Thinking this through, Akainu’s scarlet eyes burned with intensity.

He told himself: no matter what, this ti he had to complete the mission.

The thought of Kaos arriving spurred him into action—he couldn’t afford to wait any longer. Kaido had to be eliminated before Kaos appeared.

Without hesitation, Akainu dove from the sky.

He spotted Queen erging from a cave—Kaido had to be inside.

Activating Moonwalk, Akainu stepped forward mid-air as magma surged and condensed onto his fist.

"Go to hell!"

With a thunderous shout, Akainu launched his fist. Instantly, a massive torrent of magma erupted in the sky, slamming toward Queen.

At that very mont, Queen had just spotted his dical team arriving. A hint of relief showed on his face—until an overwhelming murderous aura engulfed him.

His heart froze. Looking up, he saw the fiery tide of magma descending upon him.

That energy... he recognized it—it was Akainu!

Queen’s face drained of color. He hadn’t expected that the leaders of the four assault teams had hidden themselves so close without detection.

There was no ti to hesitate. With a roar, he transford into his dinosaur hybrid form and raised his chanical arm. Energy surged through it, and a powerful beam of light burst forth.

But against Akainu’s terrifying magma, it was utterly useless.

His arm was instantly overwheld.

Shocked, Queen quickly covered himself in Armant Haki and leapt into the air.

Akainu’s magma fist slamd into the cave entrance, turning the rocky mouth of the cave glowing red-hot.

The mbers of the Healing Pirates who had rushed in froze in terror at the sight.

They were just dics—they had no combat capability.

Even if they did, facing a monster like Akainu would still an certain death.

All they could do now was flee—get far, far away from this deadly battlefield.

But before they could escape, a hail of molten rock rained down from the magma blast, crushing several of them on the spot.

Screams and cries of agony filled the air as the remaining healers were engulfed by fire.

Inside the cave, Jack was stunned by the sudden explosion outside.

Seeing the chaos, he realized it had to be Admiral Akainu.

"Oh no..." Jack’s face went pale.

There was no way he could defeat an admiral.

The idea of fleeing imdiately took root. He glanced at Kaido, barely alive and in urgent need of dical attention.

But Jack knew he couldn’t change anything now.

Choosing survival, he dug into the earth, abandoning Kaido and escaping through a tunnel.

Outside, just as Queen landed heavily on the ground, Akainu appeared in front of him.

Akainu delivered a burning kick straight to Queen’s chest.

Even with his chest protected by Armant Haki, the flas scorched through. Queen’s face contorted in pain as he was launched backward, tumbling violently down the hillside.

With Queen out of the way, Akainu charged into the cave, eyes locked onto Kaido.

Inside, Kaido lay motionless on the ground. He had no strength left.

Akainu quickly noticed the fresh tunnel exit—soone had escaped.

Judging by the size, it had to be Jack.

"Coward," Akainu muttered coldly.

He turned toward the tunnel entrance and unleashed a massive wave of magma that flowed directly into the narrow passage.

anwhile, Jack was lost underground, blindly digging his way through the earth.

He didn’t know which way to go.

Suddenly, the air temperature around him spiked.

Jack’s heart skipped a beat. Sothing was wrong.

He turned—and saw the wall of magma racing toward him.

Terror gripped his soul.

Frantically, he dug deeper, throwing soil wildly in front of him, but there was nowhere to go.

The magma surged forward without rcy, swallowing his body completely.

Jack scread in agony. Trapped in the tunnel, his body was engulfed in molten lava. Every breath burned his lungs from the inside.

He opened his mouth to call for help, but magma poured in. His body writhed in tornt as the searing pain devoured him.

In this way, another of Kaido’s subordinates died in this desperate situation.

With one more enemy down, Akainu turned his attention back to Kaido.

Kaido’s wounds had partially healed, but his internal organs were beyond repair. Severe frostbite had ravaged his body, and earlier, many of his organs had spilled out when they were torn apart.

His body was incomplete.

The fact that he was still alive was a miracle—but a miracle that had reached its end.

Without saying a word, Akainu raised his fist—coated in Armant Haki and magma—and struck Kaido’s wound.

Under the imnse force, the wound tore open further as Akainu’s fist plunged into Kaido’s body. The magma began lting his internal organs, and blood gushed out violently. Kaido’s body trembled violently—then fell still.

Thus fell a mber of the Four Emperors.

A powerhouse, defeated in silence.

After finally killing Kaido, Akainu’s next goal was to find this Fish-Fish Fruit.

As long as he got this Devil Fruit and dedicated it directly to Kaos, then he could say that his mission was accomplished and he would atone for his sins.

Thinking of this, Akainu rushed out of the cave without stopping, and began to search around the island.

It’s just that the re-condensation of the Devil Fruit may not necessarily be on this island...
