"Did you guys find anything?"
"No!"
Soone said dejectedly.
"Well, let’s head back."
"Just like that?"
"What else can we do? It’s getting dark. Are we supposed to wait here for the zombies to co eat us?"
Upon hearing this, everyone sighed. One of them pulled out a half-smoked cigarette, lit it, and started puffing away.
"Let have a puff."
"Here you go."
The smoker passed the cigarette, another guy took a deep puff, then passed it onto the next person. As he looked around at the empty shelves, he suddenly noticed a door that had been left open abruptly shut!
"Who’s there!"
"What happened?"
"Soone just went in there! I didn’t see clearly."
The people around looked at each other, verifying all of their people were present, then seriously looked at the door the guy pointed at.
"Let’s go check it out."
They cautiously moved forward, one person putting out his cigarette and stepping in front, his hand slowly gripping the doorknob but not imdiately opening it.
"Whoever’s in there, co out!"
Shh!
Behind him, soone quickly shushed him, placing a finger on their lips.
"Keep your voice down. What if you attract the zombies?"
"Oh, right."
The man agreed and asked, "Should we just open the door?"
Everyone nodded in agreent.
The one who had entered was likely living here, and if he was able to live here, he definitely had enough food to survive. The place was a small shop, and although the shelves were empty, it was clear they had been stocked with snacks and the like.
The food was likely taken by the person who had snuck through the door.
The man holding the door handle reached for the knife at his waist, preparing to open the door, when a crisp voice called out behind them.
"You’d best not open that door."
It ca from a cleanly-dressed girl who might be about sixteen or seventeen. Although she was young, she had an exceptional beauty; innocent yet carrying a hint of allure.
In her hand, she held a bag of puffed food, constantly picking it up and popping it into her mouth. The sight of her sensuous red lips munching on the apparently delicious food made the onlooking n swallow involuntarily.
Overtaken by both greed and lust, they thought how lucky they were to encounter such a perfect woman and food in this apocalyptic world. They could take the food and take turns with the woman. Wouldn’t that be thrilling?
"Who are you? Why can’t we open the door?"
"Because... if you open it, you’ll all die!"
"Heh, die? We’re not afraid. Even in death, we’d enjoy ourselves, right guys?"
"Right! Hahaha!"
At their lewd laughter, Li Qingtian could only sigh and shake her head in resignation, continuing to eat her chips.
Seeing the food bag slowly emptying, the n couldn’t restrain themselves anymore; they slowly approached her, forgetting about the terrifying zombies outside for the mont.
Their thoughts were now focused on ’enjoying’ the girl first, then presenting her to their leader. They believed that even if they didn’t find any food, their leader would let them off once because they brought him a beautiful woman.
"What are you trying to do?"
Li Qingtian asked without a trace of emotion, seeming completely unafraid.
"What do you think we’re going to do? You’ve practically thrown yourself at us, what else could we do?"
"We’re going to * you, of course! Hahaha."
"Hahaha."
They all laughed wickedly in unison, approaching Li Qingtian from different directions, their faces gleaming with excitent. These lust-driven n hadn’t given a second thought to why a squeaky-clean girl like her would be in a place like this.
There was sothing very off about the situation.
But they thought, she’s a woman, so she’s easy to take advantage of.
Li Qingtian sighed again. From the way she looked at them, it seed like she was lanting her fate. But they didn’t realize how many people like them Li Qingtian had already killed.
"I could have let you live, you know?"
"Like hell we care!"
The man’s lustful yell ca in response. He ran towards her, intending to grab her and pull her soft body into his arms to do whatever he wanted.
The others followed, closing in on her.
Just then, the door was suddenly kicked open with such force that it deford from the impact!
GROWL!
The horrifying zombie growl rang out in their ears. They were stunned and turned to see a figure that was two ters tall with a grey, deathly aura.
"Brother, kill them."
There was a hint of indulgence in Li Qingtian’s eyes as she spoke in a voice so soft it could lt iron.
Before they could react, the figure disappeared and appeared in front of one of them the next second!
ROAR!
Li Henian threw a punch downward. Compared to him, the survivor in front was nothing but a dwarf. He was thrown violently into the ceiling from the upward punch.
Dust fell from the ceiling, drops of blood dripping from his motionless body.
"Zom... zombie! You...you can actually control zombies? Why?"
The remaining n were horror-struck, unable to believe the scene before their eyes, especially seeing a zombie obey a person’s command.
But Li Qingtian didn’t answer, she just kept eating, while Li Henian answered them with his fists.
"No!"
Screams of despair filled the air as Li Henian’s iron fists were unstoppable. Each punched squashed a person into a bloody pulp!
The others started to run, but could they outrun a Level 3 mutant zombie?
When there was only one man left, he realized he couldn’t escape so he stopped running and knelt before Li Qingtian.
"Mistress, I’m wrong, I won’t do it again. I was blind and it’s my fault... please, spare !"
The last man cried, hoping to be forgiven by Li Qingtian. But there wasn’t a hint of rcy in her eyes. She didn’t say a word.
Since she didn’t speak, Li Henian didn’t stop his assault. He appeared in front of the man in a flash and grabbed him by the throat, lifting him into the air. The man choked in his large hand.
"No... no... I was wrong."
Looking at Li Henian’s terrifying zombie face, he felt a surge of fear and begged Li Qingtian for rcy.
But he didn’t get a response from Li Qingtian. Li Henian opened his jaw and bit down rcilessly on the man’s shoulder.
After a while, he went limp and bloodied, dying. The next second, Tang Ye’s voice echoed from sowhere.
"Ruining my good day?"
