Kill Me Protect Me, Mr. Bodyguard Chapter 215: Feeling Of Relief

The doctor ca out of the room where he was treating Daren who was bleeding because Aiden had accidentally nudged his belly. He had a tired look on his face after dealing with him for almost an hour and the news worried Victor and the others.

"So how’s my baby and my oga doing?" Victor asked the doctor.

The doctor sighed, then looked at Victor and the others and said that Daren and the baby were fine.

"It’s lucky that he was brought to the hospital as soon as possible and got good and fast treatnt because otherwise the baby might not have survived. The bleeding was quite severe probably because of the impact he got. But everything is fine now," the doctor explained to them after he and the nurse tried to save both Daren and the baby.

They breathed a sigh of relief when they heard that, knowing that both of them were okay. Even so, Victor still felt guilty about what had happened and longed to see his oga.

"He is currently resting, and he will be moved to the regular inpatient room first before you can see him." The doctor then leave with the nurses after handling the Oga for a long ti.

"Thankfully he’s fine, I was really worried about his condition. But right now he really needs to rest," said Viona who felt so relieved when she heard that her son and grandson were fine.

"You were right, it looks like your prayers were heard and now we just need to wait until the row is moved," Edgar said as he rubbed his wife’s back.

Victor sighed, trying to be patient until they could finally see Daren again.

After 15 minutes, Daren was finally moved to the regular ward and they went straight to see the Oga man. Inside, Daren had just woken up with an IV tube in his left hand and looked at his family who had co to see him.

"Mom, you ca all the way here to see ," Daren said with a smile even though his smile still looked so weak because he had just fought to keep him and his baby safe.

"I’m definitely coming to see you, how could I not when I heard you were in this condition?" asked Viona who still looked very worried.

"I’m sorry to worry you mom, I didn’t an to do it, it just happened all of a sudden."

He then looked around, there was only Viona, Edgar, Mike and himself in the room. Then where was Victor?

Realizing that Daren was looking for his boyfriend, Edgar said that Victor was outside because he didn’t feel brave enough to et Daren. He was afraid that she would be angry with him for not listening to him.

"He seed to bla himself, which is why he was afraid to see you. It’s obvious that he’s very worried about you and would love to see you in person," Edgar explained.

"This is indeed his fault! Victor should have paid more attention to what he was saying for his own good!" said Mike, who was still feeling a bit annoyed with Victor’s actions.

"I told you not to say that. This was an accident, don’t say things carelessly like that!"

Mike imdiately fell silent when his father reminded him of sothing like that. Daren sighed softly as he rubbed his belly. He was anxious to see Victor because he was also worried when he heard that his alpha were blaming themselves.

He knew that it wasn’t Victor’s fault but his own for getting too close to them during the fight. He should have realized that he couldn’t get too close.

In a situation like this, Edgar felt the need to be a father figure to his new family. He realized Daren’s feelings of wanting to et Victor but Victor was afraid to et Daren.

"I have to call soone, you guys continue chatting," he said then walked out of the room and saw Victor who was still sitting in the waiting room chair.

He walked over to the alpha and sat next to him. "I know you are very worried about him. That fear cos from worrying about him too."

Victor turned to him and sighed.

"I made a mistake, and it makes feel like a fool who can’t protect my own Oga," Victor said.

"I understand that, sotis there are things we can’t do in situations like this. But in this mont he needs you, he needs his alpha by his side now that Daren is also going through the fear of losing your baby."

He listened silently as Edgar gave so advice and things that made Victor feel better and eager to et Daren. The middle-aged man gave Victor so advice on things he had never heard before.

Including how to be a father.

"It’s a very natural feeling when you keep feeling guilty about what’s happening around you especially to your Oga and your children. However, you can’t let that guilt consu you and you should try to fix it because it’s not only you but also your Oga and your children."

"Being an alpha is not as easy as everyone says. It’s the hardest position to be in where all the decisions are in our hands. One wrong move can destroy everything including our Oga life," he explained and it was sothing Victor understood.

This was the first ti he had listened to sothing that had made him worry about becoming a father in the future. The two of them talked and from that conversation it made Victor feel like he had the father figure he had always needed to help him solve problems he could not understand.

"I think now I’m starting to understand what I need to do. Thank you Mr. Edgar, you were very helpful with everything you told ," said Victor who felt so of his worries were now better and more relieved.

"You can tell anything. After all, just like Viona, you are like my son-in-law. If you need sothing to talk about or need advice, you can tell ," Edgar said as he patted Victor’s shoulder.

He nodded his head, then Edgar invited Victor to go into the room to et Daren.

He asked Viona and Mike to go ho as they had been there for almost an hour. Viona can’t stay too long in the hospital because she’s pregnant, and he’s worried about being susceptible to the virus. anwhile, Mike must imdiately return to help Louis who is busy with orders for so many flower arrangents.

In the end, they went ho, leaving Victor alone to talk to Daren.

The door opened and Victor walked into the room where Daren was sitting back against the cushions looking at his lover who had arrived just minutes after his family had left.
