Lulayo Forest.

At this ti in the forest, O’Neill had swiftly made his way to Lucas’s side. "Their main force is coming. They’ve only left about 50 people watching over the Sheep Beastn."

"Now there are over two hundred Beastn on that side. Two hundred versus fifty has the advantage, right?" Lucas said. If their Tiger-n had fifty people and the other side had two hundred, they would dare to fight.

"Sheep-headed n are all cowards," the Tiger-man couldn’t help but say, aware of the disdain among the Beastn races. However, thinking of the two Sheep-headed n who had diligently engaged in planting and breeding in the territory of Hope Village, he moderated his tone slightly. "Their hands were tied with a special type of rope. If there is outside help, even if they can’t beat everyone, considering their personal freedom is at stake, they should be willing to fight a bit."

Lucas neither agreed nor disagreed, then said, "Nick and his team are circling from behind them. The enemy has left few people; Nick will seize the opportunity."

Nick was also one of his Kobolds. Although not as smart as him, he still had so cunning and should be able to grasp the mont.

If they could delay a bit longer on this side, waiting for the Old Beastman and the youngsters to get further away, it would be safer.

"Yes, we will concentrate on this side," O’Neill said, his eyes blazing with a fierce desire to fight. "Although they are Interdiate Professionals, I want to see if I can handle one."

Lucas glanced at O’Neill. "Keep it low-key. They have many tricks up their sleeves; don’t fall for their stratagems. Moreover, our primary aim this ti isn’t combat."

"Got it! I know! I definitely won’t interfere with your plan," O’Neill quickly assured.

"Also, if we capture anyone, rember to search their bodies for anything valuable we can sell back at Hope Village," Lucas promptly reminded.

Make money!

These two words instantly dominated O’Neill’s mind, and he blurted out without thinking, "Understood! I’ll strip them bare."

Lucas: "..."

—When it ca to seeing money, who could outdo O’Neill!

Then, O’Neill stared intently at the entrance of the distant forest, not blinking even once.

Under the anticipative gaze of many Beastn, Sol and his two companions had already reached the entrance of Lulayo Forest.

"Philip, take your n around from a different direction to the back, and bring the animal traps," Sol instructed.

"Yes." Philip listened and imdiately led his team around to the rear.

After Philip left, Sol took out the map he held; within the current map range, he had not discovered any Beastman presence.

Lulayo Forest was too vast and provided plenty of hiding places.

"I thought such Beastn like Tiger-n fought straightforwardly; I didn’t expect they knew how to ambush," Bridges said, rembering the scene where he had fled in panic from Beastn, feeling his face sting slightly. Speaking these words also seed to give him a chance to recuperate.

"It’s probably because of the Kobolds; among Beastn, Kobolds are considered relatively intelligent," Sol said directly. "As far as I’m concerned, Kobolds don’t hold as high a position in the Beastman Kingdom as Tiger-n; the Tiger-n wouldn’t likely listen to the Kobolds’ commands."

"That is indeed a bit strange, the one who was commanding the Beastn was a Kobold," Bridges agreed.

"Be careful," Sol advised.

The Beastn themselves were very brave. Their flaw was often their lack of strategic thinking, making them easy targets for various sches.

Once they possessed wisdom, they would certainly beco more troubleso.

"Right," Bridges nodded.

The two waited on the periphery for a while. Feeling that the ti was right, they started to advance into Lulayo Forest.

Each rcenary carried a handy weapon, forming a circular formation.

In the center of the circle, Sol continuously switched his gaze between the forest ahead and the map.

After walking a distance, Bridges pointed to a location. "I detected their position right ahead last ti. I think they might have changed their spot this ti."

"Right," Sol nodded and then directly commanded the Archery Team within the rcenary team.

The next mont, the Archery Team took up their bows and began to target the directions Bridges had pointed out, shooting in sweeping motions around those central points.

The wave of attacks caused no sound.

Seeing this, Sol frowned and made a gesture to continue moving forward.

The group quickened their pace.

"This is it," Bridges said, subconsciously glancing at the map in Sol’s hand.

Still no trace appeared on it.

"I can’t help but say, ’Let’s look a bit further ahead.’"

Sol didn’t say much and continued forward.

However, after a lengthy trek, there was still no trace on this plot of land, as if it had disappeared.

Most importantly, they had moved from the outskirts of Lulayo Forest to the inner areas.

Compared to the easily visible outer region because of the hills, the space in the inner area had suddenly beco much larger and, coupled with the trees’ obstruction, their nurical advantage could likely turn into a disadvantage.

Realizing this, Sol and the others stopped.

"Did those beastn leave?" Bridges frowned and asked.

"No, they must still be in this forest," Sol stated confidently, as the opponents wouldn’t easily end this "provocation."

It had to be said that Sol’s competitive spirit was stirred.

He really wanted to see who would win this "battle" in the end.

The next mont, Sol handed the map he was holding to Bridges nearby, "You take the team to the northeast, then sweep northwards. I’ll go to the northwest, and sweep northwards. As for Philip, unless there’s an unexpected change, he should be nearby. By then, we’ll form a circle and they... will have nowhere to run."

Sol’s words resonated, sounding like music to Bridges’s ears.

This was the core of their team that they knew Sol to be!

Imdiately, he decisively said, "Yes."

After taking the map, Bridges led about half of the team towards the northeast.

When he moved, Sol did as well.

Just as they were confirming their battle plans, at the location they had just left, several beastn clad in invisibility cloaks descended from a few trees, quickly exchanged the information they had just overheard, then scattered in different directions at high speed.

Utilizing their faster-than-human speed, Tena went to find Lucas and O’Neill.

"They indeed started from both sides and are searching inward," Tena said with a look of admiration in his eyes at Lucas.

Lucas was really godlike; he had even predicted the humans’ predictions.

Beside him, O’Neill gave Lucas a fist bump, "How did you do it?"

"Just normal operations with confidence in my own strength," Lucas replied nonchalantly.

O’Neill: "..."

—He felt as if there was a dinsional strike between him and Lucas.

"Now stick to the original plan. We’ll also split into three groups. Make sure they don’t get a chance to converge. Rember, don’t engage them head-on. Withdraw whenever it’s advantageous. Our aim isn’t to battle them, but to secure benefits and return to our territory with our families," Lucas emphasized again.

"Yes," all the leading beastn responded in unison.

Imdiately, the entire team split into three parts and went in different directions.

Among them, the teams led by Lucas and O’Neill were set to face Sol’s group.

Sol’s team was the strongest, na ideal match for them.

Of course, Lucas had no intention of a direct confrontation.

After sending Tena, clad in an invisibility cloak, to quickly scout the situation, Lucas and O’Neill started setting up traps along the way.

They walked and set up, not wasting a single mont.

This was a valuable experience they had learned from the residents of Hope Village, aid at preparing for the Territory War. Yet they hadn’t expected it to co in handy at such a critical ti.

Indeed, the old saying held true: the more you learn, the more you can use when needed!

Just as they had set the last trap, the forward-looking Tena returned exuberantly, excitedly stating, "They are right up ahead! Coming this way."

This ant they didn’t need to lure them after all, reducing the risk of exposure.

Hearing this, Lucas took a deep breath and shouted, "Prepare for battle!"

This was his first aningful fight!

He had to win!
