Level 05: Water Nullification - Harness the power of water and beco attuned to its energy, gaining resistance to it. Passively decreases the damage caused by all water-related attacks by one thousand points per level.

"As expected, this is the first ti soone reached this point so the overseer is creating the path along the way," Rain thought. "Still, at least it looks like I will have all the skills from the beginning. Leveling them up will be another matter, though."

The skills were basic, but their effects were quite good, enough to make Rain eager to level them up as fast as possible. Now he just needed to make Rais waste ti... for now, no one had been sent to the pocket dinsion, so it seed that everything was fine with the other group. That was a bit worrying as well, though.

While Rain was thinking about that, Rais was analyzing him... Rain was still much weaker than him, but he was an undeniable threat. Soone who could get stronger that fast and even assimilate the knowledge of the machine gods couldn’t be... shouldn’t be underestimated.

"He is weaker than the dragon; he can’t have more potential than him, but when he is fighting, his ability to improvise and adapt is unrivaled," Rais thought. "For such beings to co from the sa small planet... Lonos was right, we should have controlled all the progress of all the living beings that we left alive and those even beyond our territories. That would limit their potential, but we need to keep them under control to make them work for our goals."

Level 10: Wind Nullification - Harness the power of wind and beco attuned to its energy, gaining resistance to it. Passively decreases the damage caused by all wind-related attacks by one thousand points per level.

Rain could feel his strength increasing with every passing mont, and the machine god should have realized that as well, but he was still observing. Rain could tell that he was vexed and confused, and that was troubleso since that was a feeling that the machine gods weren’t used to it, and that made them more dangerous than normal.

"Attack him with all your might... don’t waste this chance," Elisabetha said.

"Not everything that shines is gold... this is too good to be true," Rain said. "Besides, I can tell that he still has so tricks up his sleeve, and for whatever reason, he hasn’t used them yet... I am going to fall for any trap. Besides, I am getting stronger, and he is wasting energy; little by little, my chances are increasing."

Level 15: Earth Nullification - Harness the power of the earth and beco attuned to its energy, gaining resistance to it. Passively decreases the damage caused by all earth-related attacks by one thousand points per level.

Rain was getting one of those skills every two minutes, in a bit more than half an hour, his power should increase by fifty percent... adding that to the effects of the maxed out Limit Breaker, Rain should have beco almost three tis stronger and more durable... that should increase his options quite a bit.

Still, things wouldn’t be that convenient... Rais was the machine god of information, so he knew that as well, and he wouldn’t let things happen for Rain that conveniently. It was ti to do things the way he likes to do.

"This isn’t sothing that I wanted to show before facing that dragon, but it can’t be helped," Rais said. "This will be a good chance to test that as well."

The surroundings changed once more as the mana levels around increased... more and more, and the surroundings looked more and more digital than before. With his keen eyes, Rain could see that everything was made of pixels, but that wasn’t all. Above him, he felt sothing appearing and when he raised his guard, he opened his eyes widely when he saw his status screen revealing all of his paraters and skills. Not only that, it also had a new data.

Condition: focused/adrenaline.

Elental weakness: water 10%, fire 80%, wind 60%, earth 40%, gravity 90%, light 90%, darkness 90%.

"... It seems that he is reading all of your information, and you can’t do a single thing about it," Elisabetha said.

Rais decided to increase the aspect of information around... that should consu a lot of mana, but now he could pretty much know everything in the area... perhaps even Rain’s thoughts.

That was soon confird when those weird round robots with the ring blades suddenly appeared... so of them had the ring blades covered in flas, others were moving a bit slower while attracting each other with the power of gravity, and others had the void cannons installed in them... Rain completely read Rain’s mind to learn the types of enemies he hated facing the most.

"They are only distractions, but..." Rain thought when he saw the monsters charging at him.

The monsters ard with cannons kept their distance and soon used the power of void to erase the experience of Limit Breaker while the others charged.

Rain ignored that and then charged for attacking the creatures... the robots enchanted with the power of fire were destroyed instantly and exploded upon impact, but Rain avoided it with his speed... However, things were different when the other monsters were destroyed...

Rain used Light Speed to avoid their gravitational pull, but as soon as they exploded, all their mana impulsed the destroyed parts toward him and began to glue on Rain...
