Chapter 1411: Chapter 1411: Alliance Conference
“With the Divine Emperor’s assurance, I can finally be at ease.”
Relieved, ng Tianhe felt a massive weight lift from his chest, and his entire being relaxed significantly. “Disciple, this ti you have been saved.”
“Thank you, Divine Emperor, for your life-saving grace!” Bai Yu hurriedly bowed to Chu Yuan.
“Enough. Where there is cause, there is effect. I agreed to intervene because in the past, your master lent a helping hand. Without that, I wouldn’t be aiding you today.”
Chu Yuan’s thods were undeniably ruthless and cruel, but he would never fail to repay a favor. He asked, “What is the current situation within the Guangyu Alliance?”
“The Alliance Leader has been running back and forth for this matter, appealing to Du’e Tian on my behalf. Recently, it seems likely that a strong figure from Du’e Tian will descend upon the Guangyu Alliance, though I suspect it may not make much difference.”
ng Tianhe sighed.
“The Alliance Leader is trying to avoid offending either side and will likely end up pleasing neither.”
Yan Bingyun also appeared sowhat helpless.
“The alliance tournant is about to comnce.”
As ng Tianhe spoke, he suddenly trembled. A talisman flew in, and he said, “Divine Emperor, the alliance tournant is already convening. The Alliance Leader is summoning ; it seems he intends to determine how this matter will be resolved.”
“Tianhe, you’d best be prepared. Given the circumstances, this won’t be resolved so easily,” Yan Bingyun advised.
“I understand.”
ng Tianhe nodded. “Divine Emperor, will you also attend the alliance tournant?”
“Naturally, I must go,” Chu Yuan replied.
“Very well, I will introduce the Divine Emperor to the Alliance Leader.”
“No need. For now, do not reveal my presence. I want to observe how the Guangyu Alliance Leader handles matters. I will follow you, and they won’t detect my presence.”
As Chu Yuan spoke, he vanished from ng Tianhe’s sight.
“The Path of Ti-Space!”
ng Tianhe shuddered.
He could sense Chu Yuan nearby but couldn’t pinpoint his location. Such thods were deeply unsettling; if used for assassination, the terror would be unimaginable.
“Bingyun, let’s go participate in the alliance tournant!”
ng Tianhe took off first. Shortly thereafter, he arrived at a massive plaza where nurous Heavenly Dao thrones had risen, and various Heavenly Dao entities were already taking their seats.
“ng Tianhe!”
Heavenly Dao figures continually greeted him.
ng Tianhe rely nodded slightly in acknowledgnt, then quietly seated himself on his designated Heavenly Dao throne, patiently awaiting the Alliance Leader’s arrival.
“Judging by ng Tianhe’s deanor, it seems he doesn’t plan to bring out Bai Yu. Because of this half-Heavenly Dao, our Guangyu Alliance has been thrown into chaos, and now he’s even willing to risk angering Du’e Yin. Why bother?”
A Heavenly Dao deity shook his head.
“Indeed, Du’e Yin isn’t soone to trifle with. While the Alliance Leader wants to protect him, how can he? Will he truly go to war with Du’e Tian?”
“It’s simply not worth it for a half-Heavenly Dao.”
“At this point, ng Tianhe is in an impossible position. Surrendering Bai Yu would severely shake his Dao heart, and he might never ascend to the Fourth Realm in his lifeti. Yet refusing ans he cannot bear Du’e Yin’s wrath.”
“What a difficult situation.”
“Now it’s up to the Alliance Leader to decide how to handle it.”
The Heavenly Dao beings murmured amongst themselves, most pessimistic about the alliance tournant. After all, it was Du’e Yin—a cruel figure known to all who understood him.
“Tianhe, don’t worry. The Divine Emperor is right here with us.”
Yan Bingyun marveled at the situation, as so many Heavenly Dao entities had failed to detect the Divine Martial Emperor’s presence.
“Tianhe.”
Suddenly, as more Heavenly Dao deities took their seats, a bold and robust voice resounded.
An elder with a towering stature and slightly graying temples descended. He was the Light, the embodint of the cosmos—none other than the master of the Guangyu Alliance, the Guangyu Lord, a Fifth-Realm powerhouse.
With his unimaginable strength, he had founded the Guangyu Alliance, an unmistakable testant to his might.
“Alliance Leader.”
ng Tianhe bowed respectfully.
“I’ve gathered everyone here today to discuss the matter of Bai Yu—whether to hand him over or protect him.”
Sweeping his gaze across the attendees, the Guangyu Lord said, “Tianhe, I would like to hear your opinion first.”
On this day, ng Tianhe struck him as peculiarly confident—his forrly anxious deanor had been replaced by boundless assurance, as though a celestial pillar supported him.
“Understood.”
ng Tianhe stood tall and declared, “First and foremost, let make it clear: I will never surrender my disciple. In the clash between half-Heavenly Dao entities, Du’e Yin shalessly seeks to exact vengeance upon my disciple. If I cannot even protect my own, I am unworthy of being a Heavenly Dao deity!”
His words were resolute, brimming with conviction!
“Do you think this is rely a matter of your decision not to surrender him?”
Suddenly, one Heavenly Dao figure sneered, “ng Tianhe, don’t let your foolish choices drag the entire alliance into disaster. Surrender Bai Yu, and Du’e Yin will spare you further trouble. Even as a Heavenly Dao deity, there are tis to yield to the stronger, to forsake dignity and bow in submission.”
“Perhaps, but I will never bow to Du’e Yin!”
ng Tianhe retorted coldly, “I am willing to apologize, to make ands, but I will never surrender my disciple.”
“I’m afraid that decision is no longer yours to make.” The Heavenly Dao figure continued, “Do you intend to drag the entire alliance into opposition against Du’e Yin? That’s impossible.”
“I won’t allow the alliance to pay the price for . I’m prepared to leave the alliance.”
ng Tianhe fixed a cold glare upon him. “Dongn Yan, I know your motives well. After battling for billions of years and always falling short, you now see an opportunity to strike while I’m down. Go ahead—I, ng Tianhe, couldn’t care less.”
“Dongn Yan and ng Tianhe have been rivals for billions of years, their enmity predating their ascensions to Heavenly Dao deities.”
Within the alliance, harmony was elusive; countless grudges prevailed.
“I act solely out of concern for the alliance.”
Dongn Yan replied coolly.
He didn’t mind trampling ng Tianhe in his ti of struggle.
“Don’t cloak your words in false sincerity. Your intentions are obvious to everyone.”
Yan Bingyun emanated a fierce aura.
“Ha! Yan Bingyun, are you planning to strike at ? Go on! Even if you both join forces, I won’t fear you.”
Dongn Yan mocked. “I know your bond with him is extraordinary. Still, if you wish to aid him, you lack the strength to succeed. ng Tianhe, can you truly bear witnessing Yan Bingyun incur Du’e Yin’s ire for your sake?”
“Dongn Yan, you’re courting death!”
Infuriated by his words, ng Tianhe let his boundless energy roar forth like a heavenly river.
“Co at ! Do you think I fear you?”
Dongn Yan remained unfazed. “If your power falls short, Yan Bingyun can join in. I couldn’t care less if you both ca at together.”
Their Heavenly Dao energies clashed violently in the void, collapsing endless tispaces.
“Enough!”
The Guangyu Lord roared, abruptly halting their confrontation. “The purpose of today’s gathering is to deliberate how to resolve this matter—not to indulge your petty squabbles. Du’e Yin hasn’t even arrived, yet you’re already making a mockery of yourselves. Do you still respect as the Alliance Leader? If you want to fight, fine—I’ll grant you the chance to settle your scores elsewhere!”
