"Who are you?"
At that mont, a devil shadow within the cage suddenly opened its eyes.
A sharp and piercing gaze, like a bolt of lightning, shot forth.
Hua Yourong, however, was indifferent to this glare and let out a sneer.
"Tsk, a Fifth Realm devil general, actually locked up here and being raised like livestock."
"You’re seeking death!"
As these words were spoken, several other devil shadows also abruptly opened their eyes.
BOOM!
With a deafening roar, a formidable, sinister, and terrifying power exploded from within the cage.
"re tricks!"
Hua Yourong scoffed, as a speck of crimson light burst forth from between her brows.
HUM!
A vast Divine Soul Force swept across the area.
All the devil shadows felt an overwhelming pressure descend from the heavens, filling them with a suffocating sense of despair.
"The... the... Sixth Realm... Who... who exactly are you?!"
The devil shadows looked horrified.
"Who am I?"
Hua Yourong instantly withdrew her Divine Soul Force. Her beautiful face, as if painted, flushed with a captivating rosiness as she said, "Would you like to overturn the Righteous Sun Sect?"
"Overturn the Righteous Sun Sect?"
The devil shadows were stunned. They quickly realized that the person before them was not from the Righteous Sun Sect!
"Submit to , and I can get you out of here."
Hua Yourong said with a teasing smile, her eyes sparkling with an extraordinary luster, as bright and dazzling as two stars.
"To be able to get out..."
The expressions of the devil shadows were visibly stirred, but they were reluctant to submit.
"Do you then prefer to continue living like beasts?"
Hua Yourong narrowed her eyes as a surge of Devil Qi erupted from her body.
As a devil path cultivator, the cultivation skills she practiced were naturally, to so extent, associated with the devil race.
"Devil Qi!"
Seeing this, the devil shadows seed to make up their minds. Their once proud heads bowed slightly as they said, "We... are willing to submit!"
A brilliant smile blood across Hua Yourong’s face. Very good. Initially, she had only intended to use the devil beasts here to cultivate so devil seeds in order to control the people of the Righteous Sun Sect. However, she had then sensed a powerful presence emanating from deep within this place. That was what had brought her here to investigate. The presence of these several Fifth Realm devil generals was precisely why this place continuously birthed an endless stream of devil beasts.
「Elsewhere...」
Wen Zhixing and his group continued to slaughter devil beasts.
They had long completed their mission, yet they carried on fighting.
"Why hasn’t she returned yet?" Wen Zhixing frowned even more deeply. Hua Yourong’s presence annoyed him, but her absence was even more botherso.
"Junior Brother Wang, what’s wrong?" Li Mingde asked curiously from the side.
"Nothing." Wen Zhixing shook his head.
"Congratulations, Junior Brothers, the mission is complete." At that mont, Hua Yourong’s voice ca from behind everyone.
Upon hearing this, the others looked as though they hadn’t had their fill. This ti, they had slain several iron demons—almost enough material to forge an entire Spiritual Instrunt. It was truly a bountiful harvest.
However, Wen Zhixing’s eyes narrowed. Where had Hua Yourong vanished to for so long?
The next mont, an inscrutable smile appeared on Hua Yourong’s face. Not good. Wen Zhixing sensed sothing was amiss and imdiately reached into his bosom.
CRACK!
He crushed the jade talisman that Elder Wu had given him.
"You’ve all worked hard, Junior Brothers." Hua Yourong’s eyes crinkled in a smile, her gentle gaze sweeping over everyone present.
"Thank you, Senior Sister Hua, for protecting us." The disciples quickly bowed in respect. Without Hua Yourong, they would not have dared to venture so deep.
Hua Yourong narrowed her eyes slightly, while a ball of ink-colored fla suddenly materialized in her palm. Wen Zhixing’s heart tensed. As he suspected, Si Nanyan was going to make her move on them!
"Audacious fiend! How dare you harm disciples of the Righteous Sun Sect!" Just then, a cold snort ca from the void.
BOOM!
A figure flickered in the air, instantly materializing before the disciples.
"How could this be..." Hua Yourong’s face changed slightly, and with a flip of her hand, she concealed the ink-colored fla in her palm.
Wen Zhixing imdiately breathed a sigh of relief. It still had to be Elder Wu. As expected, he ca.
The next mont, Elder Wu, his hair and beard entirely white, appeared in mid-air, his face exuding dignity. Spiritual Qi vibrated around his body, exuding a powerful aura.
"Audacious!" Elder Wu’s spiritual sense swept the surroundings as he bellowed again.
"Elder Wu?" The other disciples were astonished. What’s wrong?
Only Hua Yourong’s expression was grave. Could it be that I’ve been exposed...? Thinking this, she steeled herself. In that case, she couldn’t be blad for what happened next.
"Change of plans, make your move!" She transmitted a ssage. She had not intended to lay a hand on this Elder Wu. But since you’ve delivered yourself to my doorstep, I have no other choice.
Just then, Elder Wu was also stunned. What’s the matter? Why is everyone alright? The scene fell into a brief silence. The others stared at one another, completely bewildered. Anger flared in Elder Wu’s heart. Am I being toyed with?
"Hehehe! Worthy of an Elder of the Righteous Sun Sect—your perception is indeed keen." Just then, another strange laugh echoed.
Several hulking, armored figures—human-ford devil beasts—erged from the darkness.
"Who are you..." Elder Wu’s face instantly beca solemn.
"Who are we?" one of the human-ford devil beasts spoke, its voice cold and chilling to the bone. "After imprisoning us for so many years, have you forgotten who we are?"
"You... This is bad! Run!" Upon hearing this, Elder Wu’s expression changed drastically. He roared at the other disciples.
However, it was too late. A human-ford devil beast waved its massive hand. In the air, a flash of cold light streaked by.
SPLASH!
Several heads soared into the sky, their faces frozen with disbelief!
Wen Zhixing had sensed sothing amiss beforehand. He yanked one person aside, narrowly avoiding the attack. The others, however, were not so fortunate and were instantly killed.
"How... how could this be..." Li Mingde, having narrowly escaped death, turned deathly pale.
"Go!" A chill seized Wen Zhixing’s heart as well. He imdiately turned and fled, not daring to look back. I’ve really hit the jackpot of trouble today. First Si Nanyan, and now this devil race. Damn it, why is the Righteous Sun Sect so dangerous!
Li Mingde snapped back to his senses and also tried to flee, but it was too late. A figure blocked his path.
"Senior Sister Hua?" Li Mingde paused, puzzled. Why is Hua Yourong blocking my way?
"Stay." Hua Yourong gave a bewitching smile and, with a flick of her finger, sent a wisp of ink-colored fla directly into his glabella.
"Ah!" Li Mingde imdiately scread in agony.
Ink-colored flas erupted from his body, engulfing him completely and turning him into a human torch. Yet, his physical body remained unhard. The flas condensed into devil runes, engraving themselves all over him. Finally, all the flas converged, forming a seed that embedded itself in his Sea of Sense. Li Mingde’s mind reeled. His body went limp, and he collapsed into unconsciousness.
"Hua Yourong, you!" Witnessing this, Elder Wu’s eyes quivered. What exactly is going on!
"Hua Yourong? That’s not ." Hua Yourong covered her mouth with a coquettish laugh, a cold glint in her eyes. She then spoke to one of the human-ford devil shadows, "Go, bring back Wang Shouzhen!"
This ti, no one will escape!
