As Max was confused, Serena hurriedly blurted out what her purposes were. She sounded like it was not a big deal but her tone was getting lower and lower till, at the end it was like mosquito sound.
After she finished speaking, She quickly picked up her purse as she hastily moved past Max, going towards the exit with an obvious pinkish hue blushing face.

Just as she was about to move past him, Max grabbed her and turned it towards him, making her turn at a 90° angle making her face to face with Max due to her montum.

Serena was both embarrassed and angry, Embarrassed because what she said making her face buring hot, after all, she just gave her fiancée money to go find a few good won for himself.
Yeah fiancée as at least on the paper they still are, only when both families approve of this decision, can they officially separate.
As to why she was angry? she did not know, She was angry just because.
So she just wanted to run away from here but just as she moved past him, He grabbed her and made her turn towards her to face him.
And before she can even ask, to her horror his face filled her vision as she felt warm soft wet lips of his touch her.
Her eyes beca wide open as her brain went blank, For a mont her whole being frozen in a place.
Her limbs gone soft as if all her power drained from her body needing his support to even stand upright.

Serena felt an irresistible urge to start throwing hands but fortunately she sohow was able to stop herself from doing that.
Fortunately for her he did not go too far and just in a few monts Max let go of her quickly creating distance between them.
As he let go of her, She leaned forward as her breathing beca rapid gasping for air.
"Sorry I couldn't help it, too much sexually frustrated but don't worry I will go away and find a few beauties to solve this issue."
Max put his hands forward in the defensive stand as he quickly clarified himself, In a way that she can't bla him.
Though he didn't want to do this as this is playing with fire but the mont he saw his safety amulet running away he panicked and made a quick second decision.
Yeah safety amulet because that Protagonist is still here, He is alive till Serena is here, the mont she leaves his side, he would be like fish on the chopping board ready to be slaughtered.
So he couldn't allow her to leave till rewards were distributed as only then he can survive today's disaster.

Serena cald down hering his explanation as that made sense to her, so she did not bla him but what he said afterwards nearly made her lose her mind.
What he said makes sense to her as now their relationship remains just on a paper, rather it was best for her that he go find another woman, this way her guilt also decreases and he can also get over her.
But for so unknown reason thinking of being with another woman makes her irritable.
So she through gritted teeth drop few words as she turn around in huff and wanted to leave.

Max seeing Serena once again wanted to run away and called out to her but as he did the system voice rang in his mind.
A sudden surge of mories flooded his mind as he beca the heir of Winchester family with the formidable power and strength.

Max just took the cursory glance at his mories before he searched through whether or not they had arranged protection for him in the dark and fortunately they were and they are not weak either.
So finally his heavy heart cald down as scythe of ripper from her neck finally lowered for now.

Serena wanted to ignore him but still stopped asking him in a low growl.
"Oh nothing, Have a safe journey, I will co to your house in a few days to break off the engagent officially."
Max waved to her excitedly asking her to have a safe journey before telling her he would be going to her house.
As he needs to go there, not only to break off their engagent but also et her mother, another heroine in the novel.

Serena didn't say anything as she was not sure what she would say, So she just nodded and quickly made her way towards and then exited the bar.
"Go die you bastard."
Just as Serena was out of sight, A rubble of broken wall debris was thrown aside as a figure jumped out of it before rushing towards Max in a frenzy.
Rick's eyes were blood red as his clenched fist were breeding as he punched forward towards him.
At this mont he lost his mind in rage, as how could he not when seeing the woman he already decided is his was forcibly kissed by the incompetent rich second generation?
He wanted to puml him to death, colouring the wall of this bar in blood and flesh and he was going to do exactly that.
Rick in blink of eye covered the distance between them as his raised fist was about to strike down.
