With communication satellites, the fleet that arrived in Europe found it much less troubleso to contact the holand.
Although the transmission of signals would still be affected by the dust clouds, establishing stable communication with the holand was not impossible.
Once the fleet reached Germany, they quickly sent a ssage back to the holand.
Besides reporting the situation and status of the European battlefield back to the holand, they also conveyed Germany's official plea for help and the alliance of European countries' desire to obtain Power Armor and Titan equipnt from Fla Country.
The high-level officials had already anticipated the alliance of European countries seeking help and requesting strong equipnt like Power Armor and Titan from Fla Country.
Not only had they anticipated it, but they had also prepared export versions of Power Armor, Titan, and even Land Ships to et these demands and use them for trade with European countries.
However, the high-level officials were unsure about what to exchange for with these items from European countries.
Do European countries have anything attractive enough for the holand to trade for these powerful armors? The answer is naturally yes.
To the holand, so of the unique technologies of European countries are part of it, but otherwise, there is nothing really appealing left for the holand.
Now is different from pre-disaster tis; back then, there could be talks about economic cooperation and the like, but now with transportation cut off and communications interrupted worldwide, there is no economic exchange, discussing economic cooperation is just a fool's dream, or more like pie in the sky.
Of course, European countries also understand this, so besides bringing out so of their advanced technologies as bargaining chips in hopes of exchanging them for assistance from Fla Country, they also indicate that if Fla Country is willing to extend a hand, they are willing to et any reasonable requests from Fla Country.
In fact, even for unreasonable requests, European countries have no choice now.
Agreeing to Fla Country's requests might require paying a certain price, but at least it can ensure survival.
But if they disagree, things won't look good. Fla Country, out of kinship, might provide Exoskeletons and Electromagnetic Rifles allowing European countries to resist the invasion of alien creatures, preventing them from quickly overtaking Europe, but that's about it.
Fla Country and Lucia are willing to aid Europe, mainly to let European countries hold off the alien creatures from the diterranean, avoiding a two-front battle for themselves.
But if European countries prove to be inadequate, or if they try to stir up trouble, Fla Country and Lucia might consider abandoning them.
Although this would bring great troubles for both countries, according to Lucia's plan, they could rebuild the defense line established in Eastern Europe during the Suyia era and use it to fend off the alien creatures' attacks.
As for human resources issues, Lucia has already started gathering Eastern European people and is trying to reorganize them.
Lucia did not conceal this from European countries, and even the Lucia officials who arrived in Germany with the fleet expressed directly that Lucia could receive and accommodate refugees that European countries couldn't handle.
Faced with such an attitude from Lucia, European countries had no choice but to cooperate and coordinate with Fla Country and Lucia's diplomatic strategies.
However, although European countries are willing to accept Fla Country's terms, Fla Country is sowhat unsure about what to ask for.
To discuss this matter, high level officials convened a video conference seeking opinions from all sides.
"European countries have little to offer now other than technology. Academician Chen, what do you think we should trade with them?" a high-level official asked Chen Xin during the eting.
As the developer of these important technologies, and a key research personnel in the holand, Chen Xin's opinion held substantial weight among the high-level officials.
Faced with the inquiry, Chen Xin thought for a mont and asked: "Could European countries open their mine fields and let us mine the ores?"
"Mining ores? That's possible. Although European countries are currently producing military equipnt to fight alien creatures, they've suffered great losses in population and industrial equipnt, leaving many mines abandoned," quickly responded a diplomatic officer of the European fleet on the other end of the video line.
"But isn't that the sa for our country? Many dostic mines aren't operating either. Is it necessary to send people to Europe for mining?" At this mont, another high-level official voiced a different perspective.
Indeed, the situation in Fla Country was as the official stated; although resources are tight dostically, it mainly stems from a climate-induced halt in mining activities.
Wouldn't it be more efficient to extract resources dostically than sending people to mine in Europe and shipping them back?
In response to this concern, Chen Xin explained: "I didn't an sending our people there to mine, but having the fleet gather refugees locally in Europe and use them for mining.
This way, on one hand, we can organize these refugees to beco usable manpower, and on the other hand, obtain resources, allowing the fleet to produce various materials directly in Europe, and even transport so back to support dostic production and construction."
Upon hearing Chen Xin's explanation, the high-level officials beca interested. After so discussion among themselves, they agreed that it indeed was a comndable plan.
Using their people, on their land, to mine their resources, while producing equipnt that requires them to purchase resources and later have them thank us is indeed a highly beneficial deal.
"This is a good idea. With 3D printing facilities on the land carriers, as long as there are enough resources, production and construction aren't an issue, which can better support the European battlefield and allow the Europeans to hold out longer." A high-level official praised the idea and asked the diplomatic officer of the fleet: "Would Europe agree to this plan? If implented, how many refugees can you gather in Europe to ensure production and output?"
"Yes, it is feasible. Currently, there are many refugees in Europe, mostly from countries along the diterranean overrun by alien creatures, but European countries are incapable of hosting them, leaving most to fend for themselves in cities, freezing in thinly clad destitution." At this point, the diplomatic officer couldn't help feeling compassionate: "If we could gather them together, along with the mining sites previously agreed upon by European countries, production and output could be guaranteed."
