Chapter Forty-Nine: The Function of rit
The Small Knife had no idea that after he left, a dramatic reversal had occurred.
He earned another million, feeling pretty good about it.
So, he wanted to relax a bit and wasn’t in a hurry to return to practice.
The Small Knife arrived at the Witch’s cave, and with so rit points, he had a lot more options to choose from.
Here, only those that et the conditions can be searched, revealing more attributes.
With ten points of tribal reputation, the Small Knife discovered there were many more things available now. As long as they could be exchanged, the detailed attributes would be shown, instead of just ???.
So, the Small Knife was wide-eyed with wonder.
He flipped through item after item, knowing that sharpening the axe won’t delay the work of chopping firewood—looking more doesn’t hurt.
Indeed, he quickly found not only one but several treasures that could help him understand Blood Qi.
Blood Boiling Potion: After consumption, the blood burns and transforms into Blood Qi, rapidly enhancing Blood Qi understanding. Failure results in blood depletion and death.
Hint: Combine with the Blood Spirit Potion for better effect.
Price: One small rit, Formula: One large rit (ten small rits)
Blood Burning Pendant, lower grade (One Pattern) Witch Artifact, burns Essence Blood upon activation, temporarily boosting combat power, also usable for Blood Qi understanding. Price: One large rit (ten small rits).
Hint 1: The degree of Essence Blood burning will reduce life and cause weakness, even death.
Hint 2: Blood and Qi Power is needed to activate.
The Small Knife had already made his decision, but he did not rush to purchase; instead, he continued to search and only found his original target, also consulted around the Military Dagger’s recomndation.
As expected, Military Dagger was right; besides the assigned quests, the items can be exchanged with rit, but it’s sowhat overpriced.
Looks like Military Dagger must have obtained rit before.
The Level 5 Limit-Breaking Potion recipe requires one small rit; it’s quite expensive. If purchasing directly, only Combat can use Bone Coins to buy. Currently, the Small Knife buys one small rit for 10 portions.
Because one small rit equals one Basic-level Fierce Beast, even submitting to the tribe without requiring small rit can exchange for ten thousand Bone Coins.
Converted to Real Coin, that’s 1.5 million. Of course, it can’t be calculated this way; with too many Bone Coins, they lose value.
The Level 10 Limit-Breaking Potion recipe requires 2 small rits, purchasing one small rit for five portions; the Level 15 one requires 4 small rits, while the Level 20 one requires 8 small rits. This is sowhat extortionate.
Unfortunately, the Small Knife couldn’t find a corresponding quest, so he had to buy it.
"With stronger power, obtaining rit will no longer be a problem," the Small Knife consoled himself.
He gritted his teeth and bought the Level 15 Limit-Breaking Potion recipe, spending four points of tribal reputation.
Limit-Breaking Potion (Level 15): Mid-Level Fierce Beast Heart Blood: 1 drop, Fierce Beast Heart Blood (default Basic): 5 drops, Blood Crystal: 1, Blood Spirit Grass: 10 stalks, Clear Spirit Grass: 5 stalks, Skeleton Grass: 1.
Detailed preparation thod: omitted.
Hint 1: Only with mastery of Basic Witch dicine is it possible to have a chance of successful concoction.
Hint 2: You can find a Witch to concoct for you with 1000 Bone Coins, success rate 60%.
"The materials are rather troubleso," looking over the formula and preparation thod, keeping the temperature and stirring aren’t issues; the success rate should be higher than the Witch’s.
However, the Small Knife didn’t leave. He gritted his teeth and used one reputation point in place of small rit to buy the Blood Spirit Potion recipe. One reputation point bought one portion of the Blood Boiling Potion.
Blood Spirit Potion: Quickly replenishes Blood Qi to restore life.
Recipe: Blood Crystal: 1, Fierce Beast Heart Blood: 10 drops, a small amount of water.
This is the lowest-priced healing potion in other gas, yet it actually requires a Blood Crystal here? Truly extravagant, etc.
He only had ten points of reputation and spent six. The Small Knife left sowhat heartbroken.
These days, relying on the understanding of Blood Qi from Fierce Beast at progressed to about thirty percent, believing that this potion would surely help him break through, but the problem was, he ran out of materials, and the materials for concocting the Blood Spirit Potion were already incomplete.
Without the Blood Spirit Potion, it was less safe, not worth the risk, especially since the Level 30 experience is an extrely large amount.
Then, as the Small Knife was about to head back, he noticed a faint white smoke floating towards the sky, almost indistinct unless carefully looked at, seemingly not far away.
This sparked his curiosity. Confirming the direction, he planned to take a look. What was going on there?
The distance wasn’t far.
Here, there were quite a few NPCs, players, and even a Witch presiding.
A large tallic cauldron was placed there, with many complex patterns on it.
tal? tal again, a very rare sight.
Don’t force to bring tal from reality; the reason the Small Knife hadn’t done so was that tal in the ga was too rare, only Witches had the privilege to use it, reportedly extracted from beast bones, possibly different from reality.
Also, because he didn’t lack money.
At this mont, so players assigned tasks were continually moving bones inside, carrying them from the warehouse and throwing them in.
This cauldron was obviously a Witch Artifact, limited in size, but players busily transported a large quantity of bones, seemingly endless.
The Witch pattern below the cauldron emitted a red glow, like a fla.
It should be a high temperature similar to flas, otherwise, the players throwing bones in wouldn’t occasionally wipe their sweat from the heat, nor would the cauldron emit a faint white smoke.
"They are refining Bone Coins." Seeing the Small Knife, the Military Dagger ca over to explain.
This aroused the Small Knife’s curiosity.
"Spreading Secret Bone Powder into the cauldron allows a large amount of bone to be refined into Bone Coins. Soon you’ll see the Bone Coins appear," Military Dagger smiled, having witnessed it several tis.
After a while, the red glow from the Witch pattern below the cauldron dimd, imdiately several NPCs approached and pressed their hands on it.
Blood-red Blood Qi surged through their arms, causing the Witch pattern to light up again, emitting red light.
Wow, these NPCs are all warriors!
A massive amount of bones was put in, at least ten tis what the cauldron could hold, gradually filling it from the outside view.
At this ti, the Witch moved forward and sprinkled so powder on it.
The Small Knife watched intently, the cauldron being a Witch Artifact, the specific attributes were all question marks, sa with others, but the Bone Powder was revealed.
Secret Bone Powder: Wugubu Tribe’s Secret Bone Powder.
Hint: This Bone Powder is unique to the Wugubu Tribe, suitable for Resurrection Skill and various uses, can enhance power to a certain extent.
The Small Knife was familiar with this, having used it the first ti to resurrect a skeleton, spending over a day completing a cumberso task, currently still having so from buying from other players after completing tasks; it’s not difficult but cumberso.
After sprinkling the Bone Powder, the speed of the bone lting increased, soon gone.
The Small Knife couldn’t see the bottom from his side, not knowing if anything was left.
Only to see that the Witch’s hand on top once again emitted bright red Blood Qi.
Another pattern on the Witchcraft Cauldron lit up.
A white, semi-transparent liquid floated out of the cauldron.
Bone Coins?
The Small Knife’s eyes lit up.
