Cable shot a German ch-soldier, watching as the half-human, half-machine creature tumbled down the stairs, crashing into countless steel fras and cables, sending sparks flying, and finally shattering upon hitting the ground.
He took out a battery to recharge his weapon.
He himself was also half-human, half-machine, and a Mutant, but these things before him seed different, history seed to have been altered...
This wasn’t his first ti fighting World War II German forces, and the enemy shouldn’t be like this.
For now, in the midst of battle, he shouldn’t be thinking about all these other things. He decided to discuss it with Deathstroke afterwards.
Broken Star was right beside him, holding Dual Blades at the ready, but Cable didn’t let any enemies get close for lee combat.
If the enemies did close in, how many could those two blades take down?
Broken Star wasn’t Deadpool. Although skilled in Martial Arts, he lacked a Self-healing Ability, and his weapons were just ordinary alloys.
If only there was a Divine Weapon for such a Sword Master to use, that would be perfect.
Then he saw among the German ranks below, a manhole cover suddenly soar high, and a red, white, and blue figure burst out from the underground.
With a swing of his Round Shield adorned with a five-pointed star, several German heads were chopped off...
"No way, is Captain Arica really this fierce?"
The Transformation Type Mutant, Wild Child, exclaid in astonishnt. It was his first ti seeing Captain Arica decapitating people with a shield.
In his impression, Captain Arica was always very disciplined and restrained, so is this what a warrior looks like on the battlefield?
Terrifying, so bloody and brutal; surely only such force can defeat the German Nazis.
Actually, Su Ming didn’t intend for this, but Strangulation had just received its na and was a bit too excited, exerting more force than intended...
"Ease up, we still need to lure Zemo out." Su Ming communicated with the Symbiote in his mind while using the shield to swipe away a few enemies.
The tri-colored Round Shield was thrown out again, knocking several people into the air before it was reeled back by an almost invisible black thread, returning to Su Ming’s hand.
Su Ming blocked a few bullets and charged at the shooting German soldiers with a barrage of punches, then initiated a charge towards a nearby bipedal cha.
This shield thing is such an inconvenience; in the battlefield, even if playing with cold weapons, the longer, the better. As a defense, the shield is fine, but you need a weapon in your main hand!
Now, as Captain Arica, it’s not possible to just whip out weapons and go on a rampage. Imitation must be convincing to fool others, so he planned to seize a weapon from the Germans.
If you talk about the strongest weapon in this square, it has to be the towering, imposing bipedal cha.
The flying discs in the sky are fine too, but unless they’re flying, they can’t be caught.
Since the enemy has good weapons, might as well snatch them and use them. As long as I don’t display overly superior physical abilities, using external objects should fool Zemo.
While thinking this, he intentionally slowed his pace a bit.
The towering cha before him had already lifted one leg, kicking towards Su Ming amidst the surrounding fires.
"So, it’s not just stomping? It can kick too? Germany’s suspension system is sothing else."
With that thought, Su Ming nimbly dodged the futile attack. All around, small-caliber weapons continued their barrage, requiring him to constantly swing the shield for effect.
Tumbling, jumping, rolling, and starting to climb.
After a series of gymnastics maneuvers, he rolled under the cha’s other leg, beginning to climb upwards as if scaling a tree.
"These legs even have an electric shock feature... seems the designer had so ideas."
But to Su Ming, the electric current was rely a slight numbing sensation.
Like a monkey, he leaped upwards, clinging to the cha’s thick tal legs, and raised his shield to hack away at the cockpit’s underside.
Sparks flew as a square tal plate fell below. Reaching through the hole, Su Ming flipped inside the cockpit.
The cockpit glowed with swirling blue light. At its center was an Energy Block about the size of a lunch box, secured amidst a series of devices, countless gray tal wires connecting it, driving the entire cha.
It was a Cosmic Rubik’s Cube Engine.
But let’s not think about it; even Stark might not be able to replicate such a thing. The German tech tree seems completely off the charts.
Even if Su Ming could transport the entire system to the United States, the ’cursed’ scientists at Wilson Enterprises probably couldn’t decipher anything.
The crew mbers in the cockpit stared blankly at ’Captain Arica,’ unable to fathom how this ’big, dumb soldier’ managed to breach such a robust defense.
Yet Su Ming was scrutinizing them, their postures, their arms, analyzing how they operated this special War Machine.
"Quick... open fire!"
The commander grabbed a submachine gun from beside his seat, and the other crew mbers realized they intended to take on ’Captain Arica.’
They only heard a cold chuckle, the opponent’s mouth didn’t even move before an English sentence erged.
"Strangle them."
Instantly, from the star on ’Captain Arica’s chest, several black tentacles shot out, wrapping around the crew mbers’ necks like living things, tightening instantly.
The commander tried to pull the trigger, but found himself powerless. He could feel his eyeballs popping out of their sockets, landing on his protruding tongue.
Then, the tentacle constricting him suddenly sprouted a toothed maw, swaying before him like a snake, before devouring his head whole.
In the commander’s last mont, all he sensed was the scent of blood.
Eagerly devouring each corpse, Strangulation retreated into Su Ming’s chest, invisible outside the cockpit. Without hesitation, Su Ming unleashed the Symbiote’s attack.
Circling around the engine, Su Ming pushed aside the commander’s headless body and settled into the commander’s seat. Looking through the scope’s optics revealed an advanced optical system.
Not only did it provide a 360-degree view around the cha, but dedicated caras also monitored below and the sky.
Unlike conventional Tanks, the main cannon didn’t require manual reloading, instead drawing Energy from batteries. Various other weapons boasted impressive ammo counts.
By changing the internal layout, saving space from storing main cannon ammo, it boasted thicker armor and more auxiliary equipnt.
The control panel in front of the commander’s seat alone featured radar and various control buttons. Su Ming employed the Symbiote to extend countless tendrils, multitasking all crew functions.
Never piloted one before, but from their earlier operations, he deduced a few things. And as long as it runs a little, with his brain, he’ll soon be adept with it.
"Hmm... this should be the accelerator."
Beside the commander’s seat was a throttle, conveniently positioned, its grip worn smooth, a sign of frequent use.
Su Ming swiftly pushed the throttle to the floor, a strong vibration resonating from below as the cha began a mad dash across the square.
