"Ah? ... I..." Lu Xiaojie froze for a mont, then quickly fell silent. The voice of Dairya, coming from so unknown place, continued, "You should... go save your friend. He’s in a dangerous situation... He needs help."

"If he dies here... I will beco stronger, but I... will no longer be myself..."

"Is that so... but..." Lu Xiaojie shook her head. Even though Dairya agreed, she still hesitated and dared not make a decision. Perhaps she would have been more decisive if she hadn’t heard Dairya’s voice before.

"Sister... go ahead, I won’t mind because you are my friend..."

"But... you are also my friend, I can’t do such a thing to a friend!"

"But you can’t have just as a friend. Your life... should be more exciting than mine, not as lonely as ."

"No! It’s not like that, Dairya! Don’t you have anything you want? The world outside is vast, you can et many people just like ..."

"Sister..."

"You..."

"Thank you for telling these things, but more than these, I want to dream now, a very long dream..."

"But what’s in the dream..." Lu Xiaojie wanted to continue arguing, but after saying a few words she fell silent, staring dazedly at the heart in front of her.

"Sister... I’ve already died. You doing this for is enough for Dairya, I don’t want to continue being a burden to you. Go, your friend shouldn’t die because of , and also... thank you for caring for during that ti, really thank you..."

At this mont, Lu Xiaojie’s eyes were filled with complexity. She seed to understand Dairya’s thoughts, and she knew how to choose. She silently stood up, surveyed her surroundings, and said, "Dairya, I respect your choice..." After a pause, she spoke again, "But rest assured, in your dream... I will be with you."

When she said this, Lu Xiaojie’s face was expressionless, but as soon as the words fell, a slight smile appeared on her face. No one could understand the desolation in her heart. She had been absent from the real world for too long. Although she returned to the real world earlier, she was used to life here, and in the outside world, she was alone, without a so-called ho at the Royal Court. Living in a dream might not be so bad...

Her words seed to catch even Dairya by surprise, and soon the blood vessels beneath the heart began to tremble, as if wanting to stop sothing. But Lu Xiaojie had already plunged headlong into the heart!

Soon, the heart began to shake violently, swinging left and right, casting shadows as massive amounts of blood gushed out from the blood vessel openings beneath!

At the sa ti, Tang Ye was thrown against the wall like a rag doll by the spider woman. The wall, covered in cracks, seeped out a large quantity of clear water, washing away the thick black liquid on Tang Ye’s body. He closed his eyes, now lacking even the strength to open them. He could feel one of the opponent’s hands pressing on his shoulder and the other gripping his jaw. He knew very well what the opponent intended to do!

But now, he was powerless to change anything, only able to accept reality. He wasn’t afraid; even if the outco wasn’t good, he could accept it. He did feel a bit regretful, though he wasn’t sure exactly what for, perhaps there was even a bit of anger?

With a shrill scream from the spider woman’s mouth, the flesh of Tang Ye’s neck was torn apart. Following a ripping sound, Tang Ye’s head was forcibly torn off, along with the dark purple spine. Black liquid splattered everywhere, and his body was ruthlessly thrown hundreds of ters away!

The spider woman held his head high and roared to the sky, as if proclaiming her victory! But at this mont, she didn’t notice that Tang Ye’s eyebrows had furrowed.

"Eh?"

After being separated from his body, Tang Ye unexpectedly found that his consciousness hadn’t disappeared. He was slightly stunned, and after attempting to move, he beca even more bewildered.

"The restriction has been lifted?"

He asked himself, suddenly opening his eyes, feeling refreshed. All his strength returned. The oppressive pressure from the invisible restriction had vanished, allowing him to feel an unprecedented sense of ease!

The spider woman, still "singing" with Tang Ye’s head in her hands, stopped abruptly when she glanced down to see Tang Ye’s eyes staring straight at her, making the atmosphere around them instantly freeze!

"You... why?" The script hadn’t developed as she thought it would, leaving her at a loss, staring at Tang Ye’s head in her hand, unsure of what to do.

"I don’t know why either, but I know you’re finished." Tang Ye chuckled. His face was filled with smiles, but the boiling murderous intent in his eyes seed ready to consu the spider woman whole!

From afar, Tang Ye’s headless body stood up from the ground, moved around, and then walked towards the spider woman, stretching and loosening up his body, each action causing a crackling sound!

Soon, his body stood in front of the spider woman. Just like that, he calmly took his head, broke the spine below, stuffed it back into the neck’s severed opening, and finally pressed the head down, twisting it a few tis. After the flesh on both sides joined, Tang Ye finally turned to look at the spider woman.

Now, two inhuman creatures—one with a mocking smile, the other expressionless—were facing each other. Not long after, Tang Ye suddenly asked, "Is it fun?"

The woman did not respond, her purple eyes staring at him, filled with uncertainty. Perhaps she already understood why this situation had occurred. She wanted to angrily roar at the sky, but the current circumstances differed from before; she had to be cautious!

She could feel the powerful aura emanating from Tang Ye at this mont. She clearly recognized the mortal threat that ca from a being of the sa class. This made her start to panic, with the "rules" no longer limiting Tang Ye. She, just a frail "ordinary person," had to face off against Tang Ye, a "professional boxer," in a street battle without any preparation!

In the face of the real gap in strength, even with another of herself, it would be difficult to win this fight!

So, she chose to remain silent.

But Tang Ye did not wait for her to respond. After asking the question, his smile gradually disappeared. In the next second, he suddenly extended his hand and clenched his fingers tightly! The spider woman imdiately tried to resist, but at that mont, her power appeared feeble in front of Tang Ye. The raised hand was simply batted aside by him upon contact. She let out a sharp scream, and then Tang Ye grabbed her long hair and yanked it up!

"I asked you, is it fun?"

"Please, show your arrogance once more! Can you?"

Crack!
