Xia Wan’an paused, finally rembering that she had secretly run to the pharmacy two days ago to buy them, suspecting she might be pregnant after missing her nstrual period for two months while chatting with Youman.
At that ti, she was in the office, surrounded by people, so she didn’t test. By the ti she got ho, she was too occupied with her plans to go on vacation with Han Jingnian, and the issue was promptly pushed to the back of her mind...

She stood up from the toilet, washed her hands, then stared intently at the line of pregnancy tests she had laid out in front of her.
About five minutes later, she saw the first test co back with a result - one line.
She frowned and looked at the remaining tests. As it was roughly the sa testing period, the other tests also quickly returned results - all were a single line.
