It beca evident that facing the demon king would require Rain to show more of his repertoire, prompting him to prepare for the upcoming challenges and be determined to use so cheap tricks as well.
"Tactic one," Rain said. "Do you know what you should do when a woman is hitting on you? The answer is: if a woman is hitting on you, your imdiate reaction should be where's the sniper while checking your six."
The demon king blinked in confusion, and then he felt an unknown force taking over his body, making it insanely heavier for a mont. He was caught in the effects of the jokester's path, and Rain had enough ti to approach and punch him in the face with all his might."
The demon king was knocked to the ground, but he got up imdiately. His nose and mouth were bleeding, but his face was of complete anger… he could' fathom how Rain dared to use such a cheap trick on him. If he had cald a bit, he would do what Rain did, but he didn't.
"You will pay for this," The demon king said.
"Shut up. If you don't die right now, I will kill you. If you don't want to be killed, then just die already," Rain said.
The demon king felt that unknown force again, and when the answer to the solution ca to his mind, Rain punched him again. The demon king fell backward, but soon, he spun in the air and landed on his knees. He didn't even use his legs. He propelled himself toward Rain by using his right hand and then tried to stab him with both of his spears.
While Rain was determined and prepared to use his repertoire of tricks, he faced the demon king's relentless assault. The giant earth arms acted on reflex, blocking the continuous attacks that ca at him with blinding speed. However, Rain found himself struggling, unable to see the attacks coming, relying solely on instinct and reflexes.
With each block, he was pushed backward, the force of the impacts causing his bones to crack more and more. It beca obvious that enraging a demon king, especially one with such imnse corrupt power, was proving to be a double-edged sword.
The sheer strength and speed of the demon king's onslaught were taking a toll on Rain, and he realized he needed to find a way to turn the tide before his defenses crumbled entirely.
"Trick number two…" Rain said.
The demon king raised his guard and jumped away since he didn't want to be caught off guard by another nonsensical comnt. Still, nothing happened… what happened afterward was the fact that Rain's giant earth arms began to fall apart and, revealing his arms wounded and with clear signs of bone and muscle damage.
When the demon king readied himself to charge again, all of a sudden, a rain of swords hit him and completely surrounded him.
Eventually, the mana sword disappeared, and then the demon king reappeared completely unscathed… he was a bit surprised by the silent attack, but the damage was laughable. Still, Rain never does anything without a real reason.
"You can bla for this, but you should bla yourself for getting caught by the oldest trick in the book, Seadrei," Rain said.
Rain summoned his giant earth arms again, but this ti, they didn't turn obsidian, so the demon king furrowed his eyebrows while looking at Rain. Only that level of attack wouldn't be enough against him. Still, the demon king soon found the atmosphere changing as Rain emitted his mana, but he had no idea what was happening.
"What are you going?" The demon king asked.
"That is for to know and for you to find out," Rain said while grinning. "I don't want to spoil the surprise."
Thanks to the mories of Seadrei, the demon king knew that Rain was resourceful. If anything… it was impossible to say what could happen if he were to give enough ti to plan ahead. With that in mind, the demon king decided to stop pulling his punches.
The demon king, having decided to stop holding back, united his palms, and in an instant, an army of colossal water arms materialized behind him. The sheer audacity with which he wielded Seadrei's formidable technique showcased the remarkable extent of his ability to possess others.
Without wasting any more ti, the demon king directed two massive water arms toward Rain, their force and speed impressive. Rain, however, remained steadfast, maintaining his stance as he intercepted the assault with his own colossal earth arms.
The clash resonated through the chamber, and despite Rain's resilience, the impact began to take its toll, each blow reverberating through his body, causing visible strain and cracking on his giant earth arms. The demon king's powerful assault demonstrated the imnse power he now wielded through Seadrei's borrowed abilities.
Rain soon summoned more giant earth arms to defend himself, and that puzzled the enemy. Summoning the obsidian ones would be a much better option. They would resist for longer and would offer more defense as well… that didn't make any sense.
Seadrei's mories made the demon king recall that he didn't have ti to waste. It was clear that Rain was plotting sothing, and he didn't want to wait until the whole plan ca to fruition… The demon king hit Rain with a barrage of the giant water arms. Each hit made the entire mountain shake from top to bottom.
Each hit caused more and more damage to Rain, eventually making him fall to his knees… blood leaving his nose, mouth, and ears thanks to the pressure of the attacks.
After a quick sequence of ten of those strikes, Rain fell on the ground, with his stance completely broken… the demon king assud his victory. Perhaps he could use Rain's mories and knowledge to learn how to use his intellect… but before he could do that, he saw Rain getting up.
