Usually, one would think that using fire in a desert against a monster that could mimic a rock wouldn't be a good idea, but Rain wanted to test the limits of the skills as well as improve his class to understand the system more. So, barraged the monster with endless fireballs on its face.
At first, the beast didn't react to it at all, but soon, the beast let Rain go when its face began to lt after being hit by dozens of fireballs at point-blank range. In the end, the beast stopped moving when half of its face was destroyed, but Rain didn't achieve his goal.

"I guess I should have just used my mana to level up the spell instead," Rain thought when he landed. "Putting that aside, the experience is increasing quite fast. The curve of progress is supposed to be steep later, but this is insane."
The ga that Rain found himself entangled in wasn't designed with balance in mind. Instead, its purpose seed to be pure entertainnt for those orchestrating it. As Rain had noticed, the challenges presented in each scenario weren't ant to adhere to conventional gaming logic.
The lack of available resources in the areas, especially the absence of food and water, forced the participants to hurry and move forward. This sense of urgency was intentional, pushing them to either speed up their progress or resort to drastic asures to survive.
In this twisted ga, the stakes were high. Unlike traditional video gas, where characters could grow stronger by defeating enemies, here, the participants faced the risk of getting weaker over ti. The monsters, on the other hand, evolved and beca tougher. The environnt itself seed to conspire against them, creating a scenario where survival required quick thinking and adaptability.
The imbalance in the ga's design forced the participants to confront dilemmas that went beyond re combat prowess. It beca a test of survival instincts and strategic decision-making, with each choice influencing not only individual outcos but also the overall progression of the group.
The pressure to keep moving forward, combined with the unpredictable nature of the challenges, added an extra layer of complexity to Rain's journey.
"Maybe I should try to capture the life essence of monsters as well. Even if they aren't like sapient living beings, I should be able to capitalize sohow on their skills and experience," Rain thought as he began to walk again.

"I decided to break your ga with my cheats," Rain thought. "Just wait until I co up with a way to autokill and auto-aim at everything here, you retards."
Much to Rain's disappointnt, he was only able to make Fireball reach level ten… it was just as Elisabetha had predicted. Or maybe people in the past managed to break the system, and that was the way of the enemies fixing it. Either way, Rain wasn't done yet…

While Rain burned down so stone trents, he also made Mana Bullet reach the max level, but nothing happened. Things only changed when Eagle Eyes reached level 10. It was a bit weird, though. Rain felt his vision improve much faster than when his dexterity increased back ten by one hundred points.

"I need to understand how this domain works instead of the skills. The paraters are essentially a ss, and the skills are as well," Rain rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "Still, no matter how much I think, nothing cos to mind… maybe the creator of this domain was only able to create this with sheer power instead of knowledge."
Before long, Rain finished off the monsters in the area, and he confird that the skills couldn't level up any longer. During that ti, he confird that the growth in size of the fireballs had doubled when it compared to level one. The heat emanated increased as well, but the speed didn't.
"I guess we can rule out the possibility of new areas increasing the level limits of those skills," Rain thought when he crossed the next gate.
As Rain passed through the next gate, he found himself in a landscape that was similar to the previous rocky desert. The scorching heat persisted, and the monotony of rocks stretched as far as the eye could see. However, in the middle of the familiar surroundings, there stood a colossal figure that imdiately caught Rain's attention.
A giant stone Trent, towering over the rocky terrain, caught Rain off guard. Its massive form resembled a twisted fusion of rock and ancient bark, creating an imposing and intimidating presence. The Trent's limbs, seemingly from solid stone, moved with an eerie fluidity, and its eyes glowed with an otherworldly malice.
The details on its stony surface revealed intricate patterns resembling ancient runes, hinting at a mystical origin. Vines and moss adorned its body, adding a touch of organic decay to the otherwise formidable creature. The ground shook slightly with each step as the giant stone Trent lumbered forward, revealing a surprising level of mobility for its size.
"Things just escalated really quickly…" Rain thought. "Why I wait for anything else?"
