On the roof of a six-story building in the city center, a group of filthy survivors is sprawled.
So of them are ard; so are fiddling with unidentifiable equipnt, while many are glued to the lens of a high-precision projector, watching the four-ter tall zombie that looks just like the Grim Reaper in movies!
Despite their unkempt appearance, their bodies all look robust, indicating they must be living in good conditions.
They are slathered in greenish-yellow muck which seems like so kind of sli, which has dried and clung to their clothes, fracturing into chunks.
Not far away, a few survivors are squatting next to a dead zombie, dissecting its internal organs. They sar the pus from inside onto their faces, hands, and clothes. Once done, they douse themselves with vinegar that sits nearby!
The stench was unbearable!
The surrounding air wreaks of a sll that churns one’s stomach. The survivors, however, don’t flinch, as they’ve grown accustod to the sll.
At first, they would be sick for days when they sared themselves with this stuff. But over ti, the scent of the surrounding air beca bearable.
"Hey, brother! We are done, you want to put so on?"
"Wait."
"Well, hurry up then!"
"Yeah, got it."
The man who had just finished saring his body breaks the silence, whispering to those focused on the projector. The others responded casually, without giving much thought.
"What’s it doing?"
"Just watch it, be careful."
"I know it already, this is getting boring!"
"Shh, keep it down. Do you want to get heard by it?"
"Oh, right."
"Don’t worry, the mayor said as soon as we finish with this we can go back to the City of Bright Moon."
At the lens of the high-precision projector, a middle-aged man in his forties spoke to a young man beside him. The City of Bright Moon that he referred to was none other than Yuhuang County.
And the so-called mayor was none other than the reborn Su Sigui!
A month ago, the number of survivors in the Kuisong Group Building surged from more than three thousand to over thirty thousand! At the sa ti, the road from Lin City to Yuhuang County was cleared, and all the survivors of the Kuisong Group were transferred to Yuhuang County.
Oddly enough, although Yuhuang County was a grain storage area before the Apocalypse, the stored grains were enough to feed the three million people of Lin City for over sixty years! However, Su Sigui chose to leave three-quarters of the new humans and so high-tech talents in Lin City!
The Chenhua Technology Building, where they initially were, is ceaselessly pumping out weapons of their dreams!

These weapons are things that only appear in movies, yet Su Sigui has made them a reality!
Although she didn’t put in much physical effort, the theories and knowledge were all provided by her!
How unbelievable is that?
Even though this mayor is a woman, her tactics and her majestic deanor have a srizing effect that also instills fear!
The knowledge she possesses is astounding, even the proudest genius scientists before the Apocalypse had to bow their heads in front of her!
However, this is just the tip of the iceberg. What’s most incredible is her strategy!
Now the people left in Lin City all have been with Su Sigui for a long ti. Before they t her, none of them could have imagined that soone could accurately predict things to such a frightening extent!
Since the day they t Su Sigui, everything she has said has basically co true. Therefore, in her eyes, they suspect that they are like naked in front of her, being seen clearly, making them very afraid of this woman!
Returning to the story, after Su Sigui transferred all the survivors to Yuhuang County, there began a vigorous cleaning activity. Everybody that went to Yuhuang County, they went out early and returned late, wiped out zombies, subdued local survivor forces, and worked themselves to the bone like a dog!
In the beginning, the people left in Lin City rejoiced, thinking their lives were much more comfortable than those in Yuhuang County.
But later, those who relocated to Yuhuang County, within a week, had basically cleared all the zombies in the county, while the remaining zombies were forced to the northern part of the county. Since then, life has gradually returned to normal for the survivors, no longer dog-tired and facing a storehouse of grain, resembling life before the Apocalypse!
After Yuhang County’s developnt was more or less complete, Su Sigui renad it the City of Bright Moon and declared herself mayor. She firmly established her position with her overwhelming strength as a Level 6 new human.
On hearing this news, the survivors left in Lin City were filled with regret. But the worst was yet to co. After the City of Bright Moon rose to prominence, everyday soone reported the situation to them, making the hearts of the people in Lin City itch to leave Lin City and go to the City of Bright Moon!
But because of Su Sigui, no one dared to move. They just desired it in their hearts. As for whether there was hatred in their hearts?
Maybe there was, but what could they say?
In Lin City, there was not only them but also Su Sigui, who was the mayor herself!
Leading by example, if not satisfied, what could they do, fight with her? Could they win?
She was a Level 6 new human!
Strangely, in their eyes, Su Sigui, the mayor, seed unflappable in face of any issue. But ever since she asked them to co here and monitor this Level 5 zombie, they often noticed tension and seriousness on Su Sigui’s face!
This sparked their curiosity.
Don’t forget, Su Sigui has evolved to Level 6, perhaps being among the top tier of all humans. Who could be her equal?
Theoretically, a Level 5 zombie should seem insignificant to her. However, her facial expression started making the otherwise relaxed survivors feel uneasy.
They’d never seen Su Sigui so serious. The people in the City of Bright Moon had gotten used to her miraculous forecasts. Seeing her like this now, they could sense that the situation was far from simple, even if they were indifferent!
It even could threaten the life of this Level 6 new human!
What’s more, not only was Su Sigui here, but there was also another Level 6 new human who was absolutely loyal to her. She brought him too!
The young man’s thoughts were brought back to reality, glancing at a canopy on a building far away, where Su Sigui was.
Neither he nor anyone else knew what would happen next, but this deepened their curiosity. The more curious they were, the more uneasy they felt!
