Liam continued to play his part trying to manipulate Victor by saying things as if he had expected all of this. He didn’t want to be disappointed and he hoped that Victor would follow what he said.

"This is the mont I’ve been waiting for when soone would finally go along with . I hope you don’t ruin this day Mr. Calvin. Just for today please stay with ," he said pleadingly although inwardly he was smiling widely as he was sure that Victor would fall for his ga.

However, the Alpha was not that stupid to believe the fake face of the Oga in front of him. He knew what people who manipulated others looked like because he often did it in the course of his duties.

With a smiling face, he still refused Liam’s request. Feeling that his oga was far more important than that man.

"Are you guys on a date? We hope we’re not interrupting at all," Jenny said and they booked a seat near Liam and Victor.

They chatted about the relationship status of Liam and his own tutor who were teacher and student. From their conversation, Victor felt that their arrival was not a coincidence but seed to have co on purpose.

Because according to him, it was very coincidental that several school students t each other at the cafe together. Although it could have happened, he felt there was sothing strange about it.

Reading the ssage, Victor imdiately stood up from his chair until they all turned to him. The big tall man said that he had very important business and left Liam with his friends.

"Mr. Calvin where are you going?" asked Liam trying to catch up with him but Victor had already left faster than him.

He felt annoyed again because without saying anything he just left the cafe. His friends tried to console him but Liam ignored them and sighed rudely.

"I thought he’d change his mind, but it’s all the sa!" he said in annoyance as he stomped his foot on the floor.

Victor ran off to find a taxi that could take him to the hotel. Finally, a taxi arrived and drove straight to the hotel without Liam’s usual following in another taxi.

The car drove through the crowded streets until it finally arrived in front of the hotel where Victor imdiately ran inside while Liam himself could not follow the Alpha’s movents.

He ran as fast as he could then he saw the dark-haired man enter the elevator. He was breathing heavily from exhaustion and couldn’t catch up anymore.

anwhile, Victor exited the elevator on the 15th floor and went straight to Daren and Mike’s room. He knocked on the door and went up to open it.

"You’re so early," Mike said, surprised to see his best friend’s lover in front of him.

"Where is he? How is he?" he asked breathlessly as he walked into the hotel room.

Mike then showed Daren who was lying on his bed and fast asleep. Seeing his slightly pale lover, Victor sat on the edge of the bed and gently rubbed the Oga’s head.

He felt that Daren could be like this because he was still thinking about him being with another Oga.

"You shouldn’t have to think about that, because I’ll co back to you anyway."
