"My dear master, you're not planning to blow up the Resistance along with everything else, are you?"

A hint of lancholy was clearly audible in Raven's voice.

"Huh? Did you figure out?" Loren's voice carried a trace of confusion.

Am I really that easy to read now...

Raven suddenly felt a bit more exhausted.

"You damn master, I need to make this clear—they haven't done anything to you!"

Standing on the street, Loren gazed at the bustling scene before him and murmured softly:

"Raven, don't you think it would be fun?"

"No, I don't think so at all, master." Raven's voice grew even more somber.

I'm just a bird...

My hobby is pecking at so fresh fruit, not blowing up so fresh factions...

At this mont, in the Upper District of Clear Mine City.

Lights blazed brightly, neon lights flickered.

On the streets, so drunks were wandering around with bottles raised, just finished with their nightlife and heading ho.

In this darkest hour before dawn, the only people still out on the streets, aside from Loren who was used to moving at night, were these indulgent revelers who loved alcohol and banned substances.

Even if this was the only civilized place on Rotten Star, going out at night here still ant facing certain risks.

Unless you didn't care about the potential dangers lurking in the shadows, or you yourself were the danger...

For instance, on a street about nine kiloters away from Loren.

A dangerous Miss Silver Dragon was seeking her own little amusent.

"Bang!"

A sudden gunshot rang out amidst desperation.

"Stay back!"

A panicked man was aiming his gun at a graceful figure, white smoke still curling from the muzzle.

Miss Silver Dragon extended two of her fingers, gently caught the bullet, and crushed it into tallic powder.

"This ill-intentioned human sir, if you don't have enough Spirit Stones on you, then you'll end up just like this bullet."

A nonchalant voice rang out.

Five minutes later.

A dejected man walked out of that street in utter defeat.

Just monts ago, he had lost all his possessions.

And because he couldn't afford the massive compensation owed to Miss Silver Dragon, burdened with a huge debt, he had "voluntarily" beco one of Miss Silver Dragon's underlings.

He signed an extrely harsh magical contract, agreeing to use his labor to atone for his unforgivable mistake.

And the term of this labor was "lifeti."

As everyone knew, a dragon's underlings were usually for life.

And because dragons had so pathological obsession with their wealth, working for dragons was also typically unpaid...

After that dejected man disappeared at the end of the street.

Miss Silver Dragon, having just taken on a free human underling, stretched in a good mood.

"Another step closer to the goal of having my underlings spread to every corner of the Star Realm!"

"Dragon is amazing!"

Her voluptuous and graceful figure shimred brilliantly under the neon lights.

Suddenly rembering sothing, Miss Silver Dragon let out a faint sigh.

Too bad...

On human territory, taking in underlings could only be done one at a ti—the speed was way too slow!!

It was definitely much more convenient in the Land of the Gods!

Back there, taking in underlings happened city by city!

Mr. Loren, hurry up and beco a Major Figure!

When will I ever get back to the Land of the Gods!

Dragon wants to go back to the Land of the Gods!!

Clearly, as a dragon who had once held the title of "Silver Winged Calamity," her current behavior was already quite restrained.

Among the tallic dragon species, which were generally of the good alignnt, this silver dragon's conduct was obviously quite out of place.

Most of the ti, she acted more like a chromatic dragon.

Just as Miss Silver Dragon was missing her holand and reminiscing about her past glories.

Nine kiloters away, Loren, having secretly sensed this scene, quietly lowered the brim of his hat.

"Miss Jessistan, you being forced to hide in the Beastkin Star Domain really isn't unfair at all..."

Clearly, even Loren found so dragon's actions to be quite cruel!!

Before Loren could even clearly perceive how many "0"s were on that magical contract...

Miss Silver Dragon had already intimidated that poor man into signing his na on that magical contract.

The number of Spirit Stones the man needed to repay on that magical contract was an absolutely terrifying figure.

In the additional clauses of that contract, a tiny sentence written in dragon language was recorded:

"The undersigned must pay the Silver Dragon Jessistan 100,000,000,000,000 Spirit Stones to terminate this magical contract."

Although Loren couldn't read dragon language, he could still clearly see how many "0"s were in that string of numbers...

Such a monstrous amount of Spirit Stones was sothing even the Gods would shake their heads at.

Loren, silently lowering his hat brim, still felt deeply shaken even from nine kiloters away.

A flash of inspiration struck!

Having previously only relied on gambling, Commissions, and robbery to earn Spirit Stones, he suddenly felt like he had learned a new way to get rich...

"Raven, add learning magical contracts to your to-do list. Very important. Thank you."

"You damn master, learn sothing good for once!!!"

Raven's roar echoed in his mind.

Hearing Raven's roar, a shy smile curled at the corner of Loren's mouth.

At that mont.

Just as he was about to retort to Raven, his expression suddenly changed!

In the sky that had just shown a glimr of dawn, a massive spatial fluctuation erupted!

"Boom!"

An enormous interstellar Warship tore through the sky, charging out from a space passage!

Its massive size once again blocked out the sky!

The sky above Clear Mine City plunged back into darkness...

"This is the Supre Federation's Dusk Star Domain Temporary Action Team, Third Combat Group!"

"Citizens of Resource Planet 17, please do not panic!"

"I am the commander of the Warship above you—Captain Yodara Dick!"

"My subordinates and I are here under orders to take over this planet!"

"Please cooperate fully! Do not cause unnecessary casualties!"

"I swear in the na of the Supre Federation that we will absolutely not harm any ordinary citizens!"

"We are here to establish a new order!"

"The corrupt Federation ends today!!!"

"All of you will gain freedom, dignity, and a decent life!!"

"Now! Ordinary citizens, stay in your hos. Unless absolutely necessary, do not step outside!"

"During this period, we will send specialized personnel to assess any damage to your property, and we will compensate you uniformly afterward!!"

"The chaos is expected to end by noon. Please cooperate!"

"Alright! This concludes the pre-battle declaration!"

"Brave warriors of the Supre Federation! You may begin the assault!!"

A voice—deep, resolute, yet carrying a hint of warmth—ca from the Warship above Clear Mine City, spreading to every corner of this planet.
