"Is this the War Armor prepared for Officer Huang?"
Seeing Lin Fan repeatedly apply crystals to the War Armor, and that it had already surpassed the third-tier armor without stopping, still embellishing it, Gu Hang couldn’t help but ask.
"Yes, it’s for Officer Huang,"

Officer Huang... Huang Guan, an ordinary policeman, did not engage in nepotism, shady financial dealings, or act as a shield for criminals. He refused to be corrupted, which upset many people and made promotions difficult for him.
In life, he was law-abiding.
In death, he beca even more devoted to his duties. His consciousness and reason always reminded him that his responsibility was not to harm ordinary people, but to maintain public order in Huang City as before.

Lin Fan nodded, continuing to apply the crystals to the War Armor as it glinted with dazzling brilliance due to the continuous enhancents.

After Lin Fan finished enhancing the War Armor, Lu Ying arrived with industrial paint as instructed. Lin Fan explained what he wanted to be done with it.
Lu Ying gazed at the pitch-black armor, and with Office Huang’s figure in mind, images swiftly filled her thoughts.

"I leave it to you," Lin Fan said with full confidence in Lu Ying.

Lu Ying nodded seriously and began her work.
The first row on the back of the War Armor spelled out ’police’.
The row beneath it read ’警察’.
Two languages would help the survivors to recognize it better.
Lu Ying even considered whether to add the characters for ’justice’ on the back but then thought better of it. Too many words might cause confusion, and simplicity was best.
Soon, Lu Ying finished painting the words on the back of the War Armor and left with her tools.
Gu Hang thought to himself that Lin Fan was indeed a man of ideas.
With Officer Huang wearing this War Armor, he could easily hunt down ordinary zombies and even the so-called Powerful Zombies would likely stand no chance against him.
Lin Fan brought over a satellite phone and secured it at the waist of the War Armor.
If Officer Huang encountered any living survivors outside, they could use this satellite phone to contact Sunshine Shelter, and they could be brought over once their location was known.
A perfect outfit indeed.

When Lin Fan went to find Officer Huang with the War Armor.
Officer Huang was not alone; Dongdong was there, seemingly communicating with him.
Lin Fan stood still, watching the two silhouettes before him.
"Hang, let’s not rush over yet. Let Dongdong and Officer Huang have a good talk,"
Gu Hang sighed, "Dongdong has spent the most ti with Officer Huang. Huang’s departure must be hard for him."
"Yes, Dongdong will definitely find it hard to let go. He’s a poor kid, his mother died by his side, but then Officer Huang took him in. They’ve developed a deep bond," Lin Fan agreed.

Dongdong is a zombie yet also a child, capable of rational thought because his desire to protect his mother was so strong it overca the zombie virus, granting him reason and propelling him towards an unknown direction.
Dongdong hugged Officer Huang tightly, as if unwilling to part with him.
Officer Huang’s hand rested on Dongdong’s head.

Officer Huang noticed Lin Fan and Gu Hang.
Lin Fan approached with Gu Hang, "Officer Huang, don’t worry. Dongdong will be well taken care of here. Feifei has always been fond of Dongdong, always caring for him like a younger brother."
"Heh heh."
Officer Huang nodded, acknowledging the sentint.
"Officer Huang, this is the War Armor, tier four, with high defense. Try it on," Lin Fan suggested.
Lin Fan helped Officer Huang into the War Armor. Even now, Officer Huang’s physical body could easily be breached by ordinary zombies, but with this armor, it would be a different story. Ordinary zombies could break their teeth on it without causing even the slightest damage to the armor.
