in the corner, a closet and a bookshelf.

’Why does heaven look like soone’s room? Am I actually still alive?’

As he tried to move his body, a man restrained him from moving too much let alone sitting up.

"Better stay lying down, your wound is still wet and let it heal first," the man said.

"Who are you? Are you the one who helped ?"

"You can say that, but it was Victor who helped you. I just helped remove the bullet that was embedded in your chest last night," explained none other than Wilfred.

Again Daren heard the na Victor, seeing how his face looked confused, Wilfred explained that Victor was the real na of Axel.

"It’s not really my place to say, but I’m sure you already know who he is from how he revealed his identity before doing this to you. Victor is his real na," she replied.

"Is he actually a bad person?" asked Daren.

"He’s just like how you see him. Normally Victor always uses a different personality on every mission. But when he’s with you, he uses his true nature."

Daren nodded in understanding, it turned out that Axel’s true nature was quite cold. But when he was with him, sotis he could be very attentive although now he doubted whether it was part of his ga or not.

"And you, are you his friend?"

The Alpha agreed to Daren’s question, giving his na and saying that he was Axel’s work partner.

"I didn’t expect an Oga like you to turn him into what he is today. He’s completely changed from the first ti I knew him to his entire career with ," the man said.

Daren did not understand what Wilfred ant at first. But he explained that Axel was much better than before, that he had finally found an Oga.

But he was sure that only to Daren could he show all the expressions and feelings he had.

"He really loves you. That’s why he’s willing to do all this to save you. Actually, if you were still alive the risk to his job would have been too great because you should have died."

"So he deliberately shot off target to save ? So his feelings for aren’t one of his gas too?" the blond man asked.

He shook his head, and was sure that Axel’s feelings weren’t really part of the mission. Because he himself said that he even hesitated to complete the task.

"He may have done bad things in your dying monts, but everything he did was for your own good. He didn’t want you to feel too betrayed when he shot you like he did back then."

Daren was silent for a mont when he heard it, it turned out that all along Axel’s feelings were as real as his own. The man was also tornted when he had to say bad things to him even to the point of hurting him like that.

After 40 minutes passed, Axel finally returned with boxes of food for himself and Wilfred. At that mont, he saw that his Oga had woken up. He could see how Daren looked at him with a gaze that still seed to be holding back the pain.

"You’re awake. Does it still hurt so much?" he asked with concern.

"Yes, it hurts a lot especially when breathing," he replied while turning his face away.

Seeing that Axel had returned, Wilfred left the room to go to the television room. He sat on a chair near where Daren was lying, and touched his hand.

"I know what I did was a bad thing, and I’m sure you’ll hate for it. But I want to correct what you said earlier about my feelings," the dark-haired Alpha said.

He explained that his feelings were real too, and they were not part of his ga. His position as a bodyguard could not possibly have a special relationship or feelings for their employer. That’s why Axel’s feelings are not part of his mission but he is the one who involves his own feelings.

"It’s hard for to say, because this is sothing new for too. Even now I still can’t believe myself falling for an Oga like you," he explained.

"You an a stupid, annoying Oga like ?" asked Daren in a tone that seed annoyed with Axel.

Axel nodded his head, agreeing with the man’s answer. He knew that he had said that to him before, and it must have made Daren very upset when he heard it.

Seeing Daren’s attitude towards him, Axel could understand if the man was very angry with him and he didn’t know what to do.

"About what happened..."

"You don’t need to tell , your friend already told everything. Even though you intended to do it to help , didn’t you think that it would still harm ? It really hurts!" Daren interrupted Axel’s words to him.

"I know," he replied with a sigh. "But in a few weeks you’ll be fine. Stay in this room because it’s a safe place for you right now."

As an apology, he would do anything as long as Daren was no longer angry with him. He would buy Daren anything he wanted.

Knowing that, Daren agreed and asked Axel to co closer to him. He wanted him to bend over so he could punch the Alpha in the face.

Since he himself said he would do anything to be forgiven, Axel did. He moved closer to Daren and leaned towards him since Daren could neither sit nor stand.

Just as he was ready to be hit, Daren grabbed him by the collar of his jacket and kissed him deeply on the lips. Of course it makes Axel flinch but he enjoys it and kisses him back.

At the sa ti, Wilfred walks into the room and is shocked to see his friend kissing his mate. His face turned red and he imdiately closed the door to the room.

"Sorry to interrupt..." he whispered.

Out of breath, Daren broke the kiss.

"Promise that next ti you won’t do it again! And I sentence you to stay with forever, do you understand?"

Axel actually laughed when he heard Daren’s punishnt for him. He was asking himself to be with Daren forever?

"Heh, even without you asking, you’ll be stuck with forever."
