This mysterious powerful being, whose strength was beyond imagination, was considered one of the premier entities in the world as the God of Knowledge and Wisdom, but his tone was filled with longing, a testant to the terrifying extent of his power. How could the Harp Goddess not be curious about such a being?

"I wonder what this powerful being actually looks like?" the Harp Goddess mused dreamily, a blush fleeting across her face.

The God of Knowledge and Wisdom wordlessly glanced at his forr student, who was generally comndable but embarrassingly moonstruck, a classic case of being overly focused on looks, helplessly enamored with handso, powerful n.

anwhile, Lu Yu, accompanied by Little White Snake, disappeared from the sight of the gods and embarked on a new course of action. The Netherworld had just been established, and its laws were still sowhat chaotic, urgently needing his organization; otherwise, this newly forged land would once again fall into disarray, resulting in futile efforts.

His entire being radiated a warm glow, like a dazzling sun bringing light to this newly born land. All the Lost Souls fearfully bowed their heads, as it was the fear of sunlight ingrained in their souls.

However, they soon realized the sunlight was not as fearso as imagined; the warm sunlight did not bring the profound pain they expected but rather a comfortable warmth rising from the depths of their souls, making them feel as though they were back in the sunny days of their previous lives.

Countless Shadow Souls, under the sunlight, shed the pain that had marred their faces—a pain due to long tornt by the aura of death—now dissipated like smoke. Many wronged spirits even regained their senses, and at that mont, tears streaming down their faces, they knelt, using all complints they could muster to praise this powerful divine being, hoping for true redemption.

By now, Lu Yu had already landed with Little White Snake inside a castle. Upon their entrance, the entire castle lit up, endless divine light celebrating the return of the Grim Reaper.

Excited, Little White Snake let out a cry, revealing its true form—a massive white Feathered Serpent that enveloped the entire castle. A powerful aura of death, bearing the true essence of reincarnation, filled every corner of the Netherworld, making every Lost Soul within feel the authority of the new Grim Reaper.

Seeing countless Lost Souls express their terror, Little White Snake displayed a proud look, then returned to its adorable form as Little White Snake and coiled around Lu Yu's arm. Being newly ascended to its Divine Position, it had scarce Divine Power within it; having just shown off for fun, it soon exhausted its scant divine energy and quickly fell asleep.

Lu Yu smiled and shook his head - Little White Snake, still young and playful, didn't understand its duties; it rely flaunted its authority without realizing its primary task was to organize the laws of the Netherworld and solidify the foundation of its Spirit Root.

Luckily, Lu Yu was there. Organizing the laws was not a complicated task for him, especially since he had single-handedly established this Netherworld, thereby deeply understanding its laws, making the task more efficient.

The chaotic laws were easily grasped by his hand. Though intangible, the laws revealed multicolored lights in his hold. Lu Yu thodically organized them, turning the tangled ss into an orderly structure.

As he continued organizing the laws, the once unstable Netherworld gradually stabilized. The Netherworld slightly shifted, advancing towards perfection, and even the erratic Nether River began to show a clear direction, encircling the Netherworld like a protective moat.

Nurous Lost Souls sensed the changes in the land, and, to their delight, found the world becoming more suitable for the existence of lost souls, decreasing the rate of their souls' dissipation. Instinctively, they began building their hos and initiating activities on this land.

The deathly creatures scattered across the land beca the prey of these Lost Souls, these mindless, murderous beings a remnant of that powerful entity's leftover energy; although Lu Yu converted much with the Power of Reincarnation, so remnants remained unusable.

So, he devised a clever plan, transforming these impurities, the residual Power of Death, into deathly creatures that lived on the land. Through successful hunting by the Lost Souls, they were purified and eventually contributed to the nourishnt of the Netherworld's soil.

Consequently, the once desolate and silent Netherworld burst into lively activity, and Lu Yu could finally take a breath and proceed with sorting the laws.

In his territory, Arthur kept tirelessly busy; as his domain expanded, the decisions he had to make increased, urging him to feel the pressures of kingship for the first ti. Facing a mountain-like pile of docunts, Arthur felt the urge to roar out loud.

Fortunately, the Arthur of today was no longer the naive young man. He could manage his inner turmoil well; knowing these matters required his decisive action, he sighed deeply, rubbed his shoulders, and continued with his work, finding it strange that none of his experiences in fierce battles were as painful as dealing with paperwork.

Ti passed until the moon hung high in the sky, its light shining through the window onto Arthur's desk, bringing the work-engrossed King's gaze upwards.
