[Awakening Calendar Day 70]

[Xia Feng, I want to eat candied hawthorns....]

*

"Crack, crack—"

Mu Qingtong sucked a bright, shiny fruit into her mouth, her beautiful face's right cheek puffed out, and as she gently bit down, the delicious sweet and sour taste seeped onto the tip of her tender, red tongue, the syrup following the root of the tongue into her stomach, savoring a taste of earthly delights, she lazily leaned into Xia Feng's arms, lightly squinting her lovely eyes, quite contentedly.

Xia Feng gently embraced the black-dressed woman's delicate shoulders, cheeks damp with sweat as he lay back.

After leaving the Cloud Platform, their Capsule Ship traveled at full speed across the Eternal Flow Sea for two days, resuming their pursuit of the lucky survivor who had escaped on Star Wheel No. 14.

During this ti, he had planned to enter the Evil Dragon Space while Mu Qingtong rested, but unexpectedly, she suddenly got into the mood to fight with him.

It was a fierce and tumultuous fight, Xia Feng almost got dismantled; if not for seeing Mu Qingtong's power value steadily rising, he would never engage in such thankless exertions again.

Thus, after an intense battle onboard, Mu Qingtong happily sprawled on him, savoring the sweet treat post-fight.

Mu Qingtong stuck out her tender, red tongue, gently licked the sugar-dusted corner of her lips like a kitten, and seeing Xia Feng lower his gaze towards her, she handed him a stick of candied hawthorn fruits close to his thin lips.

Xia Feng opened his mouth and lightly bit off one, chewing finely, he also nodded in satisfaction, "Quite sweet."

The Capsule Ship quietly moved forward on autopilot.

After a brief rest, Xia Feng wiped his mouth and slightly leaned back, "Alright, Miss Mu, I need to enter the Divine Space."

Boom!!

But at that mont, a loud explosion accompanied by a piercing screech surged through the waves, causing the capsule ship to gently vibrate and bob.

Both of them narrowed their eyes and looked up at the display.

There was nothing unusual around them; the explosion must have been at so distance.

Xia Feng took out a location card and glanced at it; the direction of the explosion was exactly the sa as that of subject number 14.

While number 14 had over a hundred Life Points, Xia Feng was actually not in a hurry to pursue.

But now, Xia Feng was really worried that number 14 might die at the hands of soone else, which would be a huge loss for him.

"Let's go check it out."

The capsule ship set off again, speeding through the layers of currents.

Soon, the scene ahead ca into view—three warship wrecks, wrapped in pale flas, slowly descending towards the bottomless abyss.

The surviving pilots ejected from the cabins, faces filled with terror, vanished without a trace as they were consud by sudden whirlpools.

The deep blue sea was littered with countless tal fragnts, and bursts of air continued to scatter outward from the center of the continuous wreckage.

Swoosh—

A crimson cone-shaped ship burst through the hazy airwaves, heading straight for a Cloud Platform, passing through the layers of airflow with a thunderous crash into the rugged ground.

Following closely were ten more cone-shaped ships. After passing through the airflow layer, about thirty individuals in black combat suits landed on the ground,

each holding a Spiritual Energy gun, as cascading blue bullets rained down like a curtain toward the wall of fire engulfing the crimson cone-shaped ship.

From within the wall of fire, erged a tall woman wearing a loose white martial arts robe with a long sword hanging at her waist.

A black sash tightened around her slim waist, and her wine-red hair fluttered back with the fierce flas. She lifted her blood-stained, chillingly beautiful face, her gaze as indifferent as a lioness's, quietly staring at the barrage of bullets coming her way.

Swoosh—

The slender hand gripping the sword handle flicked lightly, and suddenly, a chill light appeared. The tall woman's imposing silhouette was instantly pierced by the bullet rain, dissolving into a smoky shadow.

The next mont, the cold light quietly appeared in the middle of the enemy's formation. A faint red arc flashed by, and six n in combat suits, clutching their bleeding necks, slowly fell to the ground as a torrent of blood rained down.

The red-haired woman's figure staggered slightly, then with a reverse grip, she planted her long sword on the ground, her hand on her abdon turning slightly pale, "Pfft—"

She spat out a mouthful of faintly black blood, weakly leaning on the sword handle.

On a hovering cone-shaped ship above, stood a middle-aged man in a deep red suit. He looked down with a smile, saying,

"Freya, surrender. With your serious injuries and now devoid of Spiritual Pressure, you can't escape."

The red-haired woman slowly lifted her head, her blood-spattered eyes calm, but the corners of her lips quietly curled into an excited and sinister smile.

Swoosh—

Despite her worsening injuries, her teleportation speed was even faster than before. The three wary gunn were taken aback, and before they could react, their headless corpses were already plumting towards them.

"Damn it! Stay away from her!"

Soone shouted, "Don't let her get close—"

But his words also abruptly stopped.

The wine-red figure moved through the battlefield shrouded in flas like a specter, appearing and disappearing with each flash of the blade, always leaving at least one person's head rolling on the ground.

However, after killing just ten people, the woman vomited another large mouthful of dirty black blood, gasping for breath while leaning on her sword, her eyes completely blood-red.

The middle-aged man squinted slightly, realizing this woman was at the end of her strength. He waved his hand, and imdiately, continuous gunfire resud.

Amidst the battle, an invisible capsule ship quietly approached the Cloud Platform.

"This silhouette looks so familiar..." Xia Feng muttered. As the display zood in, he couldn't help but widen his eyes, "Ms. Fu?"

Ever since Xia Feng had displayed his 'talent' at Weiyang Academy, Freya had been pestering him to take him as her Direct Disciple, even willingly spending money to fund him, hoping Xia Feng could beco her disciple...

And since he seldom attended classes at the academy afterward, Xia Feng rarely saw Ms. Fu. He hadn't expected to encounter her here.

"Miss Mu, it seems we are in for a splendid heroic rescue."
