Old Man Li sighed a huge relief after hearing that. He nodded and said, “I’ll wait for you here then.”
Sima You Yue and Wu Lingyu went down from the mountains as they approached the ore vein slowly. They stopped a few tres away from the area of the ore vein.
“There are strong troops keeping watch.” Wu Lingyu sensed many auras from the foot of the mountain.
Sima You Yue was at a safe distance from the ore vein when she sensed that there were a few soldiers. They would need a bit of ti if they just went ahead with it. Also, the noise would attract Great Bridge City’s attention.

At the foot of the ore vein, the soldiers were in groups of three or five while keeping watch on the district.

Three of them smiled happily, it had finally co to an end!
They changed shifts, and three of them followed the Envoy at the back to change others’ shifts at another spot as they prepared to go back.

“Envoy You, what brings you here?”

The one walking in the middle suddenly shouted as he fell to the ground. In a short mont, he died and dissipated into black smoke.
The n around him cried out as they ran away. All of them looked around their surroundings anxiously. How did he die when there was nothing at all?
Envoy You ca back and asked them, “What happened?”
“He suddenly died, but we didn’t catch a glimpse of anything at all!” Soone replied.
“Did he die suddenly?”
“Yes, he was walking in the middle, but we didn’t see anyone at all.”
