Then Ethan and the others really played nine more rounds.

During the ga, the dice were changed three tis.

The result was that Jensen didn’t win a single round.

And the strange thing was, almost every ti, Ethan’s points weren’t very high, but Jensen’s were always two or three points smaller.

By the end of the tenth round, Ethan had already started shaking his head: "Playing like this, there might not be a single part of your body that’s yours anymore, Jensen. Still want to continue?"

Jensen shook his head: "No more, cripple, go get the knife."

Then, a nearby subordinate really limped over, bringing a knife, and placed it in front of Ethan.

"Go ahead, where to start, a hand?"

Jensen spread out both his hands, looking at Ethan with an expression that said, "Co and take it."

Ethan nodded and picked up the knife.

The mont he picked up the knife, the looks in the eyes of those present in the room changed. Many stealthily reached for their waists, while others clenched their fists.

Carlos did the sa.

But in the next mont, Ethan had disappeared.

He approached Jensen with unimaginable speed, then raised his hand and swung the knife down.

Jensen’s n only drew their guns and pulled the trigger as Ethan’s knife ca down, but the guns misfired.

"Haha, why is everyone so tense? Just joking around, why even draw guns?"

Ethan’s slash did not cut off Jensen’s hand, but rely grazed his skin as the knife embedded into the table.

And Jensen’s muscles twitched as he forced a smile: "Yes... just a joke, we’re all friends here, what are you guys doing, put your weapons away."

In truth, cold sweat had already drenched his back.

He had originally just wanted to teach this young guy from Wenster a lesson.

After all, he looked down on people from a backwater place like Wenster, so-called important figures of Wenster’s underground, and this young to boot, he totally scoffed at.

Who would’ve thought, this guy was so tough.

When this guy made his move just now, he didn’t even have the ability to resist.

If this guy wanted, he would be dead already.

Ethan sat back down, and Jensen was already instructing his subordinates to bring out the good liquor, speaking to Carlos in passing: "Carlos, co on, don’t be angry, it was my fault, I’ll make it up to you with a drink."

Carlos was not appreciative, only too much, only letting out a cold snort, sitting next to Ethan.

"Hey, buddy, let introduce myself again, I’m Jensen, most people call Shark Jensen, I know a lot of people in the Port District, if you need anything in the future, co find ."

He said this, pouring himself a glass and downing it, as a form of apology.

"Ethan, just call Ethan." Ethan also took a sip.

At this point, Carlos spoke: "In the Royal Capital, we have a lot of goods going to him." "Oh, speaking of goods, your stuff is fantastic, none better at the sa price, I love you guys."

Jensen said this and drank another glass.

"What brings you to the Royal Capital this ti, looking for new buyers?"

"Not really."

Ethan shook his head.

"We’ve just had so new business lately, wanted to expand our clientele a bit."

"Oh, what kind of business?"

"Well." Ethan casually reached into his clothes and pulled out his ebony piece.

"Oh? This toy? How much of it do you have, what quality?" Jensen’s eyes lit up upon seeing Ethan’s gun.

"We’re focusing on the long kind right now, you know, rat-a-tat-tat-tat." Ethan mimicked the sound of a Wenster typewriter.

"It’s actually a typewriter!? How many?!" Jensen beca even more excited upon hearing this. He had long craved this new-style firearm. Lately, Johnny Blackbird had been wreaking havoc in the Royal Capital. The Wenster typewriter gained imnse fa, beating the Sheriff repeatedly, making everyone underground eager to get one to try out.

"We’ve got plenty of stock, but I’m new to the Royal Capital and not familiar with the place. Could you possibly introduce to the situation here?"

Ethan was half-true in selling his goods.

Truthfully, he did want to start selling arms now.

With the imnse popularity of the Wenster typewriter spreading, his related moniker ’Master of Guns and Bullets’ had grown larger and more mature, like a fruit about to drop.

Correspondingly, his ability had beco stronger. He could now issue orders to guns like the Wenster typewriter —

Not to harm mbers of the Bolita Clan.

This was part of the reason why he wanted to start selling such weapons; at least, those sold wouldn’t be aid at his own people.

The other reason was that he genuinely wanted a better understanding of the Royal Capital’s underground scene.

Even though he had obtained a detailed list from Herlosh, words still couldn’t match the intuition of those truly imrsed in the underground.

"No problem. Whatever you want to know, just ask—though..."

"First batch, I’ll give you a twenty percent discount."

"Deal!"

Jensen bead with joy.

Ethan began to inquire further.

Jensen first introduced himself, saying he belonged to the local gang in the Royal Capital, part of the three-headed giants known as Sea King Lockeby.

Lockeby was called Sea King, naturally because his main territory was in the Port District, closely tied to the docks.

Afterward, Jensen talked about two relatively new things in the Royal Capital’s underground forces.

One was Johnny Blackbird.

This guy’s origins were unknown, said to have mingled in the Midwest before, plundering many banks there, which attracted the joint efforts of the local defense bureau and the Kingdom Defense Bureau to deal with him.

Even so, they didn’t catch him. He fled to the Royal Capital, openly provoking, claiming he would rob all of the Royal Capital’s banks.

This guy had thrown the Royal Capital into chaos lately, causing trouble for guys like them, with the Sheriff constantly coming around suspecting soone was harboring Johnny Blackbird.

But in truth, this guy didn’t have ties with any of them.

The other thing was the underground conflict.

In the last half-year, the conflict between the Mafia and the gangs from the Old Continent had intensified, officially breaking into war in the past two months.

The current situation was that the Old Continent immigrant gangs had the upper hand overall.

Because the Mafia wasn’t united, coupled with the decline in talent from the biggest Mafia family, the Martinos Clan, they’ve been losing more and more. Not only are they losing territory, but other Mafia families that were allies have even turned coats.

If the situation doesn’t improve, the Mafia’s forces might slowly withdraw from the Royal Capital’s underground stage.

Ethan then chatted plenty more with Jensen.

By the ti he left, it was almost midnight.

Carlos looked at Ethan with so guilt, wanting to say sothing.

But Ethan shook his head: "Wasn’t everything smooth, Carlos? Don’t even ntion apologizing."

Carlos nodded. He couldn’t fully comprehend the young man in front of him anymore.
