"Wow."
Stark didn't expect for the [Domination Association Headquarters] to be so... big and luxurious.
There were hundreds of rooms that stretched all around, and even Ed seed to be forced to use the watch on his wrist to navigate.
Sotis they would see so other mbers, who would bow at Ed, or back away after seeing Stark in person.
There were cafeterias, gyms and everything you needed, almost like a mini-city.
"Our headquarters hold enough space and rooms to house around 1,000 people, aning that most if not all of our mbers can stay here if they want."
"So they can go away if needed?" Stark asked after hearing the last part.
"Yeah, we don't restrain them, though many prefer staying here since it makes it easier for missions," Ed smiled, "And probably because it's free..."
To begin with, the Domination Association doesn't even have as many mbers as you think it does.
If you were to really count them, you would realize that there were a maximum of 1,000 people in the association at once.
Recruiting more was difficult, and though deaths didn't happen often as they always gave missions to the people who could respectively complete them, it didn't an it was impossible.
The [Domination] class was rare to begin with, so let's not add all the people that die in the trials.
"We can still handle everything right now, but with the secret revealed, more problems might erge now," Ed sighed, "I really don't know what was different with that trial for it to reveal it to the whole world..."
"..." Stark didn't say anything.
He still had 5 more apostles to kill, then possibly the Godless Demon himself.
If the Domination Association, and especially the commanders, were as strong as he thought, then maybe they could help...
"Here, VIP rooms, even more luxurious than the normal ones," Ed smiled warmly, "There's only twenty of those, reserved for the commanders and so other high-class mbers, you should be proud."
"Alright..."
"VIP mbers use their watches to access their rooms, no one else is allowed to, except if you want to bring a girl in to... you know... hah."
"...I won't."
"Alright," Ed sighed, "I set your watch as VIP, aning that you get every single feature there is, enjoy it."
These [Multi-Task Watches] ca in different ranks, and the higher-ranked you were, the more features they had.
Of course, though, it wasn't because the domination association didn't want to give its mbers the privilege as it would greatly help in mission: it was more like they couldn't.
The [Multi-Task Watches] used aura to function, and only soone with an extrely potent and powerful aura could fully utilize it.
Basically... only the commanders and very powerful people in the association could.
"Spatial Inventory," Stark put his hand inside of the inventory void, then pulled out the [Multi-Task Watch] he was given.
Without waiting, he placed it in front of the scanner, and the screen above the door suddenly.
The na [Stark] was now moving from the left to the right side.
"Good job, you now own this room until you either leave the association or die!"
"I'm not part of the association."
"Who cares? Even if you're not a mber, people who help are appreciated."
"Alright."
The sliding door automatically opened as the scanner identified Stark.
[Welco back, Stark Heartsouls, enjoy your rest.]
All of this was extrely technological, probably built by Ed at lightning speed.
Stark eyed the [Domi-chanician], wondering just how practical his powers would be in battle.
"See you later, kid, there will probably be a eting after the mission, so take as much rest as needed."
"Ok."
Ed quickly left afterward, off to do so other things.
"Here goes nothing..."
Stark stepped into the room and was imdiately struck by its luxury.
A massive screen TV dominated one wall, seamlessly integrated into the sleek design.
In the center stood a plush king-sized bed with crimson silk sheets, exuding comfort.
To the side, a modern kitchen glead with high-tech appliances, complete with a robot chef ready to cook any dish.
A bubbling jacuzzi occupied one corner, surrounded by soft ambient lighting, creating a tranquil atmosphere.
The room was a perfect blend of comfort and opulence.
And Stark could stay in this room as long as he wanted.
"...The association could be useful, so I'll stay a little bit," he grinned, jumping on the bed and lying there, "Oh yeah, first, I need to contact them."
He opened his [Spatial Inventory] for the third ti and pulled out his phone from it.
Imdiately, he opened up his ssaging app, just to see dozens of ssages from both Sora and Lana.
There were even ssages from an unknown sender he had never added. Experience new stories on empire
[Sora: Are you okay? If you need anything, tell .]
Even though Sora was probably worried, even her ssages gave that emotionless look.
[Lana: STARK?!]
[Lana: ARE YOU OKAY??!]
[Lana: WHERE ARE YOU!!]
Lana's ssages were much more panicked, and there were several dozens upon dozens of them.
And finally, it was obvious that the unknown sender was none other than Lilith.
[Lilith: Hm... Sora and Lana, extrely nice girl by the way, gave your number to contact you, I wonder what you're doing right now... it's... amazing...]
She had only sent one ssage.
In the end, Stark smiled before sending one ssage to each of them, and soon enough, the replies ca.
[Stark: I'm staying sowhere safe, I'll contact you and co back in a bit, don't worry.]
[Attached photo.]
He took a few pictures of the VIP room by the way, sending it to each of them to show that he was okay.
[Sora: Alright, you should really co soti, Lana is extrely nervous after everything.]
Lana was pretty much the only out of the three girls to have not seen Stark all this ti, forced to watch through a screen.
[Stark: I'm fine, you shouldn't be nervous :)]
[Attached photo.]
[Lana: STARK?! CO BACK NOW!]
[Stark: Can't, but soon, I promise, and I'll even give you that reward or whatever once I do.]
At the ntion of the reward, Lana's face went red.
[Lana: Alright, but be sure to be back within a week, I wanna see you!]
And finally, Lilith, which probably saw the ssages Stark sent from the other two, and also the pictures, instantly send another ssage.
[Lilith: Domination Association, huh.]
Stark's eyes widened as he saw that.
[Stark: You know about them?]
[Lilith: A little bit, they're nice overall, but the missions they give are batshit insane, so most people quit within their first few months if they don't just die.]
[Stark: Alright, well, as I said to the other two, I'll co back in a bit, just wait.]
[Lilith: I'm not worrying, I trust you.]
After all of that was done, and he ssaged them back-and-forth for a little bit, Stark finally felt like he needed to rest.
He wanted to check the features of his new [Multi-Task Watch], as well as all the panels that appeared when he reached level 150, but exhaustion crept over him, his eyelids growing heavier with each passing second.
Before he knew it, he drifted off, sinking into a deep sleep.
When Stark opened his eyes, he wasn't in his room.
He was in his mind, but compared to normal, the sight before him was unlike anything he had ever experienced.
