The group walked towards the city at an easy pace.
"What is that black bead?" Wen Zhixing, however, had an unusual look in his eyes; he stood at the very back of the team.
Unlike the others, his gaze seed to scan the surroundings but was in fact taking every opportunity to watch Hua Yourong. In what appeared to be a casual glance, he caught sight of the black bead.
As I thought, she’s up to no good. Wen Zhixing turned his head, his eyebrows slightly furrowed. Although I don’t know what that black bead is for, her expression says it all. This demoness is plotting sothing wicked.
His mind imdiately beca extra vigilant. He would crush the jade talisman given by Elder Wu at a mont’s notice.
"This junior brother, you seem sowhat unfamiliar; did you just join the sect?" Just then, noticing Wen Zhixing seed to be sowhat distracted, soone chuckled lightly and spoke up.
Wen Zhixing focused and looked at the person. The man wore the robe of an outer sect disciple of the Righteous Sun Sect, and his bald head would’ve been blindingly shiny if not for the dim light here.
A scar ran across his left cheek, andering upwards from his earlobe. His eyes were as large as copper bells, and his appearance was fierce, looking like a natural-born bully at a glance.
"My na is Wang Shouzhen, I just joined the sect recently," Wen Zhixing gave a salute, seeing for the first ti soone who looked so much like a villain.
"I’m Li Mingde." The scarred man smiled slightly, introducing himself.
While it was obviously a friendly greeting, that smile was ferocious and terrifying.
The others turned their heads to glance at the two but said nothing.
Wen Zhixing was also taken aback, thinking, Perhaps you shouldn’t smile; it’s kind of frightening .
"Junior Brother Wang, there’s no need to panic." Li Mingde thought Wen Zhixing was a bit nervous and reassured him, "We have completed this mission many tis; there won’t be any problems. If you’re scared, just hide behind ."
"Thank you, Senior Brother." Wen Zhixing was slightly startled, then nodded.
The cultivation of these outer sect disciples isn’t high. They all seem to be around the third or fourth level of the Qi Movent Realm. "Take action!" Just then, soone shouted lowly, releasing Spiritual Qi and casting a spell.
"Thunder Summoning Talisman!"

A thunderbolt descended, crackling with golden arcs.
The iron demon couldn’t dodge in ti and was instantly struck, sent flying backward. Its body trembled slightly, emitting scorching heat waves, as it let out a painful roar.
The disciple who was previously in danger had been pulled to safety by soone, thus escaping the perilous situation.
"Thank you, Senior Brother Li, for the rescue." At this mont, the muscular man’s forehead was covered with cold sweat, and he gratefully addressed Li Mingde.
"Iron demons cannot be pierced by blade or spear; continue using talismans!" Li Mingde nodded and then shouted loudly.
None of them had stepped into the Mysterious Might Realm, so they could only utilize talismans to cast spells.
The group exchanged glances. Several talismans fluttered in the wind and once again summoned thunderbolts, striking the iron demon.

The iron demon issued a series of agonized roars. In no ti, it was blasted into oblivion, both body and divine soul completely destroyed.
"We did it!" The crowd rejoiced; this iron demon was one of the more troubleso devil beasts in the Devil Sealing Cave. But the reward was substantial.
If this corpse was brought back, at least several Spiritual Instrunts could be refined. If they could kill a few more, each person could end up with their own Spiritual Instrunt.
The crowd was imdiately excited, but Wen Zhixing showed little interest. His gaze turned to Hua Yourong.
He saw that the mont the group finished off the iron demon, she reached out her hand again. In the air, threads of black Devil Qi converged into her palm, eventually forming a small black bead. On the black bead, a ferocious image flashed by, then was absorbed in an instant.

Straight away, a thought struck him, and he leaned closer to Li Mingde, asking in a low voice, "Senior Brother Li, do you know of any other uses for these devil beasts besides crafting them into Spiritual Instrunts?"
"Other uses?" Li Mingde was startled, thought for a bit, and then said, "Of course, there are. For example, consuming a devil spirit can enhance one’s spiritual sense’s power. However, the Devil Qi in them is too intense, and they also contain the remnant souls of these beasts, making it impossible for us to absorb them."
