"Hold still. If I ss up this eyeliner, you’re going to look like a depressed raccoon instead of an aristocrat," the lead stylist said, dodging a half-hearted swat from Yang.

Yang, a man who had once leveled mountain ranges with a flick of his wrist, was currently being defeated by a pair of heated eyelash curlers.

"Leo, I feel... weird. Why is my hair pointing toward the heavens? It looks strange..."

"Really? You’re overthinking things. It’s a good hairstyle, which is in hype nowadays. You just don’t realize it because you have been locked up for so long," Leo explained, admiring the transformation.

"Isn’t that right?" he asked the Branch Manager, who could only play along.

After all, the hairstyle wasn’t really in trend. However, it did look better than the old style of fried hair that was hanging down Yang’s shoulder like he had co out of a cave.

After a proper haircut, Yang was indeed looking good. He only felt it was strange because he hadn’t seen himself with short hair before.

"On the other side of the room, Ulen was having it worse. His magnificent, floor-length beard, the pride of centuries long journey, was completely trimd before he could even say anything.

His long beard fell on the floor, as his face appeared to be completely clean shaved.

To Leo’s surprise, the mage that looked extrely old with the beard, looked quite young without it. With a proper haircut, he was giving a proper salt and pepper look.

"I am a Master of the Ninth Circle," Ulen muttered, his voice muffled by a silk scarf being wrapped around his neck. "I have rewritten the laws of magic. Why am I wearing such tight clothes?"

He was made to wear a white vest, and on top, a black coat. His expressions kept shifting from one shade to another, as he went through a myriad of expressions including sha.

"I feel ridiculous," Yang grumbled, trying to flex his muscles, almost ripping the jacket. "This shirt is a cage. My body is suffocating, Leo. Is this truly necessary?"

"It is necessary, especially if we want to avoid bloodshed. This is extrely important. Without this, no matter how much bloodshed we cause, we will never be able to enter the treasury."

Once the girls finished dressing up the two n, they quickly left, leaving red faced n from the forgotten era.

"Wait a minute, I could’ve used magic to push them away. Why did I even go along with it?"

It was only now that Ulen ca to his senses, realising that he was a mage who could’ve stopped them without hurting them.

Unfortunately, it was too late by the ti his kind started working properly.

"Beauty is pain. And in this case, beauty is a necessity," Leo replied, placing a small badge on Yang’s chest.

He then moved to Ulen and did the sa.

"Wait a minute... Is that?" The Branch Manager exclaid in disbelief as he recognized the badges.

Weren’t they the identity badges that belonged to the Galactic Union, especially their investigative team?

Just the cri of faking these badges alone, was enough to attract execution. If it ca to light that they had forged these badges, the entire Galactic Union was going to be hunting after them.

He finally understood why they were taking so many precautions in their disguise. They were commuting a capital punishnt worthy cri after all.

At this point, he also realized why Leo had said that the Lionel Family’s Patriarch was going to open his treasury on his own, without being forced.

Leo tossed a badge at the Branch Manager, letting him place it on his chest. anwhile, he also placed one on his chest, completing the disguise.

"Now we are ready to leave... But let’s go through the back door. I’ve left that place with defective caras just for this mont..."

Leo patted his clothes, and sprayed a perfu before taking the lead.

He led the others out of the bank through the back door, which was a completely isolated place, especially since as per the blueprints, there was supposed to be no exit there.

Ulen looked into a mirror on his way out. Along the way, he couldn’t help but mumble, "I don’t look half bad."

Outside the bank, a ship was already waiting for Leo and the others. However, unlike the ship used by the Bank, the ship was completely unmarked.

It was a black ship, which was painted to look like an official ship of the Galactic Union. Even the symbol of the galactic union was painted on the exterior.

As Leo had already been to the Galactic Union in the past, he knew what their ordinary ships looked like.

"Money well spent..." He said, appreciating the paint as he entered the ship.

This was nowhere near as high specs as the real galactic union ship. It was as if a sports car exterior was plastered over a cheap economy car.

On the inside, it was no different than an ordinary ship. However, it didn’t matter. After all, no one was going to look inside the ship. So it was fine.

With everyone taking their seats inside the ship, it rose in the air.

In the darkness of the night, the ship left the planet, disappearing into the sky. Within minutes, it was traveling towards the ho planet of the Lionel Family.

It was leading them to the place that Leo had always wanted to enter, but always had to be cautious about.

This ti, he was finally taking his first step inside the central hub of the enemy territory.

However, there was one thing that he didn’t realize. It wasn’t just any ordinary day for the Lionel Family.

It was the day when their annual family etings were held on the main planet, where all descendants and branch families were invited.

It was an internal family tradition that even the rest of the world didn’t know about.

....

In another place, the real team that was dispatched by the Galactic Union to investigate the explosions on the Lionel Family Bank Branches, had also departed...
