Ye Zhi’s body froze and she subconsciously stepped back.
The corner of Gu Ren’s lips twitched before he suddenly increased his strength a little and gently took Ye Zhi into his arms. Ye Zhi raised her eyes as they t with his own.
Gu Ren lowered his eyes and his breath swept across Ye Zhi’s face before he smiled slowly, “Don’t hide.”
Ye Zhi sank into Gu Ren’s deep gaze and his thin lips parted lightly. Deliberately, he uttered every word very slowly, “Didn’t you want to know how much I like you?”
At the next second, Gu Ren leaned towards Ye Zhi again as he spat out these few words. Under the light, his eyes were like an abyss yet very beautiful.
Gu Ren’s lips were curled up and his voice was low, “I can tell you right now.”
Ye Zhi opened her mouth, but she didn’t even have ti to say anything as she felt a certain sensation on her lips. The rest of her words were stopped by a kiss and the air around them beca hot.
Gu Ren hugged her entire body into his arms and a trace of dryness began to spread in the scorching heat.
The two of them kissed deeper and more intensively. He felt the softness and tenderness of the love of his life in his arms, expressed in the tender and affectionate connection that the two of them shared.

Although the two families travelled together, on the second day, the families crafted a reason and went out for a walk.
Only Gu Ren and Ye Zhi were left at ho, leaving them plenty of ti and space.
Ye Zhi sat up from the bed as the light and clear sunlight shone in from the half-closed window. Even the air carried the sll of the sun after being exposed to the light for the entire morning.
Ye Zhi stood up and stretched lazily, finding that she was the only one in the room.
She took a brief shower. As Ye Zhi didn’t need to go to work, there was no need for makeup so she went downstairs directly. The sll of breakfast ca wafting in from the kitchen.
Gu Ren heard the faint sound of so footsteps coming downstairs and walked out of the kitchen. He took the milk and juice in his hands and placed them on the dining table.
An exquisite breakfast was already placed on the table.Gu Ren walked around to the side near Ye Zhi and helped her pull out the chair in a very gentlemanly manner.
Gu Ren’s slender fingers held onto the edge of the back of the chair. His muscles and bones were well-proportioned and he made a bowing gesture, indicating for Ye Zhi to sit down.
Ye Zhi smiled before she took a few steps forward and sat down. She picked up the knife and fork, and in the next second, a warm touch slowly approached from behind. Before she knew it, her entire body was wrapped into Gu Ren’s arms.
Gu Ren’s hand was placed on Ye Zhi’s hand and he easily wrapped it completely into his palms. He then left his fingers gently resting on Ye Zhi’s fingertips.
“Do you need to cut it for you?”
Ye Zhi didn’t even try to hide as she even leaned back. The distance between the two of them almost shrunk to zero. When Ye Zhi turned her head to the side, her lips brushed over Gu Ren’s lips faintly.
“Then I’ll have to trouble you, Mr. Gu.”
Ye Zhi thought that Gu Ren would return to his position because of her initiative, but she didn’t expect him to actually hold her hand this way and proceed to cut it for her.
Ye Zhi was worried that Gu Ren would feed her her breakfast at this point, so she imdiately turned to his side, wrapping her arms around Gu Ren’s neck, “Let’s eat together. We’re still going for a walk by the beach later.”
