As expected after the ceremony, Rohan and Mia weren’t given a chance to even stand up from their seats.

Their heads could burst open anyti soon from the persuasions and nonstop words coming out of the mouths of the guild managers, each of them trying to force the two newly awakened students into becoming mbers of their guilds.

The two knew joining guilds, especially the most successful ones, was going to change their lives. They would live amongst the wealthiest and most influential people on Earth and in the Frontier Realm.

Well, this also ant becoming slaves to these so-called "wealthiest and most influential" people. Handling their legal and illegal businesses and always bowing.

Rohan had no problem with that. At least, he would get to live a decent life, even though he still didn’t really care much about influence. All he wanted was a Class that could let him survive in this world and give him a decent account balance while working as a chef in his own restaurant.

Such a life was almost a dream. No matter how one looked at it, the mana apocalypse had made sure everyone who awakened was forced to constantly battle the dangers it produced until they died.

Mia, sitting beside him, was already fuming with anger, her face gradually turning red.

Suddenly, she yelled, "Can you shut your mother******* piece of sh*thole you call a mouth?!"

The managers paused abruptly, surprised by Mia’s sudden outburst.

Rohan just smiled, slightly embarrassed, although he already knew how his best friend could be sotis.

Rohan stood up and apologized to the guild managers. "Don’t mind her. What she ant to say is that I still don’t know what my Class does. We’re still trying to process the situation, so just give us more ti and we’ll get back to you on whether we want to join or not."

Before any of the managers could respond, another voice entered the conversation.

"That’s understandable."

The crowd of guild representatives parted slightly as an older man stepped forward. Unlike the others who wore expensive suits or flashy guild uniforms, his clothing was simple. A dark coat, black gloves, and a silver badge attached to his chest.

The mont he appeared, several managers imdiately stopped talking. So even frowned.

Rohan and Mia imdiately noticed the sudden change.

The older man smiled politely.

"My apologies for interrupting."

His calm gaze shifted between the two students. "Allow to introduce myself. My na is Arthur Kane."

A few students nearby suddenly gasped.

Rohan recognized the na almost imdiately.

Arthur Kane.

One of the highest-ranking Hunters in the city. A Level Four Hunter.

Not the strongest, but certainly influential enough that most guild managers wouldn’t dare offend him.

The man continued speaking.

"I agree that giving you both so ti would be beneficial."

Several managers looked dissatisfied.

One of them imdiately stepped forward.

"Mr. Kane, with all due respect, opportunities like this don’t appear every day. We simply wish to discuss future arrangents."

Arthur nodded. "And you’ve spent the last thirty minutes discussing them."

The manager imdiately fell silent. A few students nearby struggled not to laugh.

Mia openly smirked.

Arthur turned back toward Rohan. "A Legendary Class has never appeared in this city before. Even a Rare Class such as Frost Weaver is valuable enough to attract considerable attention."

His eyes settled on Rohan.

"There are more than a hundred Classes already recorded, and every year new ones continue to appear, making your situation exceptionally rare."

Rohan remained silent.

Arthur wasn’t wrong. The na Infinite Sharing ant absolutely nothing to anyone present.

Not the teachers, guild managers, or even the System database available to the public.

At least from what he could tell.

Arthur eventually took a small card from his pocket and handed it over.

"There is no pressure."

Rohan accepted the card.

"If you ever require assistance, information, or simply wish to ask questions regarding your Class, contact ."

That imdiately attracted several annoyed looks from the surrounding managers.

The old Hunter ignored them. "Classes reveal themselves with ti. So are straightforward. Others require experintation."

His expression beca slightly more serious.

"Do not rush into signing contracts before understanding what you possess."

Rohan smiled lightly. For the first ti since the ceremony ended, Rohan felt that sobody had finally said sothing useful.

"Thank you."

Arthur nodded.

Then, without another word, he turned and walked away.

The guild managers exchanged glances. A few clearly wanted to continue pressuring the two students.

Unfortunately, Arthur’s appearance had already ruined the montum.

One after another, business cards began appearing in front of Rohan and Mia.

"If you change your mind, contact us."

"Our offer remains open."

"We can arrange private evaluations."

"Priority training."

"Scholarship programs."

"Equipnt packages."

The flood of recruitnt finally transford into sothing manageable. By the ti the last manager left, Rohan felt like he had aged several years.

The table before him was covered in cards.

Mia and Rohan stared at the pile. Then Mia picked three cards one after another.

Finally, she looked at him. "How many guilds exist in this city?"

"I don’t know," Rohan said, although most of his attention was on his Class and what Arthur said.

"This seems really illegal," she mused.

"It probably is."

Mia nodded seriously. "Good."

Rohan blinked. "Good?"

"If it’s illegal, I can throw them away without feeling guilty," she added.

Before Rohan could respond, she swept her arm across the table. Half the business cards imdiately fell onto the floor.

The entire hall went silent.

Mia looked around. "..What?"

Several guild managers who hadn’t left yet stared at her in horror.

---

Sitting in the passenger seat of a moving cab, Rohan summoned the System. He and Mia imdiately left the academy after the weird glances kept being thrown at them. He had escorted the teenage adult to the nearest subway and found his own way into a cab.

The translucent rectangle appeared in front of him.

[Na: Rohan Effiel]

[Class: Infinite Sharing]

[Level: 1]

[Inventory: --]

[Frontier Experience: --]

[Frontier Points: ---]

[Essence Power: 100%]

Class Description: [Infinite Sharing]

A Legendary Class that connects the user to a scalable network system capable of storing, transferring, and synchronizing resources, abilities, and states across bonded targets.

[Current Capacity: 10 Slots]

[Allowed Targets: Level One] "Must be Awakened"

[Network mbers: 1/∞]

[Hint: Bonding can be ford through holding hands]

Rohan leaned back in the cab seat while reading the System window again, trying to make sense of what he was seeing without rushing into conclusions that did not actually fit what was in front of him.

The Class description was still the sa, but the added lines made it clearer that this was not a normal combat or support ability like the ones he had studied in school. It was structured more like a system frawork, sothing that needed input from outside sources before it could actually show its full value.

Storage made sense on its own, but transfer and synchronization suggested that storage was only one part of a larger function that had not fully opened yet. He kept his focus on the "Network mbers" line because it was the only part that felt like it had direction, even if that direction was still unclear.

The cab moved steadily through the city while Rohan stayed quiet, his eyes fixed on the floating interface as he reviewed it again and again, trying to connect each line with what he already knew about Classes.

He had learned enough in school to understand basic patterns: combat types, support types, crafting types, yet nothing he had studied matched what was in front of him now. Infinite Sharing did not behave like a single-role Class, and it did not even feel like a Class that was ant to function alone.

The wording kept pointing back to connection, sharing, and bonding, which ant its strength was likely not inside him alone but in whatever or whoever he could connect to.

His attention returned to the hint line again, and this ti he focused properly on it instead of skipping over it.

[Hint: Bonding can be ford through holding hands]

He read it slowly, then once more, making sure he was not misunderstanding sothing obvious. It was simple enough to understand, but the problem was why it was required at all.

Most Classes did not need physical contact with other people just to activate their core structure. That ant this was not just a suggestion but a condition, and conditions usually ant restrictions or limitations in how the Class operated.

Rohan exhaled lightly, realizing that his situation was not about power yet, but about access, and until he ford whatever this "Network Bond" was, he was basically working with a partial system.

He then studied Infinite Sharing again.

More lines appeared.

[Class Rank: Legendary]

[Core Ability: Storage]

[Core Ability: Sharing]

[Core Ability: Network Bond]

Rohan stared at the three abilities for several monts while the city continued moving outside the cab window. Compared to most Classes, the nas themselves were surprisingly simple.

Storage was self-explanatory. Network Bond seed to be the foundation holding everything together. That only left Sharing. The more he looked at the three abilities, the more he felt they weren’t separate powers at all. Instead, they looked like parts of a single chanism.

First, a connection was established through Network Bond. Then sothing was stored through Storage. Finally, whatever had been stored could be transferred through Sharing. It was only a theory, but it was the first explanation that made sense.

He focused on Storage first.

Imdiately, another notification appeared.

[Storage]

[Stores compatible resources, abilities, skills, and states.]

[Current Capacity: 10 Slots]

[Current Usage: 0/10]

Rohan blinked.

He reread the description several tis to make sure he wasn’t misunderstanding it. The wording was direct enough that there wasn’t much room for interpretation.

Storage wasn’t limited to physical objects. If the description was accurate, then the ability could store things that normally shouldn’t be capable of being stored in the first place. That alone sounded far more impressive than a simple inventory function. The problem was that the System wasn’t explaining how any of it actually worked.

His attention shifted toward the next ability.

[Sharing]

[Locked]

[Requirents Not t]

[Requires Active Network Bond]

That confird his earlier suspicion.

Sharing couldn’t function independently.

Whatever the real power of Infinite Sharing was, it appeared to depend completely on Network Bond. Without a bonded target, the Class was essentially incomplete. Rohan found himself wondering whether that was why the System kept emphasizing the network aspect over and over again. Most people awakened power for themselves. Infinite Sharing seed designed to spread power between multiple people.

Finally, he selected the third ability.

[Network Bond]

[Creates a permanent network connection between qualified targets.]

[Maximum Initial Bonds: 3]

[Current Bonds: 0]

[Requirents: Physical Contact]

[Requirents: Consent and Sa Level]

The mont he finished reading, several things imdiately beca clearer. First, he couldn’t force bonds onto people. Consent was listed as a requirent, which ant the target had to willingly accept the connection. Second, there was a limit. Infinite Sharing wasn’t actually infinite at level one. At least not yet. The System was already imposing restrictions based on his current developnt. Third, and most importantly, Network Bond was clearly intended to be used on actual people rather than monsters or equipnt.

Rohan sat quietly while absorbing everything he had learned. The Class still contained plenty of unknowns, but the overall structure was becoming easier to understand. Infinite Sharing wasn’t a combat Class. At least not directly. It was a network Class.

Everything revolved around creating connections first. Only after those connections existed would the other abilities beco available. The realization didn’t make the Class seem weaker. If anything, it made him more curious. A Legendary Class that depended on other people was strange enough. A Legendary Class capable of storing and sharing abilities was sothing else entirely.

And now, he could form Network Bonds with three people.

"Hmm."
