Uriel dragged his sword and ran towards War who was waiting for him on the throne. The forr yelled and slashed his sword, destroying the stone throne that War was sitting on.
The stone shattered into a dust smoke that blocked Uriel’s vision. He growled and threw the sword behind him, blocking an attack that ca from War who was now midair.
"Wow," War chuckled. "You can defend my attack, huh?"
"I can also do this," Uriel vanished from where he was and reappered behid War. He swung his sword forward, firing a crescent-shaped light energy to War who only grinned before blocking it with his bare hands.
"Scattered Scars," Uriel whispered. Suddenly, the crescents-shaped attack blew into tiny dusts that exploded into large bursts of light.
Uriel landed on the ground, smirking as he felt his victory. "That was quite easier than I thought it would be."
"Burning War."
A sudden explosion ca out of the smoke from Uriel’s attack. Flas consud the smoke as War stepped out unscathed, gaining a new form as he grinned at the Angel.
His body was now wrapped in a blood red coat, fire burned on his collar, engulfing the clothing like it was fur. War also held a particular sword in his hand, a slender sword that was twice as long as his own arm.
"Oh, I forgot that you have this thing called Wars," Uriel chuckled. "Four forms, all with different affinities and specialties, even techniques."
"I am war itself," War said. "I embody all battles. Therefore I cannot be defeated so easily."
War vanished from where he stood. Uriel didn’t fret as he raised his sword behind him, just in ti to block War’s sword who ca from behind.
"How fast you are," War chuckled. "But not too fast."
War’s long sword suddenly burned into a dark red flas. This swallowed Uriel completely, spinning like a vortex as it reaches the ceiling of the room.
"Heavenly Purifier!" Uriel scread and slashed his sword forward. He the raised it above him, slamming it to the ground and yelled. "Dance of the Angels!"
"You’re giving all of your powers, Uriel!" War grinned as he stepped towards the Angel. "But the question is how long will your tricks last?"
He ran towards the man who was still in the process of charging his skill. War slashed his sword but was abruptly stopped by a burst of white light erupting from the ground.
War stepped back a couple of ters, distancing himself from Uriel who was firing beams of light on the ground. The Angel was relentlessly trying to target the Behemoth, making sure to kill him from the intense power of the light beams.
"This is getting annoying," War grit his teeth. "I really hate doing this but I have no choice."
War scanned the room and went to the edge of the area that Uriel’s magic would reach. He too charged his power, black marks running all across his body and reaching his head where he sighed.
"This is Death’s power, huh?" War grinned. "That man is really sothing. He’s not the strongest Guard for nothing."
The Behemoth ran towards the light and was about to jump to one of it when Uriel suddenly spun himself and fired his sword. "Got you."
The sword flew across the room, hitting War where it slamd him to a wall, pinning him in the process.
"I caught you, filthy fly," Uriel grinned. "I only have a fraction of my power but I was still able to defeat such empowered demon."
Uriel raised his left hand and pointed his palm at War. "Goodbye. Final Verdict."
A sphere of pure white light spun in front of Uriel’s palm. The sphere grew larger until it fired a beam of light at War who was still on the wall.
This create a large hole on all the walls of the castle, the attack spanning even past the ground and the forest outside. When the smoke cleared, Uriel grinned. "That should show how far you and I are."
He was about to walk away when he heard the rubbles behind him move. The Angel imdiately conjured a sword and raised his guard up.
There was a sudden shift of the atmosphere. A dark, unnerving aura was around him, but he couldn’t pinpoint where. The ground suddenly froze. Uriel couldn’t react on ti that ice ford in his legs.
"What in the hell?" Uriel growled. He fired white warm light on his feet to release himself from the ice and conjured his wings so he could raise himself a couple of ters off of the ground. "Where did this co from?"
Just when the Angel thinks that he is safe, the ice crystalized the air and followed him above. He imdiately flew away, avoiding the madness on the ground as best as he could. It was pure madness down there and he cannot afford himself to be part of it.
"What in the hell is going on?" Uriel growled. The crystalization of the air has stopped but it left Uriel little to no area to move.
The Angel had to destroy the roof of the Palace so he could fly higher and gain more vision of his current situation. He couldn’t work out where or what the problem was, so he was having a hard ti deciding what to do next.
"I’m sure the attack killed War, so this couldn’t be his doing," Uriel muttered. "Then if it’s not him, the who?"
"Cold War."
Uriel froze as he heard the voice behind him. When he turned, he saw War standing, once again unscathed. The man wore a blue coat this ti with the collar made of ice cryatals as well as the cuffs and the rim of his coat.
"Another form?" Uriel asked. "But you can only change forms when you receive a critical attack, not when you’re completely obliterated."
"Thanks to Death’s power, I was able to switch the rules up a bit," War grinned. "I made a new rule for myself and this ti, I am definitely much stronger."
"But it’s not sothing that can defeat so easily," Uriel said. "I am one of the strongest entities in Heaven. Even when I have very little of my original powers, I am still very powerful."
"Then can you handle three Guards and a little surprise?" War grinned as he launched himself off of the ground and into Uriel. He raised his sword which was a different one this ti. It was a normal-sized sword with normal asurents but it was made out of clear ice.
"That’s not going to cut it if you want to defeat ," Uriel said. "You have to get more creative!"
The Angel slashed his sword to crash with the one that Uriel had. When their blades clashed, a crystalized burst of ice exploded from it.
Uriel distanced himself from the explosion. He shielded himself with a sphere of light an watched as the particles of the explosion create more explosion. Every bit of the ice would explode into more crystals. This would only stop when the crystals would be undisturbed. War destroyed one to prove that when disturbed, the crystal explosion would be endless.
"Now," War raised his sword. "The battle begins.
