Soaring into the air once more, Tang Ye flipped his long saber and swung it again at the monster, now helpless in mid-air!

A white trace from the blade’s slice lingered in the air, adding an eerie sense of desolation to the scene. With the long saber wrapped in intense atmospheric pressure, it slashed fiercely! Tang Ye observed a trench dozens of ters long forming on the ground, yet not the slightest resistance was transmitted to his hand.

His heart tightened, and Tang Ye hurriedly looked downward, only to find the monster, with a spider’s lower body and human upper body, had vanished. Suddenly feeling a disturbance behind him, he imdiately turned and swung his saber instinctively, but before the blade could strike, he saw a mass of white spew from the monster’s mouth, splattering onto his face!

The substance was the sa as before – a clump of spider. As soon as it touched his face, it scattered, with white threads stretching out and sticking to the already ruined walls. The imnse pull flung Tang Ye backward. In the brink of ti, his body split in two; half flying away and the other half halting after extending nurous strands of flesh, whacking one of its tentacles down hard on the creature!

Each half of the bisected Tang Ye beca a complete Tang Ye. The Tang Ye entangled in spider silk was stuck to the wall, leaving behind a deep crater, but soon tore off the threads from his face, wings of flesh waving fiercely as he advanced for the kill.

anwhile, the other Tang Ye, upon securing control over the creature, chopped down ferociously from high above. The folds of flesh on his arms retracted to reveal the stark white bones, which then reford into sharp bone spikes!

Standing atop the creature, Tang Ye bent down, wielding his arms now transford into bone spikes and the tentacles on his back, striking repeatedly – one, two, three, four tis in rapid succession! Like a storm of violent blossoms, they sent flesh and dark, viscous body fluids scattering in all directions!

"To et your Maker!"

Both Tang Yes let out a simultaneous roar. The Tang Ye who had just torn free from the spider silk flashed over, seized the creature by its humanoid neck, dragged it from underneath the other Tang Ye, and smashed it against the wall!

The tentacles on his back whipped through the air with a whoosh, piercing straight through the creature’s shriveled abdon, while the bone spikes on the other Tang Ye’s arms dramatically extended and dropped down onto the creature’s head!

In that instant, the creature’s humanoid head erupted, spattering both Tang Yes with dark green tissues.

It looked like it might be over, right?

Just as Tang Ye was about to stop, the other Tang Ye’s expression changed abruptly. The creature, despite having its head smashed, wrapped its segnted limb around him and with a "boom," pressed this Tang Ye harshly against the wall. The Tang Ye beside him narrowed his eyes, his back’s flesh wings starting to move, surging towards the creature to try and pull it away!

But at that mont, with Tang Ye’s strength divided in two and the creature pressing down too fiercely, he montarily failed to succeed. Through the other’s perspective, he could see the creature holding up its broken head, its spine-chilling mouth opening and unnaturally stretching to reveal several strands of dark green saliva!

Yi~hee hee!

It opened its mouth, emitting those bizarre sounds at Tang Ye’s clone, and from the sounds, one could almost sense its rage, a desire to vent, but why did it seem targeted exclusively at Tang Ye’s clone?

Without delving too deep into it, Tang Ye mobilized all the flesh wings on his back to bind the creature, exerting full force to pull and wrestle against it!

But the creature refused to let go, and finally, as Tang Ye forcefully pulled off a part of the wall, it still clung on, its jointed limbs tightly embracing another version of himself, emitting bizarre sounds similar to "yee-hee yee-hee" nonstop!

Sections of flesh broke through its skin and burrowed into its body, lifting it high into the air, smashing it from the left side of the hall to the right side. The place shook like there was a major earthquake, repeating several tis. That damn spider-like creature hung on like a lovesick fool, especially when seen through the perspective of the other—it’s mouth made Tang Ye terribly nauseous!

Fortunately, the creature did not do anything too excessive. It simply held tight, no matter how hard he tried to shake it off. After Tang Ye himself was violently smashed to the ground for quite a while, the creature’s chanting stopped. Then it turned its human-like head and looked at another Tang Ye, its black, bulging eyes profoundly deep, as if trying to drag soone into a bottomless abyss.

Suddenly, Tang Ye saw the corners of its mouth lift in what seed like a smile.

"Is this..."

Tang Ye instantly beca vigilant, perhaps recalling sothing, but a sense of oblivion quickly washed over him, and he forgot what he had just thought, only feeling even more wary.

The other Tang Ye was also sowhat confused but soon continued to struggle. All the flesh on his body turned into tentacles and flaps, his internal skeleton into bone whips, which wildly wriggled and tore chunks of flesh from the spider creature. However, the creature ignored the injuries to its own body. After that smile, it resud its chanting, which sounded much more serene than before, as if it already knew the scales of victory would inevitably tilt in its favor.

A crack appeared on the top of its humanoid head and extended downward. Ultimately, the skin tore apart, revealing various internal organs that were black, green, or white! As these organs were exposed to the eyes of another Tang Ye, they suddenly burst open, revealing countless white silk clusters within!

Heh~

A low growl echoed once more, and the silks began to disperse, as individual white threads enveloped the body of another Tang Ye.

The nearby Tang Ye hurried over with large strides, the flesh-blade in his hand swelling massively. The flesh that ford the blade began to creep, covering his arm, and in no ti, it morphed into a door-sized blade.

The blade’s edge drew a straight streak of cold light in the air, and he brought it down fiercely upon its head!

Splat~

The edge of the blade sliced the creature’s body in two, body fluids scattered everywhere, but even such an injury didn’t faze it. It controlled the silk within its body to slowly wrap around the other Tang Ye’s fra.

Cackle~ Cackle~

Its mocking laughter kept emanating from its body. In a burst of anger, Tang Ye raised the door-wide blade in his hand again and chopped down fiercely. In an instant, he bisected the creature’s humanoid waist. The upper half was sent flying, scattering black fluid in midair.

At this mont, the upper part of this spider creature’s humanoid body, from the chest up, had disappeared, but the strange sounds emanating from it did not cease. They continued, becoming even more bizarre, making it impossible to discern precisely where they were coming from!
