Chapter 225: Chapter 195: You Call This a Tactic?

Skills like Furious Waves, Gravity Dust Sand, and Ten Thousand Thunders Celestial Prison Guide—a combination of Eye of Truth and Thunder God Body—were all area-of-effect abilities. Using them would inevitably hit his teammates.

But with his teammates off the stage, he no longer had such worries and could finally go all out.

Su Ze felt that to him, there was no difference between fighting one person or six. Among the six from Ancient University, only Yarlin was worth ntioning; the others weren’t a match for him in a single exchange and were just there to make up the numbers.

In fact, Yarlin felt the sa. Of the six from Dongli, he only took Su Ze seriously. The mont he drew his blood sword, he had already completely suppressed the other five.

The appearance of Su Ze and Yarlin in this year’s exchange tournant had completely shattered the balance.

The two of them were so much stronger than the other contestants that they not only dominated the individual matches but also influenced the team competition, rendering everyone else’s participation aningless.

As everyone watched Su Ze actually prepare to take on all six opponents, the sound of the audience’s sharp, hissing gasps filled the air, as if the temperature itself had risen.

Far away in Dongli, citizens gathered in front of their TVs, on the edge of their seats for Su Ze. ’One against six... can he really pull it off?’

Only his schoolgirl fangirls were screaming and cheering, "My man is so dominant!"

With all eyes on him, Su Ze seized the initiative, executing a Rhino Charge and hurtling toward Yarlin like a human juggernaut.

Yarlin sidestepped the attack, but he wasn’t Su Ze’s target. The real targets were the other five contestants from Ancient University standing behind him.

The five unleashed their techniques, bombarding Su Ze with a relentless barrage of skills, attempting to overwhelm him with status effects and crowd control.

But Su Ze simply tanked the assault with his nigh-indestructible body. On the rare occasion a powerful skill breached his defenses and wounded him, the injury healed in an instant.

Gravity Dust Sand spread across the ground, blanketing the area beneath the five Ancient University contestants’ feet as Su Ze cranked the gravitational force to its maximum.

THUD! THUD! THUD...

With a series of five thuds, all five contestants from Ancient University were forced to their knees. From the audience’s perspective, it looked as though five ancient courtiers were kowtowing to their emperor, surrounding Su Ze in a circle of submission.

anwhile, Yarlin attempted a sneak attack, only to be ensnared and dragged forward by Su Ze’s Gravity Chain.

Before Yarlin could counterattack, Su Ze unleashed a pre-prepared Furious Waves. A violent blast of energy swept out in all directions, and the arena floor beneath his feet shattered into pieces.

The Dizziness effect of Furious Waves left all six students from Ancient University stunned and dazed, each suffering varying degrees of injury.

Two with weaker constitutions simply rolled their eyes back and passed out.

But he wasn’t finished. Imdiately after, a storm of violent electrical currents raged through the area, completely enveloping all six of them.

CRACKLE! SIZZLE!

Silver serpents of lightning danced manically as arcs of electricity crisscrossed the air. Amidst their agonizing screams, Su Ze thought he could faintly hear soone trying to surrender, but the sound was completely drowned out by the thunderous noise.

A mont later, thick smoke was rising from their bodies, carrying the faint scent of roasting at. Anyone who didn’t know what was happening might have thought Su Ze was having a barbecue in there.

When the lightning faded, everyone on the stage was lying on the ground—everyone except Su Ze.

Four of them were charred black and utterly unrecognizable. Only Yarlin and one other pale, heavyset man still looked sowhat normal.

The pale, heavyset man appeared to have a high degree of Thunder Resistance, which was why he was still conscious.

"Want to continue?" Su Ze asked, looking down at the prone form of Yarlin.

Yarlin shook his head. His injuries weren’t severe; he still had the strength for another fight.

But he had already lost to Su Ze during the individual matches. Fighting again would only lead to the sa result.

"And you?" Su Ze turned to the pale, heavyset man nearby.

Fear flashed in the man’s eyes. He scrambled to the edge of the arena and threw himself off.

He rely had Thunder Resistance, he wasn’t immune. While the others had been knocked unconscious by the electricity, he had been forced to remain awake and endure the agony of the electrocution. It had been pure torture.

Yarlin slowly climbed to his feet, raised his hand to the referee, and announced, "We forfeit."

The referee stared blankly for a mont before snapping out of it and declaring, "The winner of this match is Dongli University!"

There were no cheers, as this wasn’t Dongli University’s ho ground.

Besides, many people in the crowd had yet to recover from the shock of what Su Ze had just done.

’He fought one against six... and actually won?’

’You can even fight a team match like that?’

’Now I’ve seen everything!’

In all the years the intercollegiate exchange tournant had been held, a situation like this had never occurred before.

Even Su Ze’s five teammates felt as if they were dreaming.

When Su Ze had first proposed his so-called "Plan E," they had refused.

’It’s a six-person team match, and you want us all to get off the stage so you can fight alone? That’s insane!’

’If he lost, wouldn’t we be flad into oblivion?’

’If he won, wouldn’t that just make the five of us look completely useless?’

It was a no-win situation.

But once they were on the stage, affected by Yarlin’s blood sword, they clearly recognized the gap in power between them and him. In their condition at that mont, it seed staying on stage would do nothing but hold Su Ze back.

That was why all five of them had voluntarily jumped off the stage, forfeiting the match.

It had been a move born of desperation, but they never imagined Su Ze would be such a beast—pinning down all six opponents and actually winning!

Thinking about the prize for winning first place in the team competition, the five of them suddenly felt that being useless was actually pretty great.

Pei Wuhua was also completely dumbfounded by this incredible surprise. He had originally thought that placing in the top three for both the team and individual competitions would have been Dongli University’s best result in a century. He never imagined they would directly take first place in both!
