Noira watched in horror as the demon continued to transform before her eyes.

The first change appeared in its grotesquely swollen belly. The massive stomach started to shrink gradually, becoming flatter and more compact.

Its thin, disproportionate arms began to thicken and shorten, taking on a more natural shape. The curved horns atop its head grew sharper and more jagged.

However, the most disturbing change was its eye. The single crimson eye split apart, a second eye erging vertically under it. The sight made it look even more grotesque than before. Yet the transformation wasn’t over.

Its belly continued to shrink. The muscles across its body grew denser and more defined, not larger, but far more intimidating.

Then the eyes changed again. A third eye slowly opened. This ti, all three eyes were aligned vertically down the center of its face.

An eerie aura radiated from the creature. The pressure surrounding the demon intensified with every passing second.

Noira felt her body grow heavier. It was as if an invisible mountain had descended upon her shoulders, threatening to crush her into the ground.

A surge of energy erupted from the demon’s body, blasting dust and debris in every direction.

This ti, the demon didn’t move. It didn’t charge toward Noira. It simply raised its left hand. Its thumb and index finger ca together, forming a small circle.

Then...

Flick!

A sharp snapping sound echoed through the cavern. The next instant, a terrifying gust of wind shot forward.

Noira’s pupils contracted.

She tried to move, tried to react but failed.

The overwhelming pressure radiating from the demon had frozen her in place. Before she could do anything, an invisible force slamd into her head.

Boom!

The impact sent her flying backward like a broken kite.

Thud!

Her body crashed violently into the cavern wall. Blood spilled from the corner of her mouth as she slowly slid down the stone surface. Her vision blurred. The world around her began to spin.

’Am I... going to die like this?’ A trace of unwillingness flashed through her fading eyes. ’Can’t I even stay alive long enough to see Master take his revenge? Can’t I witness the day he makes those pay for what they did?’

Her fingers trembled. ’No... I can’t fall here.’ A stubborn light flickered within her eyes. She gritted her teeth and struggled to remain conscious.

’I have to hold on. I have to warn Master about this demon’s true strength. Otherwise... He’ll die before he can even gain his strength back.’

The demon looked thrilled, as though it had already decided how it would enjoy the hunt.

A cruel grin spread across its face. "Don’t just lie there. Show what else you have got."

Slowly, it drew its massive club to the side, preparing to swing.

But Noira reacted first. She raised her left hand.

"Open."

The space before her suddenly distorted. The air twisted and swirled violently as cracks spread through the fabric of space itself. A spatial rift tore open before her.

At the sa mont, the demon swung its weapon.

Whoosh!

A terrifying arc of invisible force shot forward, tearing through the air toward Noira. The attack crossed the distance in an instant.

Just as the ripple of destructive energy was about to reach her...

Noira pushed her exhausted body to its limit and stumbled into the spatial rift. The rift snapped shut.

The invisible arc missed its target by a hair’s breadth and continued forward unabated.

Boom!

A deafening explosion erupted. The cavern shook violently. Dust and debris rained down from above as the shockwave swept through the surroundings.

Monts later, a large section of the cave ceiling collapsed with a thunderous crash.

The demon’s three eyes glead with dangerous light after its prey slipped away.

"GRAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Its furious roar shook the entire cavern. However, halfway through the roar, it suddenly stopped.

Its head tilted upward.

Snif! Snif! A strange smile slowly spread across its face. "Humans..." The demon spoke in an almost ecstatic tone.

The next mont...

It vanished.

anwhile, outside the Delvan Tower...

The atmosphere had grown increasingly tense as everyone waited for Eira to erge.

Then suddenly...

Rumble!

The ground trembled slightly. The massive tal doors of the tower began to slide open.

Every eye instantly snapped toward the entrance.

"Everyone, stay alert!" Archie shouted. "Make sure she can’t escape. But be careful. She uses poison magic. If you make direct physical contact with her, no one will be able to save you."

The surrounding hunters imdiately tightened their grips on their weapons and artifacts.

Stanley Cooper straightened his back, his eyes fixed on the slowly opening gate. ’Boy... I hope you’re alright.’

Under the expectant gazes of everyone present, two figures slowly erged from within the tower.

When Jessica finally got a clear look at the two figures erging from the tower, she beca both happy and puzzled at the sa ti.

"He is okay. But who’s that person beside him? And where is that female assassin?" Her eyes narrowed suspiciously.

anwhile, Stanley Cooper had already started walking toward Leon. Archie followed closely behind him.

The mont Frenrir noticed them approaching, his expression sharpened. Instinctively, he stepped forward and prepared to take a fighting stance.

However, Leon imdiately noticed his reaction and stopped him.

"Wait."

Frenrir paused.

"They’re on our side. What are you doing?"

Realization dawned on Frenrir’s face. "Sorry, Master. I thought they were coming to attack you."

Leon rubbed his forehead. "Well, they aren’t. So calm down for now. Also my na is Leon. Not master. So stop calling that."

Frenrir imdiately nodded obediently. The sight looked strangely out of place. His towering muscular fra made him resemble a fierce warrior capable of tearing apart mountains with his bare hands. Yet his behavior was more akin to that of a loyal subordinate receiving instructions from his master.

The contrast was so great that anyone seeing it would find it difficult to believe their eyes.

Stanley stopped in front of Leon. A trace of relief flashed across his face. He was about to express his happiness at seeing Leon return alive and ask what had happened inside the tower.

But just then...

BOOM!

A deafening explosion erupted.
